The staff is really nice and helpful, and if you dont have a certain supply like laundry detergent, stain remover etc they have it for a cheap price. They also have dryer balls that you can borrow without paying while youre there.

I dropped my clothes off to be washed. It was $80. I had specific instructions not to dry my painters pants. When I went to pick my clothes up they had dried my painters pants because the lady that took my order this morning didnt pass the message along. So thats why Im giving them two stars everything else was great besides that. But they did ruined two pairs of my painters pants Thats why I give them two stars.

Love this business. Its so easy. I refill my Brio card when needed. Then use that fir all the machines. It clean and the staff are very nice and helpful.

Prices are more premium for sure, but it’s always very clean, there’s always someone on shift to assist, they have a whole little market of soaps and laundry products, and 95% of the machines work, which is usually an issue at other laundromats I’ve been to. Plus you can walk around the corner and pick up a snack or do some shopping at Trader Joe’s, grab a coffee from the drive-thru spot in the parking lot, walk across the street and get a burger at The Filling Station, or just sit inside or out in your car and hop on their wifi. There’s a bathroom as well but it’s behind a lock and code that you need to ask for. All in all, it’s the only spot I do laundry at in Bham, and it’s kind of out of my way but I like the atmosphere.

My first experience of its kind. This laundromat is like no other. Washing clothes at Brio makes washing clothes less daunting.No top load clothes washers here. Only high efficiency side load units. Cost per use range from around $6.50 to almost $9.00 per wash...ouch! But it is worth it. The atmosphere is relaxed and has a hint of a spa setting. Attendants are nice and helpful, plus everything works!

This business is so well kept, and looks cleanly on the inside. The staff is also incredibly helpful and they go above and beyond. I dropped off my Cali King comforter and they washed and dried it for me. I was told it would be a 48 hour turn around, and it ended up being ready much faster! 24 hours! I was thrilled :) When I picked it up, it was wrapped up beautifully and they left ME a thank you note I wanted to write THEM a thank you cause I was so pleased. it was worth the extra cost because they put a ton of care into taking care of your personal belongings. I am not not certain of who the staffer was, but she was there at drop off and pick up and she was so incredbly kind and thorough! I will definitley be going back for future services :) SO SO pleased with the service I recieved, support small businesses! I highly reccomend Brio!

This is the first laundromat I’ve been to where the employees really seemed to enjoy their jobs!Coin or credit cards accepted here to work the machines. Super large loads go for $7.25. I used 2 medium loads at $4.25 each. Large loads go for $7. Takes 25 minutes per cycle.Dryers are $0.25 for 5 minutes. If you have large, outdoor gear that needs to dry, there is a special corner for that. Brilliant.There’s plenty of washers and dryers and free parking out front. I liked the wash basins, not your typical dirty sink, but made of a repurposed pail. Looks inviting and clean.There’s even a bathroom for customers and free WiFi!

I came here today because the laundry in my country rental went on the fritz. Brio is a fine laundromat if there ever was one. A lady is here to help. I did one big load and 2 dryers. It took about an hour. Pretty painless. Oh and you don’t need quarters they have credit card pay option. I originally gave 5 stars until I left and the lady driving the laundry to go van hit the door of my 2018 Subaru Outback and left a ding in it. I actually watched her do it but it was raining so I only checked quickly. When I got home later I saw the darn ding. Parking is tight there watch you don’t get hit. And bc the woman working there did it, I say it could very well happen again. 😢

My husband and I are traveling in our van and I met the owner of this wonderful establishment outside on Wed. the 30th of Sept. We returned on Thursday to do laundry and we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the laundromat. So far, this is the best laundromat experience for us! And weve been to several laundromats during our travels. It was so comfortable and enjoyable to wash our clothes in clean machines. Even the soap holders were clean! Clean, clean, clean. Ive not seen anyone without a mask so I assume the enforce it. Seems expensive at first, except the washers and dryers are so large and efficient it ends up being a dollar or two cheaper per load compared to other places. Staff is nice. What more could you ask for if all you want is to do a quick load of laundry?

Clean and well organized laundromat. You can use a credit or debit card -- or actual money -- in the machines. The machines are fast; took about an hour to wash/dry. Due to covid-19, they ask that you wait elsewhere for your load to finish, and that you food at home. Nicest laundromat Ive ever been in, by far!

I have been a customer of Brio since they opened their business clean facility and friendly knowledgeable staff. Excellent care of all my dry cleaning needs without harsh chemicals.This summer i picked up “The Laundress” products Brio has for sale. Yesterday I spilled a large cup of coffee with cream all over my white duvet, down comforter, white sheets and pillows. Thankfully, I had purchased The Laundress Whites Detergent a couple of months ago After washing everything in The Whites, All my bedding looks brand new and stain free from this mishap. Run and buy some of this miracle detergent today from Brio! And also use Bio for all your dry cleaning/laundry needs.

I havent been to a laundromat in many years. I didnt know what to expect. This laundromat is very clean! The nice lady who was working there explained how to work the machines and was very helpful. It was a wonderful experience, and it helped make a day in my life a little bit better. She worked very hard the whole time, cleaning the machines and sanitizing everything. I was very impressed.

Nicest laundry mat Ive ever been in.The XL washers can fit 2 king size sleeping bags in them and so can the dryers. Worth the money sense they wont fit in my washer at home.Also very clean business and helpful staff!

Unlike the laundromat on Sunset, ya dont have to deal with homeless mentally ill people harassing you and whipping out their junk. Dryers (36 total one was out of order) cost 25cents for 4 mins. Plenty of regular washers 5.00 to 5.25 for cold to hot and 7.50 to 7.75 for hot. Open 7:00am to 9:00pm 7 days a week with last wash load at 8:00pm. Directly behind the bus stop Gold line

The washer dryer in my apartment building was broken for a few weeks so I went to brio. Not only is it spectacularly clean but the staff on site are always super friendly and helpful. My laundry always comes out wayy better than the units I have at home so its worth the few extra bucks to come here. Plus I always grab a glass of wine and a bite to eat at filling station. Doing laundry here has made a chore into something I look forward to doing.

Being from out of town it was a welcome change, everyone was very friendly especially the staff member working there when I arrived(unfortunately I didnt get her name). It was very clean and neat. Definitely recommend! Originally from Chicago so my next visit I will definitely come back!

I like coming to Brio Laundromat to wash my clothes for a large washing machine cost $7.25 but its $0.25 for heavy soil. Plus they are open later than most Laundromat at 10 pm, last load must be in at 8:30 pm. Also like that you can use your credit card for both washer and dryer machines. I used the large washer machine for $7.50 for 47 minutes it took to wash my clothes. To use the dryer its $0.25 for 4 minutes and doesnt take much to dry a load of laundry.

Their system is set up that the washer and dryer can text you when your laundry is done. This is an unassumingly convenient feature. You never know how fast laundry can go when you’re not standing there watching it spin. Also the detergent guy was cool and gave me the bathroom code. Kudos detergent guy. Standard laundromat, but they offer drop and go service and have probably every machine you would ever need to wash a variety of items. They also offer a service to wash your pet bed or even your outdoor gear and they take the time to ensure that it is done properly to manufacturers instructions.They offer a wash card that can be loaded and reloaded if you wish to bypass quarters.They are also open 7 days a week from 7am - 10pm

High quality laundry business. The facility is kept sparkling clean and well maintained. There is always an attendant on duty to assist you or answer questions. Machines are efficient and consistent. We had one random issue with a drier that affected one of our clothing items (first issue of its kind at the facility), and the owner was kind, polite, and ready to help us resolve the issue and repair the damaged article. We were thankful for such a response. We highly recommend Brio (well worth the slightly higher cost of laundry compared to average facilities) and will use Brio as our only laundromat for the foreseeable future. Thanks yall!

I really love this place. The staff is very kind and friendly. The first time I came here was two years ago and I had never been to a laundry mat and I was all scared. The woman who was working the counter got up from behind the counter, looked at all my stuff, told me exactly what to do and which detergent to use. It was awesome and very needed at the time. Now I come here anytime I need a big washer. Still have never thought any employee was close to rude. Its clean. There is comfortable seating. And designated parking. (this parking lot is terrible. Not their fault) you even get pita pit discounts!!!!

I took my queen size comforter in to be cleaned. Did it for less money, fast service, friendly staff, and packaged up nicely when finished. Even left a thank you card attached. Definitely will visit again.

Parking lot is always incredibly full. The workers are helpful. The machines are huge! I think large washer take a 1.5 regular sized loads for about $7. The dryers are huge and are last time I went they were 25 cents for 5 minutes. Best laundromat in town!

Update:I originally gave this place 5 stars, as it is a great laundromat (see review below). I had to downgrade the review due to the horrific parking situation, even in the middle of a weekday. There is literally no parking even remotely close to the front door or even far away at this point. Total chaos! It makes using this business way more difficult and stressful.Wow! What an awesome laundromat! I travel miles out of my way to wash my clothes here. It is very clean and well-cared for, with a friendly and professional staff. Rarely are machines broken and they take quarters or debit/credit cards. Other patrons are generally respectful and you don’t see trash everywhere. There is an attendant always on duty. Clean restroom for patron use as well.The one thing I would suggest is to somehow address the insane parking situation. The laundromat itself only has a few spots, which are often taken by people visiting the plant nursery across the street. The rest of the plaza is taken over by the massive Trader Joe hoards. Please expand parking! Otherwise, great job Brio!

The workers were rude, i had 4 kids and lots of Laundry and they came over and asked me if there was a problem there wasnt I had to yell at 1 of my kids and they told me not to do it again even though i was quite about it Put $2 in quarters in the dryer just to tell me I didnt put it in when I ask the lady to help me she put 2 in and walked away... would not dry even when i put more in.......... 🤬🤬🤬🤬

The BEST laundry facility I have ever encountered. Helpful service. Clean, clean, clean. The machines work great and are extremely efficient. Large capacity and specialty machines. You can also drop off your laundry. Quality soap is available to purchase at a great price too. Oh and remember its CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN.

If you have to use a laundry matt, this is the best place to go

When our washer broke and we had to wait to get one delivered I spent a few weekends here and was pleasantly surprised. When I forgot soap they had it all, the place is big enough I didnt have to wait to do multiple loads on one machine and it went much faster than doing all my familys laundry at home. Clean facility and helpful staff. You can use change or cards.

Clean facility with new efficient machines. But 2 loads cost me $20. Also theyre not very tolerant of a father with 3 young children just trying to get some chores done.

My husband and I have been doing laundry here every week for several years and its the cleanest laundromat Ive been too. Even though the prices of the washers are a bit high, I gladly pay it for the privilege of using newer equipment and interacting with their helpful staff.

I love Brio! Staff are very helpful and courteous. Pleasant folks staff and customers. Quality machines and moderately priced. I can wash dry and fold 6 to 8 washes myself in about 2 hours or less.

I hate laundromats but this place actually makes doing laundry fun. Incredibly clean space, courteous staff, and comfortable counter and lunge areas to work or read while waiting on your load. They also have an impressive range of wash soaps and specialty laundry products.

Ive been going to Brio since moving to a building with no laundry service. I recommend them highly!They are pretty pricey: I reckon I spend about $35 a month there (not counting my own laundry supplies). However, in return for that, they have a big space and there are always plenty of machines available despite the crowd. The machines are clean and in excellent working order. The place has a chic feeling which is incredible considering its a laundromat. Its just an all-around friendly place.But the best part of Brio is its staff. They are always helpful and friendly. I always feel welcome there. Today, I unknowingly washed a load of laundry in a machine where somebody had left an ink pen. It stained several of my shirts (including two of my favorites), and Sarah, the attendant on duty, spent the better part of an hour treating the shirts. You cant ask for better service than that.(PSA: Check your machines before you use them! Even at home. I ALWAYS do that, except that today I wasnt feeling well from the heatwave and I just wanted to get the machines loaded so I could sit down and rest. Go figure; its the first time Ive ever had a pen in a machine.)

WOW, wait until you see this place. They made a laundry look like a coffee house. You wont believe your eyes. I dont actually mind doing laundry here. The place has machines that send you text messages when its done. You can use credit cards on any of the machines. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Im very impressed with this location, its a one of a kind find.

I love this laundry. It makes doing your laundry enjoyable with the professional staff always willing and ready to assist you in any way. The WI-FI is really nice and, they always have great music. The staff is knowledgeable and will help in any laundry issue you may have. It is always clean and, welcoming - a very nice thing when dreading your laundry! The decor changes with the seasons - it reminds me of a classroom with new bulletin boards every new season! It is also very nice knowing the staff has been consistent and, not changing - it brings a real sense of professionalism and, courtesy to the customer. Yeah - I am so glad Q Laundry is here!!

Today was the first day Ive ever done laundry here and the other reviews did not dissapoint. It is very clean, the staff is friendly and the machines arent expensive. They also have laundry soaps and other things like that but I didnt get a good look at it.

This place is awesome. It’s what everyone says it is: clean, relaxing, has WiFi, sinks, friendly staff, good machines. The prices reflect the space, but you can feel good about the water savings from the high efficiency machines.
