North Hills Tire Pros were a life saver. My low tire indicator light was on that morning. I have used North Hills Tire Pros many times before and was pleased with their work, so I stopped by that day without an appointment. They were able to work me in, repaired one tire, and replaced another tire because there were screws in the tires. They performed the work timely and professionally at a reasonable cost.

My family has been coming here for almost 15 years and we will never go anywhere else for car maintenance. These guys are the ONLY guys I trust to be honest about my vehicle and not try to upsell me. They are hardworking, pleasant, and efficient. Every staff member Ive ever encountered has been nice to me; wish all businesses would be like this!!

Had an amazing experience at north hills tire pros that was recommended by a coworker because they also do auto repairs. I had an emergency repair where one of the belts was failing on my van on Friday evening and went in early on Saturday morning in hopes that they could help me on short notice on a weekend without an appointment They were able to help me and found the most financially reasonable solution and fixed my van in just a few hours. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable and not a ripoff. I was charged a fair price which is not very common these days. Another plus is that this auto repair shop is within walking distance to Starbucks and other shops in North Hills to give you something to do while you are waiting. I highly recommend this place. They also have an option for you to come back when they are closed because the gas station is open late after the repair shop is closed so you can pick up your vehicle after hours

I had a positive experience. Dallas assisted me. I had a large nail in my tire that I had picked up on the belt line. My warning light came on in the car. I drove the car to station. Upon arrival I saw the attendant Dallas and asked if could assist me. He was very courteous and helpful. The nail was lodged in a place on tire that couldn’t be patched. I had to purchase a new tire. All in all the experience was the tire shop was very good!!! Special thanks to Dallas!

My car broke down while I was on a trip. I visited this shop on the recommendation of a local friend, and they did not disappoint. I went in with modest expectations regarding timeline, and they far exceeded them. They made an assessment, gave me a call, and had the car repaired the first day they had it, as well as some recommendations for necessary maintenance. Do not hesitate to to stop in for service!

This shop has always had amazing service and my family has taken cars here before, for almost 7-8 years, with great experiences. The service is quick and too notch. Most importantly, I never feel like I’m getting “the wool pulled over my eyes” as a young woman and a young professional. They aren’t looking to replace something or find an issue that doesn’t really exist, just to make a buck off of you. They’re very trustworthy.

Can’t recommend this place enough. I came in at 6pm with a flat tire that needed a plug, and had to drive out of town for work the next morning. Despite having lots of other work, Spencer took the time out of his day to help get my tire repaired within 20 minutes, which saved me about $200 on a rental car. Thanks Spencer!

You never have to wait for one of the cashiers to ring you up. They have your typical array of gas station snacks/drinks, minus booze. I fail to understand why they do t sell alcohol, as they could make a killing given their location. But I digress. Anyway, they completed my state inspection in a timely manner two years in a row now. Their mechanics (Lee comes to mind) are both friendly and knowledgeable. They’re good about answering the phone (seemingly more snd more rare these days…) Would recommend.

Absolutely great service! My daughter had a nail in her tire, and everywhere else had really long waits. We pulled into one place that I will not mention and all the auto mechanics were outside standing with no masks. All of the employees at North Hills were extremely polite, wore their masks and I was in and out in 15 min. The lady at the front was nice and welcoming. When I initially called she told me to come on by and she would have one of the guys look at the tire. She made sure they knew it would be a quick fix and had us taken care of. We will definitely be back for our tire needs.

Appointments recommend (like most places these days). They have a waiting area inside, TV, bathrooms, coffee, vending machines. Mellow people working here makes for a nice atmosphere.

Overpriced. Charged more than I was quoted. I was quoted about $70 for an oil change and state inspection the day before service, and paid over $100 at the time of service. Didn’t have time to argue the cost because I was in a rush but I would not come back here.

Definitely a good place to trust to work on your car

Great service, had noticeable wheel shake above 60mph in a fairly new car for more than a year. Two tire places I went to before said it was an alignment issue, worked on the alignment, but no dice -- no real change in the shake. The technician who worked on my vehicle today came back quickly and said that the shake was caused by tire wear and pressure/brand differences instead of the alignment, recommended uniform replacements at a reasonable price, and lo and behold, the wheel shake is now gone! Drives like when I first picked it up new in 2013. A big thanks to the friendly staff, who knew what to look for and what to do, all within a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back here for future service needs.

I couldnt figure out why every week I would lose 5 pounds of air! Turns out my car wheel was cracked on the inside. These guys were able to figure it out and get me back up and running within 24 hrs. Had to order new car rim.

Overall great experience. Having worked in automotive and on cars most of my career I was hesitant taking my car in for tires. The technician that worked on my car did a great job mounting tires that are difficult to put on without scratching a wheel. Balanced well. Wheels were cleaned prior to pickup. Seth and all others I interacted with were all professional. Car was finished right on time.

They’re great! At North Hills Tire Pros they’re always quick and accurate. They always go above and beyond, I dropped my car off for an oil change & alignment with my service check and windshield fluid light on and they added fluid for me and did a quick check because they had a little extra time! Love them there ~ I’m so happy they were suggested to me!

Went in for some fairly basic work ... was expecting a lot more expensive... had planned on having some other stuff done eventually ... however ... they called and said could do it and then some ... all at about 75% less than I had expected ...The entire staff was friendly and competent... my car is driving like new again .I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I shopped 4 other places for new tires ( to include road hazard & alignment) and then decided I should ask North Hills Tire Pros. I figured the big franchise tire places would be a better value but they were not. Tire Pros had a better price and frankly after talking with Seth I would’ve gone with him even if the price was higher than the others. Seth was very helpful and patient with my questions. I’m very pleased I met Seth, great experience.

The service I received the inspection was fine, however you have a extremely unfriendly lady working your cash register. She was very rude, short, and unfriendly.

Took my 2008 Kia in to check my brakes and address a nagging oil leak. Alex, one of the technicians, checked everything and noticed some potentially dangerous areas on my car, and offered his suggestions. Super friendly and very professional. I found my new service shop and will be taking all of my cars there in the future.

Im shocked this place has good reviews. If you go here, youre ripping yourself off. The service is MUCH more expensive than other places. Let me just tell you about my experience though. I came here today to get my car inspected. I had an appointment that I said was a CAR INSPECTION. Well after a 45 minute wait, my car had not even been inspected. They were trying to charge me triple the amount of an inspection FOR AN OIL CHANGE. 1. I did not ask for an oil change. 2. My oil did not need to be changed. After that they FINALLY inspected my car. I stated again that I did not ask for an oil change and asked if I could be refunded. I would not be so enraged right now if it the lady at the front desk hadnt been so rude, but she was extremely rude and kept insisting that we asked for a oil change. I had had one very recently so why would I ask for one? I think I know my own car. It was one thing if they inspected the car AND changed the oil, but the fact that they failed to inspect it blew my mind. I have worked in customer service and I try to be empathetic but today I was just left appalled. Please go to jiffy lube, a local family-owned place, wherever. Just not this place. Also would like to mention that a few years ago this place try to charge me $1300 for a car repair that was $500 at another place. I will be letting everyone I know whos ever gone to this place to avoid it at all costs, and this is my warning to whoevers reading this. Save your money for somewhere that actually provides good customer service.

These folks are fantastic to work with. Its really nice to have honest, patient and technically savvy mechanics right around the corner in the neighborhood. My husband and I both made appointments here to have our annual inspections done on our two cars on 8/19/19. The woman helping my husband up until the 3:00pm shift change was wonderful. She listened, was kind, and even put effort into pronouncing his last name properly. Excellent customer service skills. If our only interaction had been with her and the technicians who were also very nice, Id be happy to give this place five stars. The woman who took over the counter at 3:00 was awful. She wouldnt listen to the information we tried to give her, was impolite, cut us off, and then ignored us as much as she could. We came for the convenience, but after our experience with that last woman well find somewhere else to go in the future.

I recently called about an inquiry regarding oil change, however, staff at the front desk who answered was extremely rude and abrupt when asked about the exact price for a full synthetic oil change service. Costumer Service is extremely terrible. Sounds like they don’t need us. Stay aware and clear from this place. You describe better. You’re not a cookie cutter. Other places are much more deserving of your attention and money. I can definitely promise that.I did tell them the car’s mileage, make and model of the car. I was also willing to give other info if needed but still they didn’t want to give me a specific price. No excuses for that or the rudeness.

My tire was slowly losing air but my husband couldn’t find anything in the tire. Tire pros found that the rim was cracked on the inside. They found a used one for a third of the price of a new one and had it in stock the following day. They were helpful and friendly. I recommend their services.
