I started taking my car to this shop for oil change and tire rotation. The staff is always very friendly and professional. The office is always clean and well kept. My car has been in need of brakes and rotors so I took it in today. The service was fast and well priced.

Terrible experience,Took my car for and oil change and noise that car was making. I said it might be brake pads, but dont know for sure . Technician came and said it was the drums for sure . Got a price for that and agree since Im a woman and have 0 experience in car stuff. They said and 1hr or so it ended in a 5hrs . Did not call to let me know if car was ready, but I was ready to take it home. When I went in to pay they said they only performed Drums and brake pads and they did not do and oil change which I ask first and got a quote . I paid and left unhappy to find my car noise was not fix and I check and something was hanging. And was broken they should seen it when lift the car even without you could see it . Did NOt call me or tell me it was broken . Instead got unnecessary drums and brake pads . Picture attached

Upon the recommendation of my coworker, I got my battery replaced and oil changed here and I was satisfied with the service.They had my car done in about an hour and they were flexible about me picking the car up after they closed for the day.The cost was reasonable too. Every employee I spoke with was polite, flexible, and informative. I will definitely come back to Automax next time I need an oil change.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My husband has taken our car back 3 times and the check engine light is still on. We have paid over a $1,000 and they continually tell us it is fixed and 30 minutes later the light is on again. Do not go to this place. They seem nice but will not fix your car.

Friendly staff. I called ahead for an inspection, receptionist was nice/helpful on the phone and in person. It wasnt too busy for them that day so I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Mechanics were friendly, too. Ill be back.

The woman at the front desk displays a complete lack of respect for customers and the employees. She should not be greeting people and/or working in an environment where she needs to speak to people. She parted with me with a peace sign of all things!! Ive never been so rudely treated at a professional place and I will never go there again and they are going to lose business because of her.

Ive been seeking their services since their old establishment off Trawick Rd. We took our car for service one day, the next day the car wasnt running properly. I sent an email late that evening informing them About the car. The next morning I received a follow up email. They sent their mechanics over to get the car and drive it back to the shop. 1 hour later, the problem was resolved. I appreciate their personable service!!

I have been to him for other services in the past but this time he DID NOT fix the problem I was having but he DEFINITELY charged me like he did. Then when I brought it to his attention he was VERY nasty with me and I will NEVER go back! Dont waste your money! Unsatisfied Customer.

I was going to be a potential first time customer. HOWEVER - The lady (she wouldn’t give me her name)that works there told me I could leave after she saw a dog in my car. (I was going to take the dog for a walk while my car was getting inspected.) It really wasn’t her concern. She then proceeded to walk away and refused to give me her mangers name or telephone number. Very rude and unprofessional. I’m still interested in speaking with management ... VERY VERY poor customer service.

EXELLENT!!! Im am DEAD SERIOUS when I say that there are tons of dishonest mechanics in this area but this guy Eddie is genuine, his staff is great AND THEY WILL NOT CHEAT YOU!! Im always going there and you should too!!

Don’t take your car here for anything else besides an oil change or something easy. Dropped car off for a diagnostics and had to call to see if the car was done because they were about to close and I hadn’t heard anything. I get there and was quoted $20 more than what I was told on the phone. Once I was told the diagnosis I asked to speak to the tech bc I had been to another shop a week before and knew that wasn’t it. I waited 20 mins and the tech never came. I was told to call back on Monday and speak to the owner. Well today is Monday and I call thinking I could speak to the owner and the receptionist tells me I cannot speak to him. Shady business! I was basically charged $65 for a wrong diagnosis and if they were professional and communicated I would have been more than willing to come back for a rediagnosis. But when techs don’t come out to talk to the customer, prices change, and the owner is unreachable I have a problem. Save your wallet and headache and just go somewhere else.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND A COMPLETE RIP OFF!! I WILL NOT BE BACK EVERRR!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Extremely Poor Service! Having to take vehicle back several times because they dont fix it the first time but still want to charge you for each visit!!! Then they do damage that they dont want to fix!! Watch out for shade tree repairs where they take shortcuts and dont fix the problem! You cant fix a vehicle with super glue and duct tape and expect it to last. Also!!! Make sure they actually change your oil filter when they change the oil. They told me that they dont use Purolator filters but that is what was on after they change mine. Then they told me they didnt change my oil because they dont use that filter, but I have the receipt showing that they DID change the oil last. What a sham business Eddie and Scott are running there.

Awful customer service,They erase my previous comments about the experience I had with management never refunded the money for my inspection that was never done because they wanted me to pay for something I had paid them in the past and owner (mechanic) knew about they problem.With this customer service they will lose all customers little by little will see... :(
