Bought a Jeep liberty in cash. Blew up in my driveway 24 hours later. No one had driven it outside of getting it home. Called dealer and they claimed it must have been vandalism. All my neighbors are elderly or family and I watched it burn from the engine out. Firemen couldnt salvage anything but a metal husk. You signed an as-is clause. Wont return calls and will sell you defective cars wired to pass. I didnt drive it that day because I called a mechanic to check out a burning oil smell after picking it up. I thought lemon laws covered this but I have nothing left of the car to prove where the fire started. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. Added pics of them inspecting it prior to purchase and one after I got it home. Will add burned shell pics.

If their was an option to give them 0 stars I would. Terrible dealership drove 6 hours to see a car as the dealership described asperfect condition the car did not even start Basel the owner of the dealership is not a trust worthy man do not buy a car from him. Go to a reputable dealership as everyone else is saying.

I visited Alpine Motors regarding a add on Car Gurus. I spoke with AL he was very upfront and friendly. The sale process was very quick and easy. I am very please with the purchase. I definitely recommend Alpine motors and AL for your future purchase.

Is this place gone out of business? Their website showed lots of vehicles got there and only like 4 cars were on the lot...tried calling several times no answer and cant leave message...this is false advertising....we drove an hr there...dont waste your time going go to another dealer

Very good place for attention of vehicles everything related to vehicle repair and they also attend you with the State inspections also sell very good vehicles very qualified qualified staff.

Unfortunately I had to purchase another vehicle because mines got totaled. Thank God it was just the car because it couldve been worse. I came upon a nice car that was at Alpine motors of Raleigh . Met Megan and she gave us our space and freedom to look, talk, and test out the car. Very personable, professional, respectful and knowledgeable of the entire car buying process. Nice dealership quality inventory good prices even a good detailer. Im happy😀. Good customer services after the sale is very important and Alpine motors has it. Great job team. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. Read the reviews and just take your money to a reputable dealership...you can get way better cars and prices elsewhere. These people are out for money...period. Again, go to a reputable dealership to spend your money and save yourself the time and hassle with a lemon.

Before you go to see a specific car at Alpine, call ahead and be sure it is 1) on site) and 2) available for a test drive. Its not enough to show up after looking at an internet for-sale listing. The car might be at the detail shop, like the one I wanted to test drive was last Thursday. Saturday I called and asked if the car was there. It was, and I said I was coming over. And indeed, it was there, and I saw it.I saw it up on the lift, having a brake job. So still no test drive.Today I called, and it is sold.So good for Alpine - they sold the car, which is why they are in business. And I understand that they dont care if they sell it to me or to someone else - I wouldnt care if I were them, either. The problem for them is that they will never get another chance to sell me a car.Ever.

Love these guys! I drove in without an appointment but they took care of my car immediately. They even fixed my side mirror and didnt charge me for it.

It took them close to 2 1/2 months to fix my transmission and within a week it started shifting funny. Now a month later, my transmission is shot and I was left stranded on the side of the road with my son. I never leave bad reviews, but this is not ok. My family and I just relocated back stateside from overseas and we are completely broke after purchasing two used cars from a different dealership only to have one of them break down the first time, then we sent it here by their recommendation only to have it break again. Unfortunately, a car is a necessity in this country and now I’m left not being able to take my school to school and can’t afford to have it fixed again since transmission work is incredibly expensive.

I recently purchased a used pickup truck at Alpine. I believe ita a family owned business. They were very accommodating while I was waiting to finalize my paperwork. Overall a great experience for a small dealership and I would recommend anyone to look there first.

Dont waste your time. The car on their website was nowhere to be found-they couldnt find it either but the guy kept pushing a manual transmission I had no interest in buying.

The experience that I had is terrible. They changed their owners. Its false advertising. They say it is 25 dollars for a inspection. It is actually thirty dollars PLUS a tip, which they pressure you for. They did not have good customer service and they were unprofessional. I would suggest going next door. As far as buying a car it is a rip off. I was waiting for the same car to be repaired for two months. I gave up trying to look at the car. Once again there are a lot of other dealerships greater than this place.P.S my car does pass inspection they were just jerks.

Completely wasted my time, didnt speak clearly over the phone. I asked to come test drive the car and when I got ther after a hour and a half drive which I informed him I was making. He said i could only turn on the car and sit on it because his boss wasnt there. Will NEVER EVER go back. Save yourself the time and buy your car some where else. Shady stuff going on here.

The worst experience ever! If there were 0 stars or minus I would give it to them! The woman working there was SOO rude for no reason... the mechanic seemed honest but so incompetent! I had to return the car 3 times in the same week to seal a vacuum hose, every time he says he fixed it for good. After that I just took it somewhere else and fixed so I ended up paying twice for the same just to avoid seeing them again. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there even for free.

One of the worst places I have been to for cars in the last 5 years. Literally no where to park YOUR CAR while you look at their cars. Dirty facility, outside inventory is haphazardly parked and crammed together in such a slipshod manner that I recommend that NO ONE stop by here for fear of getting injured in the lot.Clearly they do not care to sell to the walk on public as their facility and lot does not lend itself for that sort of customer.

I’ve tried calling 4 times on two separate days now during their normal business hours, and no one answers... and the mailbox is full so I can’t even leave a voicemail for someone to call me back! Clearly dodged a bullet here, will be taking my business somewhere that actually wants it.

The workers are very nice but the management was very poor. They were very unreasonable with a car that had no brakes. my foot went to the floor, hatch didnt open, and the headlight was falling out. And that was just some of the faults. To many to list. They acted as if i was stupid because i know about cars and they didnt know/ or didnt want to know the problems.

If you dont look like you have a million bucks dont shop here

I went to this so called car dealership with a friend and he made the mistake of giving fifteen hundred bucks down and the salesperson ripped him off for a thousand dollars and owner wouldn’t believe us when we told him what happened so if you go there the same might happen to you he did not get a receipt was his first mistake so beware of the big bad wolf cus he’s hungry
