Did not like the fact that the driver is required to help unload the mattresses. Hire some more help.. other than that the dock guys where friendly and very up spirited

No problems with my visit

I came in on Monday morning. They were quite busy, but Josh got me loaded in 10 minutes. Kudos to them!

STAY AWAY! TALK ABOUT A FATIGUED DRIVER NIGHTMARE! THEY ARE LIABLE AS WELL SHOULD SOMETHING HAPPEN. Had to assist unload with (1) one other person; taking many hours. Stay away from this place, or anything going to this place. Shipper took (4) four hours to load, and here they are taking at least (4) four hours. Can not reach anyone at the location to get help. Driver has already driven (6) six hours to get there, and now is forced to help unload or sit for who knows how long.

Picked up a platform bed base here and the workers were very helpful. Loaded it into my truck for me.

Simply avoid this place they simply dont care about how many hours you gonna spend here first and last time Im here, got here at 8:40 am is already 12:40 they havent start unloading yet, ridiculous

If I could give them zero stars I would. I stayed home and missed my husbands first softball game of the season to wait for the delivery of my mattress for the time (I confirmed with their website) that they would be here and they NEVER SHOWED UP!. I know its no big deal but this shouldnt have happened. I am disappointed.
