Love them! Very honest and great customer service (which is hard to find these days). They appreciate their customers and we are treated as people and not just a number. My 87 year old mother goes there and they sold her tires at a reasonable rate and didnt take advantage of her.

I was broken down in the middle of the road and one of there trucks happened to be driving by. The gentleman stopped ask if we were okay and ended up towing it for me and for really good price. I really appreciated the help and how nice the driver was.

I just moved to the Raleigh, NC area and of course I needed new tires and a wheel alignment ASAP! My co-worker praised Cameron and his team at Ernie Lees, whom she has been going to for years (and wont go anywhere else). They have great tire prices and everyone is so nice - I felt like a guest in their home. Cameron, E.L, Teresa and their entire team went above and beyond for me; I was out the door in 2.5hrs as a walk-in! So besides having wonderful service, superb pricing, and lightning fast turnaround time, the shop itself is so cool! Its a working gas station and an auto repair shop - I had a drink and some snacks as I waited, all while working remotely on their free WiFi! I will definitely bring my car back to Ernie Lees next time I need any auto repair service!

After five days of having the car in the shop, no substantial work had been completed. I ended up picking up my car before any repairs were done because it was taking so long. I understand that you might have a lot of jobs, but I would have preferred that you tell me in advance that Id be waiting more than a week so I could take my car elsewhere.

They were busy, but got me in and out for an oil change in a little less than an hour. Didn’t have to deal with any kind of hassle or upsells. I’ll be back! 10/10 would recommend

Ive driven by this place many times, as I live close by, but had never stopped here before. I ordered tires online and this place was the closest installer listed, so I had my new tires shipped here for installation. I was very impressed by how fast they were, and the price to install 4 tires was very reasonable and cost less than I thought it would. I think Mr. Ernie Lee actually came out and chatted with me for a few minutes. He was a very friendly guy. Ill definitely be coming back here in the future when my car needs servicing again.

My engine light was on. They opened the hood. Messed with a few things. Fixed it and didnt charge me. I use them for everything I need done to me car. They are fantastic.

I have used their towing service, Ive used their inspection services and Ive used their mechanic Services. They have always been kind, fast, and polite. When my vehicle has needed something that is not something that they do in their shop, they always have had a recommendation for another Local Company.

I have been using Ernie Lees for over 30 years when Ernie was running the show with his son EL who is now in charge. This is the most honest and hard working place you will ever go. This is the way gas stations use to be where you drove over the cable, the bell rings and someone fills your car up, wipes the windshield and checks the oil. They have changed our oil, done brake jobs, inspections, ac repair, tire installation and rotation, and many times towed failed cars. When I have a service done I dont even ask how much it will cost because I know I will be done right.
