EXCELLENT TOP NOTCH service was completed on our BMW X5!!! Very thorough, kept in constant contact with us regarding updates and was extremely reasonable on their pricing. We are so grateful we found Sevan from a friend who referred them!!!

I am not satisfied with their service. The check engine light used to turn on and off and I wanted to fix it. I spent hundreds of dollars at Sevan Motorworx and all they did was to make the engine light on permanently! They are now telling me I need to spend hundreds more to fix the issue. I wish they told this to me in the first place! When I asked them would this service solve the problem with the check engine light, they said yes, but again the light turned on and now they ask me for another $700 for labor only! I wish at least they wouldnt charge now that the problem is now fixed as they told me it would be.

I needed a trailer hitch added to my SUV so I called my local dealership for an estimate. While the dealership was looking up the parts for pricing, I was told that it would be weeks before they could get me in. Once the found all the parts and prices, next came the rest of the bloated fees. I got my estimate and then began to research for second opinions.Sevan Motorsports is where anyone researching for best places to take your car should stop. They beat the dealership cost by a wide margin, installed it right away after receiving the parts (the exact same OEM parts the dealership wanted a lot more for I might add) and even personally delivered my SUV back to me due to the proximity of my home address. That is customer service!!!Work and craftsmanship at Sevan is excellent and the guy making it all happen made it a seamless experience. Bottom line, just take your vehicle to Sevan, you’ll be happy you did!

Joe was great to work with. Gave me a time to drop my car of. Gave me a call back to go over everything an a estimate of how long they would need the car. Everything was on time. What I really liked was that they wanted to keep it over night to drive it a little to make sure everything was in good working order and no warning lights come back on. That was a great idea. My car is running great now. Very happy to see all those warning lights off.

It is not easy to give a concise review on Sevan Motorworx because the problems I brought to them were not only challenging to diagnose, but had been going on for YEARS. If you are looking for a GREAT mechanic and shop, do yourself a favor and read on.After bringing my 2011 Audi to the dealer and two independent shops, I was left frustrated and seriously considering getting rid of the car. A Google search found Sevan Motorworx as one of the highest rated shops in the area, but they are a bit of a distance from me. I contacted Sevan and four other shops, leaving voicemail and email asking if they could help. Joe, at Sevan, got back to me right away and we made an appointment. I gave Joe the laundry list of what was wrong, it took more than a few minutes!When I brought the car in I met Evan and Joe, they were professional, courteous and very patient taking the time to listen to what I was experiencing and explaining how they would proceed. We moved ahead...To say Evan was dedicated, diligent, determined, thorough and tenacious in troubleshooting my engine issues is a serious understatement. Joe kept me updated on the progress and then I got a call I never expected. Evan wanted to see me at the shop. I thought, here we go, its over, the car is lost. Well, Evan wanted to SHOW me what he had been doing to diagnose the issues, he had the engine apart down to the block, and it was filthy. He explained what he found, what could be the problem and how he wanted to proceed. The dealer and other mechanics I had been to never took such time. The repair was not going to be cheap, but he believed he could get things back to good running condition. We continued.I wont go into detail on the repairs, but I will say if the dealership had done for me what Sevan Motorworx did, it would have cost tens of thousands of dollars. Im not kidding.In the end, when I cam back to pickup my car:1. The engine looked brand new2. Every repair promised was complete3. The cost came in under the estimate4. I have never been overcharged, and I have always had a completely honest assessment of what my vehicle needed, with the service done quickly. I wanted to take the time out to say thank you and share my story of how Sevan Motorworx SAVED my car!The beginning of June I took my 2014 BMW X drive 535i for an basic oil change (no major issues) at the BMW Dealership (will not disclose which location). My car at the time only had 58,000 miles. I was told that I need an oil gasket and some other things that ultimately cost $3500. This thankfully was covered under warranty. After job was completed and I picked up my car less than a week I started to hear a ticking noise under the hood. I panicked because prior to any work on my car there was nothing wrong. I took my car back to be told, It was nothing that we have done. Good thing you brought it in because it appears you need a new engine. I was totally speechless. Long story short, the warranty company sent someone to diagnose the car and from there requested that my car go back to where it was purchased. The car went back to the dealer where purchased and to be sure they reached out to Sevan Motors. After diagnosing my car Joe went over and beyond by taking his time to explain what was going on as well as showing me. My car did not need a $15000 engine. It was the vacuum pump. Although costly it was not $15000 and this too was covered under warranty. My car was misdiagnosed and I was without for 2 weeks.I will definitely take my car back for service and will and have recommend Sevan Motorworx. The customer service and the expertise and knowledge of this establishment is amazing! They could have easily said yes she needs a new engine and made a big profit.. I will definitely be bringing Black Diamond or future maintenance.

Excellent place Mercedes transfer case

Today I took my Mini Cooper to Sevan for a second opinion after getting a quote from the dealership about a fuel line leak repair. Evan, at Sevan was in complete agreement about the problem diagnosed at the dealership, but the difference in his quote compared to the dealership was like day and night!! Needless to say, I will take my Mini to Sevan from now on. I trust them for fair pricing and since I have taken my car there before, I know they will do an excellent job.

The pros and cons of using Sevan Motoworx. The pros – I first used Sevan when I needed to have some routine maintenance done to my Mini Cooper S. Battery change and walnut shell basting. The results were fantastic. Quality work and the car performed great. This most recent time I needed to have my fuel pump replaced and I wanted to have some mods done to my car as well. The fuel pump was covered under warranty IF I was to take it to a dealer to have the replace it. I trust Sevan Motoworx some much that I chose to pay for the fuel pump out of pocket and have Joe install it. Well worth the cost. As for the mods, outstanding work, Joe paid a lot of attention to detail and this is coming from a gear head that has built several cars in my lifetime. With that said, sometimes life gets in the way and I am just unable to perform the work myself. So on to the cons – Well, there are none. Plain and simple. If you are looking for a trust worthy place to get work done to your car, Seven is that place. Trust worthily, knowledgeable and very fair pricing.

Ive been going to these guys for years. Havent had a problem and if they get stuck on an issue, theyre not too prideful to welcome my suggestions and comments. They go over and above to help me keep my vehicles on the road (BMW and Jeep) and in a timely manner. These guys are like family.
