These guys are the best. Great to work with, always seem to find a way to fit you in if its an immediate need. Friendly and super knowledgable. In 10 years Ive never had an encounter with them that I didnt consider to be fair. If youve got a SAAB its a no brainer to take it here, but Id happily trust them with any European vehicle.

Ive problems with my car about 6 months ago. I bought it to Firestone to get it fix. After they fix the air condition condenser. My air conditioning blows hot and cold air at the same time ( my air conditioning works fine before that) I took it back, they said nothing wrong with it. I waited until the weather warms up and turn the air on again it still blows outside temperature and cold air at the same time. I took it back the second time. They replaced the vent door or whatever flapping unit. The next day I got it back the heater blows cold and hot air at the same time. Which was working before I brought it in. I have to ask my client for a good Mechanic and she told me about Eric performance. I came to Eric, he worked on the condenser, they change the hose bent...Eric fixed it. However, I felt that they are overcharged for the services. They charged me $1200 for fixing the condenser, $500 for two tires, probably not replacing the parts with new parts but reconnect the hose that Firestone doesnt. I asked then to do the inspection, they charge me $130 for inspection then a day after I got the car back and drive it to the WA, on the way back, the car stalled. Thats when I looked under the hood, the battery acid was spilled and pretty messy but Eric failed to tell me about it. Which I paid for the inspection. I had to bring them to another mechanic to fix the alternator. The new mechanic told me that the radiator was not put in properly after the air condition condenser was worked on and could be dangerous to drive around. I asked Eric to give me a state inspection paper but he told me he didnt do that, he just do the general inspection charge me again for state inspection after he worked on it. Then wanted to charge me more for attached the radiator mount. I told him, if you guys put them on right the first time, I wouldnt have to take it back and have you guys to redo them and told them that I will not pay for the labor so they manage to squeeze another $35 for the brackets...I was spent approximately $2500 after it said and done and they are greedy and nickel and dime me for every single thing. I wouldve come back but I felt taking advantage of and not coming back.

I have had Eric work on my vehicles on four different occasions over the past three years and he has treated me exceptionally well and very, very fairly. None of his work has had to be redone or tweaked after the fact and the charges were extremely reasonable. Not only was his work terrific but he and Kathy could not have been more gracious. Eric is the best. Hes a true mechanic -- not dependent on on-board diagnostic computers to tell him whats wrong. And he goes the extra mile to make sure any problems get fixed, regardless of difficulty. We take him tough repair cases that stump even factory authorized dealers & specialty shops -- e.g., an exotic foreign-brand power convertible top that interior and body specialists could not get working. We have not found an automobile repair problem he could not solve.

I have been having my 2002 Saab convertible serviced at Patterson for about 2 years now since I moved to the area and they have always treated me well. I sometimes stop by unannounced for small problems and they are able to help me out right then and there. When I have a larger problem and they are booked up I always ask if they can squeeze me in early to get the problem solved and Eric has always been accommodating. Last time I was there they needed to order a hose for my engine and the mechanic working at the time (did not get his name) gave me the hose off of his Saab to last me through the weekend until the part came in. Kathy at the front office has always been very helpful as well. Good service! Thanks!

The guys at Patterson Performance have; well, more or less restored our 2007 Saab 9-3 Aero convertible over the past year. Recently, Patterson located an entire array of tail light assemblies to freshen up the back of the car. When we picked it up late on a Friday evening, we noticed one of the lights had a smudge which turned out to be inside the housing and couldnt be wiped away. After leaving a vMail Saturday about the problem it was several days before I thought to follow up. Well, without a question or delay, the folks at Patterson simply explained they had listened to our vMail, secured another unit and it was on its way. I almost dropped the phone. True customer service and concern for quality. They make owning a Saab an easy thing...
