I could not be more pleased with the professionalism of this company. I worked directly with Dustin Swartz. He kept me up to date on product and installation. This was a wonderful blessing for my mother. I would highly recommend National Seating and Mobility and Dustin. Ive had a great experience up until now the older lady that answered was rude and wouldnt listen to me she wouldnt help at all just wanted to argue couldnt tell me who came and measured my house for my power chair. Then she said after they told me they needed a letter from the landlord to submit anything for a ramp to caresource that they didnt need that. Very rude and she hung up on me

Can get anybody to wait on you and when you did they were very rude.

As long as Great people like Joe & Jack are there to service the needs of our community, we are in good hand! The medical red tape and insurance nonsense is always present, but they will have your back every step of the way.

They are caring, compassionate and professional. Rob is the best! He took his time to make sure I was satisfied and my chair fit me perfectly. They also do excellent repairs at this location. Great people to work with through out the whole store.

They dont take time to listen to the needs or assess their customers needs when building equipment or updating equipment. Really disappointed in all my experiences with this company, as good DME is a vital part of life for some people such as my son. Its been one bad experience after the next

Picked my sons new chair up today. Hes 19 and all of these years Ive never heard him say my chair fits perfect. The 2 gentlemen who fitted him today and modified his chair to him not only listened to him to a T but they were explaining why they were fitting the chair the way they were. Explaining how muscular dystrophy patients move to try to sit up ect. And they were dead on exactly how he moves and they had him dialed in, in no time and he said this is perfect. So from me and my family I thank you both for knowledge and time you took out for my family today...this was the best xmas gift he could have ever received. - johnny beach and brennen Chappell
