Tammy in the office took great care of us n helped us out so so much with the costs- I was worried bcuz some reviews were not good but I think any bad experiences must b partly on the customer- as long as u keep in touch with them they will do everything they can to help- so make sure u call them n leave messages if ur car ends up there - thank u so much for everything

Highly recommend this shop, from the tow truck driver that picked up my car to both ladies that work in the office my experience was fantastic. Tammy battled thru some insurance issues and got my car fixed better than it looked before my accident. The guys that did the work did amazing and I could not be happier. We have found a shop we trust and will use in the future if needed.Update... We had another car that was in an accident and we had the same exact experience we had the first time. Tammy was amazing, Brad and his son got our vehicle done in no time. They make everything so stress free!

Fantastic service! Malibu prznged at Apple Hill while I was donating blood (no good deed goes unpunished!😉) Tammy absolutely BANGED rear panel and it jumped back into place! Loved that, what a HOOT!! Highly recommend!

You want quality work in a reasonable amout of time and good communication with the mechanics,go somewhere else. This place is 100% not worth it.

These guys are awesome! My car had been stolen for months and I didnt think Id get it back, the police called and it had been found and towed here, I no longer had a key to it even. They worked it out with me to drop it off at my house for me at no extra charge. I have NEVER worked with such an all out amazing, wonderful and just caring towing/impound lot before in my life without somehow knowing the owner! The world needs more shops like this one. 💗

Should disclose how much the daily storage fees are. Charge the vehicle owner one amount but then release the vehicle to the insurance company for half that amount.

Brad has done body work on my vehicles more than once. I say with assurance that he skillfully repairs the vehicles leaving no indication there was ever damage. There is no need for me to ever go anywhere else, thank you Brad.

I have taken my vehicle there a few times.The last time was the motor on my driver side window broke.They had it fixed no problem. Also while there for my window motor repair. I had a dent in my truck that Brad popped out most of the way with out me asking and with out a charge. So that was nice.It definitely looked better after he popped out the dent.

This place is a rip off. Dont go there, years ago the way overcharged for a job but I was young and dumb and they took advantage of that.
