Linda, Lisa, Christen, Elia, Wali, David, The whole team are beyond Amazing I will give them 10/10 .I lived here first w my Dad in 2004 my dad was so happy to be here he had the best time in the community... neighbors. also I brought my aunt here, then my husband and I moved here from Jersey in 2008 and currently we are still living here, then my sister, then brother, then my son. I feel very safe here.... PEACE OF MIND. Love it. Thank you ENCLAVE.
I have lived here for almost 5 years if not already 5 years. I feel safe, the front office staff is awesome. It’s in a great location. I never really have issues with my apartment and when I did they were on it!
It is a very quiet, cozy and neat place, perfect for being with the family, the parking lots are wide and the neighbors are very quiet, I love the benefits we have, the gym and the pool, the excellent security.
I love living in this community! I have met so many great neighbors and maintenance is always friendly and prompt. The leasing office staff are also very friendly and helpful anytime I need anything, and I love the beautiful trees and landscaping here and the amenities are awesome.
Overall the apartment complex is great, neighbors are generally quiet and family friendly. The gym could use some improvements but is better than others. My only issues with the complex are some units are really close to the highway so theres noise as well as the trash and recycling does not get emptied out nearly enough causing it to overflow.
Ive been living here for 2 months now and love this place. The most professionally managed apartment Ive ever lived. Maintenance requests generally get done in 2-3 days. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Attaching a picture of Halloween decor of the lobby. They really invest to make this place fun to live! Not to mention the prime location - you can literally get anything done within 10min driving distance. Plus my unit is newly furnished. Really like it here and would recommend anyone whos apartment hunting in the area.
One of the worst customer service i have ever seen.Last monday i was with my family for the apartment enquiry nearly 30 mins i was waiting for them to respond then i got frustrated and left and made my day so bad .Never ever will recommend this apartment for anyone.
The staff is very friendly and very helpful and make it there business to learn who you are. They try to do whatever they can to address and solve issues. It is quiet and clean. I enjoy living here and appreciate all that they do.
Ive lived here for a year. They did a fresh interior paint job when I moved in and have since replaced the roofs and repainted the exteriors of all the buildings. The pool is nice and rarely crowded, though I wish it was open earlier than 9 and later than 8. I also wish the fitness room was open 24 hours
I lived here for a year and it was quite pleasant. The neighborhood feels very safe to walk around at night and the crossroads shopping area is walk-able distance. The employees are very friendly and wonderful people. They even quickly learned my name as well as my room-mates. I had a water leak from my water heater unit a while back and they quickly replaced it the same day with a new one. They even cleaned and dried the carpet for us! I really appreciated everything they did. They really went out of their way to make us comfortable with hardly any compromising. I was sad when I left Enclave but it will definitely be one of my first choices if I ever had to move back into the area again.

Nice, small gated community. Gate doesnt always work and the communities amenities could be better. Great maintenance, but overall a very overpriced typical apartment community where youre mostly paying for location.

Love the office staff hope they can fix these issues and love the neighborhood especially the new bark park for my furry one. 2 stars because #1 We all wish the appliances were updated even in upgrade units appliances are OLD it would allow for more move Ins we pay for location partially but can we get updated appliances plz in our units can we get front gates that work again “private property” or cameras on the grounds I hate seeing random ppl coming through at times because open gates & ppl playing loud music in cars late night who stay in complex

***FIRST OFF I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX. *** Based off of the reviews I thought this was a good complex to explore during my apartment search. I found a listing on their website for an $807 a month 1st floor 1 bedroom apartment available November 29th. I called the complex and spoke with a lady and she looked up the apartment, confirmed it was available and confirmed the price. That same day Thursday August 23rd, I toured with Ilia (enclave leasing consultant) who informed me that I got a great deal and that she is happy I got such a great deal. I toured the complex and was happy with what I saw. Although, I toured a renovated 1 bedroom which was still fairly outdated, I still decided to apply because of the location, the price, and the cleanliness of the complex exterior. The inside of the apartment was nice enough in my opinion for $807 a month NON-RENOVATED apartment with outdated appliances. The same day I provided them a completed application and a money order for the application fee. They told me it will be about 48 hours to receive notification on if I was approved or not. Sundays they are open until 5pm, I never received any notification and I called all day NO ONE answered the phone. I called all day Monday and finally someone answered the phone. They told me the lady Ilia whom was my tour guide and the one who submitted my application, was out of work that day and would be back Tuesday. I emailed Ilida after I spoke with the complex, in hopes that she would contact me the following morning when she got into work. NOPE didnt happen, so I called around 1pm today. Ilida answers and proceeds to tell me that I was APPROVED but THEY listed the price WRONG and that I wouldnt be able to get the apartment for that price!!! How unorganized and unprofessional. These 4 Star and 5 Star reviews seem to be a bit exaggerated now that I have dealt with this complex. I toured a renovated 1 bedroom and the interior is still very old and outdated ESPECIALLY the stove, dish washer, and the refrigerator. No wonder they dont have pictures on their website showing how the 1 bedrooms look at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this complex, you are paying for the location. As far as the interior of the apartments, they are VERY OUTDATED and the prices are wayyyyy to high for such old looking interiors and such a tiny kitchen. Oh and the 1 bedrooms on the first floor which are the cheaper ones ($900s), dont even have a MICROWAVE ! Dont waste your time.***UPDATE***: I went up to the apartment complex yesterday right after the manager responded to my google review (see below) to collect my refund for my application fee. CHRISTINE GAINES is the manager and VERYYYYYYYYY rude and unprofessional. She did the complete opposite of what she stated in her response to my review (As the manager, I am available if you would like to speak further. I will be happy to make every effort to find a home within your price range.) She never even offered alternatives or anything of the sort. She could not find my money order and stated she would have to send me a check through the mail. She could not give me a time frame for how long it would take for my refund to be issued and said she would get back to me after contacting her corporate. I STILL HAVE NOT heard anything. She was very UNAPOLOGETIC and said the listing was wrong and it was MY fault for applying for it before THEY included the renovated fees. She had all the excuses for the apartments FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, and put the fault on everyone but herself. My leasing consultant Ilia said she would be there until 6pm yesterday when I spoke to her earlier (at 1pm) and when I got there Ilia was no where to be found. Even more UNPROFESSIONAL. CHRISTINE GAINES (the manager) stated that it was not HER fault but the fault of the Property Managers and I. She never apologized for the inconvenience and you can tell she is not friendly, but puts on an act for her jobs sake. These type of people should not work in customer service or leasing. I will update and let you all know if I ever receive my check.

Pathetic customer service. Ive been trying to talk to them about the availability of apartments, but they never pick the phone. The call always goes into voice messages, and they never reply to those messages. Frustrating.
