I absolutely love it here! Always do a fantastic job on my nails. I moved here for school and could cry leaving my last nail lady, but these nail techs really blew me away! They are very communicative and did exactly what I requested, I truly couldn’t ask for better experiences. Their facility is clean, welcoming, and the staff is awesome!! Only been here twice but I can guarantee they will continue to get my service. :) Oh and - their pricing is awesome for the quality work!!!!

This is my favorite nail salon EVER! The staff is very friendly and they all do an awesome job with manicures, gel manicures, and pedicures. Not only do they do nails, but they do eyelash extensions as well. This was the only pic I could find with my lashes, but look how long, nice, and thick they are. I communicated how I wanted my lashes to be and it came out exactly how I wanted it to be. Overall, I highly recommend going here whenever you want your nails or lashes done.

I have been a happy customer of Hi-Tek nails since they opened many, many years ago. I have loved Joanna and her staff and always feel so incredibly rejuvenated and happy when I leave their salon! They are so accommodating and always squeeze me in when Im in a bind (which is always). I have recently become Joannas lash customer and I am in LOVE with lash extensions. I get so many compliments on my lashes and feel like they completely transform my overall appearance. As Im getting older (and fuller) they really make the ageing process a little more tolerable. The price is so great - it cant be beat! I also love the consistency of this salon. You can always count on seeing Joanna and her staff and wont be surprised by someone who hasnt worked on your nails or lashes before. Absolutely one of Pullmans gems :)

I got acrylic nails and they turned out amazing. They are a beautiful color. My only problem was she used a used nail file, and on one finger she shaved my nail down a little to far which caused pain. My friend got a pedicure. They did an extra long massage and the water was perfect.

I wanted to leave a review because of the amazing set Hi Tek gave me yesterday.I went in for a basic set acrylics in an almond shape, nervous because Ive had bad almond nails before.The work was split between the husband and wife team at hi tek, but both were gentle, skilled and professional. They arent super talkative, or overly friendly, but thats okay. I never felt unwelcome or that they were being unfriendly to me.The shop is simple, lacking amenities like tvs or music, but making up in cleanliness and care for equipment and service. Ive always enjoyed their quiet atmosphere and clean environment.I wrapped up my manicure, and the woman suggested I pay before polish, which I liked because I wouldnt mess my nails up while paying.I paid $30 for a perfect set of almond nails, and honestly it was a bargain. I tipped well and left extremely happy.Im writing this review the next day and I couldnt be happier. Hi Tek did an incredible job, the shape is perfect, the acrylic light, but I feel confident they wont break or become detached somehow. Theres no snags on the underside, and the polish was well applied. Will go again for fills and future sets

This is my go to place going forward! Dina was so nice and did a great job with my dip powder mani and eyebrow waxing. I’ve never had gel mani done I’ve always done acrylic, Dina took the time to explain to me the differences between dip powder, gel and regular polish. She also applied aloe oil on my eyebrows when she was done to help with the redness and itching(which other places I’ve been to here don’t do that)They’ve got the pexi-glass at the mani AND pedi stations which was a plus for me because a other places I previously went to only had them at the mani stations. I will definitely be going back!

They did my toes and fingers.I love them so much!I got French tips and pink on my toes.On my fingers the French tip is good except it got some little dots of white in places it wasn’t supposed to be.Other than that my nails are really good!Now my toes.I just picked a pink and before they would massage your feet and legs it felt so good!I think it could have some music or a tv though in there.And I wish the 2 girls and 1 boy would maybe be more talkative other then talking to each other in Chinese.

I love this place! I’ve been to almost all the nail salons in Pullman and some in Moscow. This one is great. The woman who did my nails was very friendly and my nails looked amazing. She was super fast and it was a wayyyy better price than anywhere else. I am incredibly rough with my nails and even went bowling and I didn’t have even one break. Definitely the place to go!

Came in on a whim for an eyebrow wax and was told to schedule an appointment for the next day, which was fine. Came in the next day and had to wait a while because they were finishing up pedicures. Kind of annoying, but I’m trying to be patient with businesses right now. Finally it was my turn. My eyebrows don’t match at all. The left one is very thin, has no arch, and looks chopped off at the end, while the right one is the exact opposite. I should have just plucked them myself.

The manicure is cheaper($15) than Hollywood Nails($18) and you get more bang for your buck. My hands have never been so soft! Nail were done very neatly and I got a lotion massage and my hands were dipped in wax. I LOVED IT! I should have gotten a pedicure there. They make great conversation because they try to initiate it all the time. My nails are beautiful! Definitely going again.

They did a great job! They were busy when I initially came in, so I came back about 20 minutes later. I needed a fill, and they did a good job making sure everything was up to my spec. Spent a lot of time shaping and filing, which I appreciate. Well done!

The nail techs were friendly and my nails looked great, however I was told that they would charge me $8 extra dollars if I didnt pay cash. When he realized I only had half of the $95in cash he told me that he wouldnt charge the extra $8 if I paid half in cash. First of all, charging $8 as a debit card transaction fee is unheard of but they didnt have any notices stating that they charge extra for debit/credit. My daughter and I will take our business elsewhere.

I get my nails done once a month. They always look great and last. Plus awesome pedicure services as well

Very terrible place! The people are extremely rude especially the main nail technician. They didnt do the right shape I asked and painted my nails so lightly the nail polish began to come off the next week! I came back to show them and they refused and started yelling that they will not re-do my nails and the main technician said I can go anywhere else and that she doesnt care. I was warned not to come here by my friends and I refused. My mistake. I will never come here again! No one should!

The nail technician clipped my cuticles so closely and intensely that my hands were bleeding afterwards, and used an electric Dremel on my natural nails and now they bend they’re so thin. I was also charged an additional 10 dollars because two pea sized patches of acrylic were put on two nails.

Got a full Set. Service BOO. It got the job done. They gave me a gigantic cut on my thumb. Im not that picky, so the nails were fine. One was a little crooked. They DO accept debit/credit, but in their extremely broken English give you a really hard time and suggest cash instead and say they will have to pay an extra fee. Very confusing- it happened to a customer next to me. Luckily- I had cash. I have never gotten nails done in this area and cant say if it is more or less expensive.

I went here with my girlfriend. We both got our nails done but one of the nail people messed up my nail and told me it was my fault because I moved, which I didnt. She grinded it down to the skin and made it bleed. Then she threaten to charge me extra the next time if it happened again. Dont go here its terrible.

First of all the main nail lady is really rough. She cut up the skin under my nails to the point I felt my fingers start to burn and hurt. Then when she went on to do my moms nails she actually cut her enough to make her bleed. She didnt sanitize it at all she just put it back in the case after wiping it off on her pants. Which is extremely unsanitary and is the main factor why I wont go back. Plus not like I care (Im not very chatty) but they were on their phones every ten minutes, and as this was a suprise for my mom for mothers day we were on a schedule. Or talking to each other complaining how I wouldnt relax or my mom wasnt paying attention enough. Overall our nails besides them cutting my mom to bleeding point turned out beautiful. Still very sore though and Ive gotten acrilic nails twice before and it never hurts and stings 5 hours later.

Always done right by me! They take excellent care of me! Great service and excellent mani and pedis. They also wax my brows. Always refreshed when I leave.

Ive been there a few times and it never really seems clean. Though they do my eyebrow waxing fabulously, I have switched places just because of the cleanliness factor.
