I actually really liked this nail salon but the first two times Ive gone Ive had to wait like 40 mins plus even with an appointment. Also I felt like they rushed my nails both times and they came out poorly. My nails growing underneath the acrylic were hanging out over the fake nail and it literally drove me crazy looking at them for weeks and trying to trim my natural nail shorter than the fake nail. These pictures were taken 3 weeks after I got them done so they are grown out. But you can see my natural nail underneath the acrylic and they looked like that from day one after I got them refilled. Also when I went to get them removed I had mold under my nail because she did not seal my nails properly. Ive been getting my nails done for 15 years now and Ive NEVER had mold under my nails. So gross. I was so mad I almost went up there and told them off. Do not go here.

They do amazing work and the prices are reasonable! I definitely recommend this place!

My nail tech was so nice and detailed. He checked with me at every step and was so gentle with the file. He fixed the bad job I had done from another salon and left me with an amazing look. I will definitely be coming back to Hollywood nail.

6 days after getting my gel manicure it started to chip in 2 nails. And then 3 by the end of the day. SIX DAYS. I could have just painted my nails at home. I thought about calling and telling them I wanted it fixed but during the visit my friends and I felt okay most of the time but when the person doing my nails did not communicate something and I made a mistake (that’s how it felt) I was immediately corrected. Not with words but actions. And then she started speaking to her coworker in their native language- obviously laughing about me. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. The chips in my nails have just gotten worse- 5 chips and my nails are snagging on EVERYTHING. So I actually cut the chips and my nails before posting this. Was drivin my nuts. I hate to put bad reviews. This is probably my first one ever. I would definitely not recommend going here.

This place is great! Theyre all friendly, funny, and know what theyre doing. Jenny is the best nail artist Ive ever been to and this is now my place to go to from now on!

The pedicure was so rushed. Seemed as if they didn’t want to do it. The nail tech that did my acrylics was extremely rude, she didn’t want to listen to what I wanted done. I was so unhappy with her work and attitude! Never going back.

Took my daughter there to have a full set of acrylics out on. The man who did her nails was efficient, good at helping her decide what she wanted color-wise, and willing to try different colors until she decided. And she said he was really gentle, which is important because no one wants their fingers savaged when having their nails shaped. Id go back to him myself. :)

They do an amazing job. I prefer them over any nail place in the area

Way too rough on my cuticles. Very cute set but the acrylic somehow caused my finger to become inflamed! Took them off the next day. Take time with your customers.

Just had my eyebrows down for the first time here and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and talkative, the actually waxing was quick and pain free and the prices were reasonable. $12 for a perfect in and out experience. I’ll be a regular for sure!

Jenny is hands down the best freaking nail artist I personally have ever worked with, absolutely flawless shaping and beautiful color, and talkative but doesnt make me feel awkward. 20/10 recommend to any nail lover and will always go back.

The lady there is super nice but the guy is a total jerk. I had a hard time hearing him and he snapped at me and rolled his eyes. Also I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he offered zero help in trying to achieve that look. The lady did try to help after the guy made a big scene when I said that I had wanted glitter.

Very nice people. The end result is a well crafted manicure or peticure. If u have a hard time explaining what you would like they can help via pictures too. If there is a certain color u would like they do try their best to get as close as they can with what they have.

This place is god awful. The workers there especially Jenny are extremely aggressive, dont list to what you want, uncharge you, not to mention dont even do a good job on your nails. Im not convinced theyre even certified nail techs??? Do not go! Kool Nails is a thousand times better.

They do a good job on your nails most of the time, but the wait to even get your nails done is ridiculous. Even if you have an appointment the wait is like an hour. Would suggest you either go in the morning or not at all. It isnt worth the wait and the people are not very friendly so its a boring wait as well.

I went there with my nieces last week and was disappointed with the fact that I asked for a specific designs for my toe nails and my finger nails and they werent able to do it. I left with something i was some what satisfied with. The guy who painted my fingers nails left gel nail polish all over the tips of my fingers When I asked him to please clean it off he joked about me having to live with it and then didnt clean it off all fingers which i was not impressed with!!!! It was so hot in the nail salon that me and my nieces all had red cheeks when we left. They did finally open the door but there was no air conditioning. Their floors look like crap and need redone. Would hate to see an elderly person try and attempt to walk through there with any safety device because they would trip and fall. For all 3 of us having pedicures and nails painted I didnt think what we got was worth the $145.00 that I was charged. Before the pedicures started I said to them that the girls didnt want the massaging and all the extra details that went on with the pedicures they just wanted their feet washed and nails painted the guy there not sure what his name is but he didnt listen to me!!! He was also the same one that left crap all over my finger tips. Just not a good experience would have been better if they listened and not did what they wanted. Another thing dont go in there expecting to pay with a credit card or debit card because its all check or cash ONLY!! This is just another nail salon that doesnt listen to you or do anything special you request !! DONT EXPECT THEM TO LISTEN TO YOU!!

This is the worst place to go. Took them 1 hour just to get me and a friend in after making an appointment, they let 3 people got before me. Overall took 2 and a half hours for 2 acrylics. They didn’t listen to what I wanted done. And they messed up and made my nails peel and bumpy. I will never go back.

I have been a long-time customer of Hollywood nails but will never be returning. 2+ months prior to my visit yesterday I had been to Hollywood Nails to get gel soaked off- I was left to sit by myself for 30+ minutes and picked the nails off myself. The tech didn’t charge me which I thought was the nice thing to do. When I returned yesterday Jenny was pushy and impolite with me from the beginning- as a polish change was all I wanted and she kept trying to get me to do gel. She then tried to charge me for the gel removal from months ago?! It was extremely unprofessional, she raised her voice at me, and I was shocked at how I was being treated especially with 5 other women in the store?! Terrible customer service and a SUPER uncomfy experience, yikes! I wont be returning to Hollywood Nails or the families store iSpa in Moscow ever again.

If they are really busy the service is not that great... miss alot of steps during the service to get you out quick. But if you can catch them when they arent super busy, they do a great job.

They do a great job on nails and they are friendly and will make conversation with you instead of it being awkward and in silence and its just a really great experience and I definitely recommend going here to get your nails done its off the charts great!

I got my eyebrows waxed here and they did a great job! Definitely going to continue going here, cheaper prices than other waxing salons in the area.

Extremely customer unfriendly. Just overall rude in general. My 15 year old daughter misunderstood the directions she was given and instead of picking a color, she went to wash her hands and the nail tech got angry with her. Then when she asked for French nails she was told she should have mentioned that earlier. Not sure if they are the only gig in town, but definitely not sending her back there. And seriously, its Christmas Eve. Just be kind.

Went for a mother-daughter mani pedi on a Tuesday, early afternoon. We were met with a scowl and a frown, and waited 30 min in freezing cold water (pedicure), when one of the staff, literally, slapped polish on my 9 y.o. hands and feet. No lotion, massage, or any friendliness to make it an experience for her. For me, they did a bit more, but I was so concerned they had her sitting there waiting for 45 minutes! We had to ask them to put a top coat/gloss on her toes! Isnt that standard?! Then, they charged me full price for a little girls hands and feet when it wasnt the spa mani pedi, not even close, they did a HORRIBLE job (I see streaks, bubbles and smudges on every one of my toes as I type this), and I was so irritated, I didnt even (want to) get my manicure. We walked out spending too much for waaay to little, althewhile with someone with a major attitude. I couldve done this job at home! We went out for a reason. We will NEVER go back!! Horrible experience for what was supposed to be a nice mother daughter spa trip...

Unfriendly person. Crappy half- assed manicure. I had to get her to put hand cream on my hands and a massage. She came out and did aIt for a whopping 30 secs per hand. I couldnt get a buff so she talked into this cheap clear that started looking bad after 34 hours. Plus she didnt get rid of my cuticles. I am out of state. I am out of state. I hope this is not typical of manicure places. Wow, overpriced too. Where I live in the LA area is better even at our so so places. If this pathetic manicure I got is to be expected at hollywood nails they should just close shop.

It was like pulling teeth to get these people to actually do a semi nice job on my girlfriends nails and they still did terrible. It wasnt even busy but the lady refused to trim her cuticles along with a laundry list of other things like putting on a clear coat that she wouldnt do without being asked repeatedly. I dont know what the deal was but shes not going back and I am blown away with what an unwelcoming place this really is.

Clean, new pedicure chairs and new flooring! Always very clean! Everything is in its own package and you know it hasnt been used before. Friendly staff!!

Great job, but no powders, aloe or creams. There was also still wax on my eye brows.

Went it to get a full set and I had horriable service form the woman who did my nails, then to dry them I didn’t even get to use a light dryer, I got a baby fan and it took just as long as getting my nails put on. And to make my experience even worse she did a bad job at leveling the acrylic correctly that one broke while shopping two days later. I’ve never had any break before! Let alone right after I got them done!

If i could give 0 stars I would. First off my friend and I walk in to get pedicures and they are not very friendly to us. We sit down and the man taking of my polish (I had gel) tells me I have to wait for this other woman to help me which was fine. She comes over and asks me if I want gel polish again that it is 40$ I tell her no I only want to pay 30$ for a basic pedicure. She looks at me and tells me she will take 5$ off making my gel pedicure only 35$. So I told her I would get them. She proceeds to take of my gel polish with their little sander they have and cuts the skin next to my nail open as its bleeding every were she is shocked and I can tell she feels horrible. I tell her its okay and so she proceeds. My friend next to me at this point is getting ready for her rock massage on her legs and the man doing her pedicure burns the inside of her calve with the hot rock!!! He didnt say much. At this point the lady is working on my nails she cut one nail on my whole foot my right big toe nail and doesnt file or anything so that nail is all square and awkward. As all this is going on they are trying to push some 5$ more lotion on my friend and we tell them no and they continue to try to put it on any way! While the woman is doing my gels she goes back and unplugged my massage chair to plug in her UV light which Im in there to relax so shouldnt they have extra plug in so they dont unplug the one thing keeping me sane at this point?! She finishs my nails and my friends nails because the man working on her told her he didnt paint nails. She walks off to do a manicure on someone else and we sit there for 30 minutes and no one says anything to us we felt like we could have walked out and no one would notice! As we decided maybe we will get up and leave. The man that was doing my friends nails helps 2 more customers to their sets for pedicures and was nice as can be to them. We were not rude to him we were very welcoming so why did he treat these other people so differently? Im livid at this point I walk up the the counter and the woman who did my nails looks at me and says 30$ for your friend and 40$ for you. I look at her and say you told me 35$ that the gel pedicure is 40$ but you would take off 5$ so it would only be 35$. She said no I said 40$ and I look at my friend thinking am I crazy and my friend says no you said 35$ not 40$. When it was all said and done I had to pay this woman who cut my toe open 70$ for my friend and I. Needless to say this is a horrible salon and I am going to call the manager today. I would not recommend this nail salon.
