This medical office has an excellent staff that is professional, friendly, and informative. The waiting time short, and the waiting room itself is clean and presentable along with the patient rooms as well. Recommended 👍

I received excellent care in this facility. I had food poisoning that lasted over one week. From the front desk receptionist to the tech who took my vitals and infos to the doctor who examined me and technicians who assisted me it was an amazing and caring experience.It was cold in that facility and they did not have blankets, I was able to get a fleece jacket in my car but the phlebotomist had offered me the sweater she was wearing.Dr. Ruth was very thorough, ordered all necessary exams and I left with a better understanding of what was happening to me and was so kind!Thank you ALL for your service!Francis Charles

First time going there, called ahead of time to make sure they take our insurance and looked good based on reviews. Kathryn at front desk pre-registered Me and my two kids and set an appointment within the hour just in case. Went there and were seen right away. Office looked very clean and nurses and doctors were really attentive and understanding ans took care of our needs.

Went to see Dr. Barry Hyman. I got there 9:50 for a 10am appointment. Waited approximately 10-15 mins not bad. Spoke to the nurse after she called me into a room. She disclosed that the doctor takes long to come because he takes his time with his patients. Ok cool he took a little bit to come. He ask me questions. Then he tells me the nurse said I didn’t want to disclose certain things. I said I just told her my whole story. Ok, then he asked me to put on some shorts so he can evaluate my knee. The man left for over a half of hour. I even asked the staff outside, was he coming back. They just looked at me like I had horns growing out my head. I gave him until 11:30 to come back to any avail. I had to be some place by 12. I just left. He maybe a good doctor, but that disappearing act needs to stop. The nurse is just giving an excuse for his behavior. Not cool Dr. Hyman. I’m tell Dr. Gulati.

My non-verbal autistic son hurt his foot and needed an XRay. My husband brought him and was totally dreading the experience. He said it was, without a doubt, the best doctors experience hes ever had. Everyone was so kind a patient with Garrett who ended up needing a boot for a stress fracture.Well done Newburgh Medical Center

Newburgh location was quick and efficient from appointment to check in to nurse care and Dr. Demetros went above and beyond our expectations. Office is clean and COVID precautions in effect! We will definitely use clinic again if necessary - Thank you!

I went here for a covid test, and every single person I met was beyond nice! It was clean, everyone was extremely friendly and it made an experience that I usually dread so much easier. I will definitely recommend this Urgent Care to my friends and family!!

Went here for a Covid test. I was seen very quickly and everyone was very nice. They were also thorough, not only did they do the Covid test but a strep test at the same time as well as the antibodies test.

Went for a Covid test and they scheduled me for an appointment in the Middletown location, even though I live hours from Middletown and I definitely called the Newburgh location. On top of that, it took them 3 days to get me a televisit, and another 3 days to get me in the office for the actual in person covid test, for a total of 6 days I had to wait. This was never explained to me. Had I known it was going to take 6 days to get the actual test, I would had tried to get a test done somewhere else that was faster. One good thing was, even with the appointment scheduled for the Middletown location, they still saw me in Newburgh fairly quickly. Qhe nurse who did the covid test only swabed around the very tips of my nostrils. You are supposed to go deep into the nose to get any kind of valid test result. Im not even sure I can trust these test results at all. To top it all off, it took them over 24 hours to call me with the results of what should had been a rapid test. I filled out paperwork stating that I needed test results for my job to return to work, and I cant find my test results online and still cant go back to work days later because I have no valid paperwork saying the test was negative. Now I have to spend 2 more hours driving back down there to demand the paperwork in person, and Ive lost 2 days of work for no reason. Not a good experience from this place and not a good first impression. I know other people say the place is great, but unfortunately, that just hasnt been my experience. Its been a huge pain. To get any of this done.

They never answer the phones, had a vivid test and they said I’d have the results in an hour and that they would call. They never called me emailed me or made it available on their portal. I told them I needed the results for my job and they kept avoiding it until I had to confront them in person and demand my results almost getting me fired from my job for delaying the results. A bunch of idiots that work there and no one knows how to do their job. Will NEVER go back even if it was my last resort. Horrible horrible horrible.

As Patients, You Should Never Be Told “Your Doctors going to be 2 Hrs Late, just wait In the lot until they are ready for you. they will give you a call” THAT IS THE WORST FIRST IMPRESSION EVER. poor job, Middletown Medical - 47n.plank rd.

The best medical facility I have been to. It is a one stop shop. You have urgent care, primary care physicians, cardiology, and all the other specialists that people are in need of. The staff is great! I have been all over and havent found a place like Middletown Medical.

Service with a smile!Was in need of a Dr to see my Son immediately as he has horrible allergies and had to be sent home from school.I walk right in and was seen in less than 10 minutes.The staff and doctors was extremely kind and Courteous.Will definitely be back if I ever need an urgent care again.
