Great friendly full service nail salon.Good prices, friendly staff, wonderful massage chairs for the pedicures.Great covid practices including masks on the staff and dividers at the nail stations.They do a great job making you feel pampered and relaxed while they make your nails look fabulous!

My regular paint for nails and toes was very poor coming out of the gate. Within two days it was even worse. How is that possible!? Will never go back. I do not recommend Nail Art.UPDATE - Nail Art response is ridiculous. My nails and toes were terrible immediately on her painting them. Embarrassing to have to attend an event with 1 day nails that were not painted evenly or even full coverage, nail polish run lines and chips. NO. $70.00 of wasted money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ky and his wife always do a great job! I have sensitive skin and get cut easily but that’s never been a concern here. I just simply show them the design I want and I’m always happy with my nails! I do regular fills every month since no other salon can compare!

Ive been there about 5 or 6 times always a good experience by appointment.Pretty good jobKyle has worked on my manicure every time except for the exception of once when one of the ladies - his sis or sis in law, not sure of name. Overall they do a good job, sometimes theyre a bit more rushed then other times especially with the small staff. Overall Im satisfied with my experiences and Ill keep going backReasonably priced. The only reason I dont give the establishment a 5 star rating is because I do feel rushed at times and I usually notice a couple things wrong with my nails after I leave, when and Id I notice while in shop it has been fixed.

Absolutely in love. Ive tried a few places in town but I think this is the one. The staff were very friendly and had great talent and love for the work. The atmosphere was open, clean, and very slick. I got a full set of acrylics with beautiful polish and matte finish. Very long style so he made sure to make the nail thick to hold on. Apparently they also have glow in the dark polish which I look forward to getting next time. It was busy the entire time I was there but it didnt even take a full hour. I look forward to going back.

Ky an his team are by far THE BEST in Pullman! Always welcoming and extremely nice. Not to mention they treat my 5 year old nieces like princess

Hands down best nail salon on the Palouse! I’ve been to 5+ salons and more often than not, leave disappointed. Not here though! Staff was exceptionally friendly, clean, respectful, and did a wonderful job. I received a gel manicure for $30 and won’t be going anywhere else!

They are so sweet! One of the guys there used to do nail art in California so is perfectly fine with doing experimental or more bold nails! I got 1 1/2 inch nails and they came out BEAUTIFUL ❤️

I really enjoyed this salon. I got gel nails done for only $30! Such a kind staff and they remember your name every time you come in.

I usually don’t get my nails done in pullman but I had heard such great things about Nail Art Spa I had to give them a shot! I called the day before and asked for the first available appointment and they said they were full, but they could come in 30 mins early to fit me in! I was so thankful and excited! I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and was out of there within the hour! It was so quick and they did such a great job. I asked Kyle to do a fun design on my nails and he did not disappoint! Just be sure to call ahead and make an appointment because they do not take walk ins because of COVID!

Great service, the dude is my favorite but they all do good work.Hes very talkative and fast and I prefer a man personally however Ive had his wife too and she did an excellent job!10/10 have already recommended these people

I have gone here a few times now and its the best place I have found in Pullman. The staff is great and always does a great job. Even in this pandemic I feel like they are taking all the precautions they can and Its the best quality and price you will find.

Kai and his wife welcome every customer into their salon as if family. I enjoy the easy atmosphere where conversation between patrons is fun. Full mani/pedi service w a wax room and cleanliness is a priority. Prices match competition, however skill is much higher.

Clean, Comfortable, Friendly, I am new in town and read reviews on a few places, chose this one and glad I did. They did a great job. Cost more than I expected as I pay less on Quen Anne Hill in Seattle, but it was worth the money I guess. I called around and price checked afterwards and am surprised him much is charged on this side of the mountains....

The guy did a wonderful job! Beautiful ombré glow-in-dark acrylics that look classy and subtle during the day. When I wanted them to be filed shorter a few days later, they did that for me free of charge! Will come back again.

We made a last minute appointment for two full sets. They got us in that night and did a lovely job! They were so quick and the nails look and feel amazing. They were also super upfront about the costs for upgrades (I’ve had other salons charge extra for certain shapes and not tell me until the end). I will definitely be back!!

Amazing! I did a walk in, and now I know why they primarily do appointments because they’re so busy because they are AMAZING! It was worth waiting for because I absolutely love my nails. Everyone is so nice and everything is so clean and open -polishes in sight- everything just right there. I’m very happy I went. I’d add an image of my nails if it would let me! Perfect shape and all! Definitely making future appointments.

We called for an appointment and they both us in right away for a mani pedi combo. Everyone was so nice- laughing and joking the entire time. I will never go anywhere else again! Both our feet and nails look amazing!!!

I came in two days ago for a gel manicure but was in a hurry so I didn’t have time to fix it then, but the gel color changed from a beige to almost a green.. not their fault! I came back today on my day off and Kyle was warm and ready to help free of charge!! Tina, also warm as always! My nail color and shape are PERFECT and pretty now! Also, when I come here my gel stays on without chipping or peeling for almost 2 weeks, love this place check it out!!

Came in for a full set and was very happy with the nails! This was my first time coming here and Kyle did a good job and was very nice.

Went to get my nails done. Super nice people but they didn’t fill my nail in all the way to my cuticle so there is some space; meaning I have to fill them in sooner. And it says that a full set is $30 however I got one and they charged me $40. Plus I didn’t add on any extra design, it was a solid color. It was a clean atmosphere but I won’t spend that much for something so simple

This place is my absolute go to spot in Pullman!!! I have lived in Pullman for almost ten years now and this place has been the only place to consistently provide an amazing quality service, product, cleanliness, and just an amazing attention to detail. I see a couple reviews saying that people didnt like how their nails turned out but the owner has always let me come in if I ever had an issue and redone them at no additional cost. I also always tend to ask for pretty complex designs or ideas and they always turn out amazing!

This is the best nail and art spa in Pullman Washington they are funny and amazing people. They are so good at what they do I plan on going there for my wedding day for my nails and my Brides mades and Made of Honor. I just let her pic what she though would look cute for Halloween and I love them. Thank you.

The salon was clean and the owner and staff were very polite and nice. We had an appointment and got started on time. Their prices were straightforward and they didn’t try to add extras that would make the final price higher. Will definitely go there again.

Ive gone to just about every nail salon in the area. I guarantee this place is consistent, provides quality and satisfaction. I got a fill and polish here that lasted a month without any wear or tare! I simply had to go in to get a fill(that was much overdo). If your worried about having acrylic, this place is the SAFEST. I swear, its like they never shaved down the natural nail at all! 10/10

I came in for a fill because I was in town visiting my boyfriend. Kyle was super friendly and I experienced super fast service I was in and out in 20 minutes also they have just about every option/color/style you could ask for! So pleased!!!

They are nice and quick to get you taken care of but I have had my nails done by 3 different people and the quality has varied each and every time. Not once were my cuticles taken care of. This most recent time, the dip was done so thin that my nails began cracking the NEXT day. After a week, 5 of them had cracked in multiple spots and 1 was completely chipped. For $50, it was NOT worth it. Had I still been in town I most likely would have gone to show them but left town for the holidays the day I got them done.Since I havent been able to get my nails done at a consistent quality, I dont think Ill be going back.

I always have an awesome experience. The staff is very friendly and they listen to exactly what you want. Im always pleased with the designs I leave with, and whenever I break a nail they are more than happy to fix it with no charge. I highly reccomend this salon.

I was in Pullman for the day due to my dog being at the emergency veterinarian clinic. I had a few hours i needed to kill and I found this place. I was sleep deprived and honestly, I was just sad, it was extremely relaxing and everyone was kind. My pedicure was awesome and the hot stone massage was exactly what I needed.

Used to come to this place but dont expect anything cheap. Cheap lasts one week. More expensive gel lasts a month but it is at least $40. Any additions will cost you as well. I stopped coming after for a simple design of a white nail with three stripes I was charged $50. I decided that it was too much for my budget. Honestly, I do nails better myself.

Kyle is the best! He take time to make sure your nails look as good or better than you expected. Very clean and friendly staff! I won’t go anywhere else!

They have a large selection of gel polishes, dips and powders. The facility is clean and the service was quick without being rushed or sloppy. Prices are average. This is the best place Ive found in the area thus far. Ill definitely be returning.

I loved my experience! I had just told them a couple months prior to my visit last week, I had gotten my cosmetology license. It was the first time I made down time for myself in awhile. I was a little bothered that they used a used file and didn’t sanitize a station before I sat down. But all in all, they were friendly, talkative, welcoming, and professional! I love my ombré acrylic, and get lots of compliments on them!

I went in to get a full set and the guy finished my nails in 15 min. He didn’t take his time, made me feel rushed and unwanted. Didn’t do all the steps and then still charged me 40$. After 6 days all 10 nails had come off. I called to talk about a solution and he told me I must have done something to my nails and that it was my fault... does he actually think I would pay 40$ for nails and then pull them off not even a week later? Horrible nails, horrible customer service.. will not be going there again.

Used to go here a lot. Recently went in and was charged 55$ for a simple set. There are no prices hung up anywhere. I have never been charged over 45 for a set; Ive been told she charges for length of nails and design but I got shorter nails than I usually do and absolutely no design. Three of my nails broke off in less than a week. I called and asked for them to be fixed for free since it wasnt even a week later and received no call back.

Nice staff. However nails didn’t last. I got a Gel set on Saturday. Had my first chip on Monday and the nails started peeling of Tuesday. Quality just isn’t worth going back.

Did a great job but as I was waiting for my girls nails to get done I sat in a massage chair and they got frustrated. Told me to pay to have my feet done or go sit by the door. For almost $100 1 girl gets her nails done and I get a massage doesnt sound like a bad deal! More guys would be willing to go if they let guys get a massage in one of the EIGHT EMPTY MASSAGE chairs.Thank you for your reply. For that I will return.Fyi I could understand if you charged a couple bucks to use the massage chair. You are a business.

Lady was very nice, but seems like the guy didn’t know what he was doing when he was glueing on the fake nails on my nails. She missed a lot of spots on my nails. The spots closest to the cuticle is lifting up after about 2 weeks and I got gel nails.
