Great customer service, they did a quick and accurate process and my nail art was perfect !!

I was hesitant to give this salon low stars because a review really contributes to a business but I won’t be returning. They were very nice and explained to me the different services that they provided. Here is why I won’t be returning. When filing my nails I can see she used old nail files and that they have clearly been used on other people and same with the drill bits and clippers. This is a common practice in nail salons but it is unsanitary and can give customers infections and spread bacteria which is why using new files and sanitizing other tools is important. I politely declined and paid $15 for the nail removal. They were very nice about the situation.

Loved this place! They all were so kind and gentle with our feet. On New Year’s Eve they even stayed open for people who came in at 5, after someone said are you sure it’s ok to come in this late, he said “don’t even worry about it, we will take care of you”. They make sure everyone is happy and taken care of completely.I got the Diamond spa crystal pedicure and couldn’t be happier, he took his time with my feet and made sure everything was clipped, grated, smoothed and softened. Their young daughter entertained us and helped put soap in our baths, she was so cute!My mom and dad had a deluxe pedicure and my dad said he couldn’t believe he waited 70 years before having one, he’s definitely hooked. They all made sure we were comfortable and relaxed and took such good care of us. The place was clean and spacious, they have 11 manicure tables for regular mani’s and gels. They have 8 massage chairs for pedicures too. It’s a cash only place but they have an ATM so don’t worry about not having any walking in. We all felt taken care of, we definitely will be back soon!

Had one of the best pedicures I have ever had. Got the Diamond and was pampered for almost two full hours. Definitely going back.

OMG this place is the best. I just moved and finding a good nail salon to do my acrylics was a daunting process but they did such an amazing job! They are one of the only places in the area open on Sundays! They were professional and my nails look and feel amazing! Will be coming back again and again!

Kyle did AMAZING. I showed him a photo of what I wanted, he copied it perfectly, & then he added his own touches that made them look so much better! Absolutely recommend going here

I get my nails done frequently and they always do a good job on mine! The younger lady who works there is very nice and she was honest when I misunderstood the price. I thought she told me $45 for a fill and so I gave her 50 and told her she could keep the 5 She caught me after and gave me the extra ten. Some places might have just let me pay them and pocket the rest.

Only place I’ve ever been that charges the same price for a men’s pedicure as a women’s. Friendly service. Had to wait 15min even though I had an appointment.

After a decent wait a nice gal got me to her table and went to work right away on making some gorgeous black stiletto acrylics. This place always seems to be busy so a wait time is to be expected. They dont take appointments, walk ins only.

She took her time, and my nails look great.

Tony has done a deluxe pedicure and a basic pedicure for me. After lock down, my feet were really nasty esp my left big toe. I was losing my toenail. Tony cleaned it up, made suggestions for future care. Very friendly man. I also have had a basic manicure by him.This salon is very clean, efficient, safety precautions in place.I would highly recommend this salon!!

I was in town for a couple days and needed a fill and pedicure. I wasnt sure what to expect, Im pretty particular about my nails. After reading some reviews on other locations in the area I decided to stop here ....... and Im so glad I did. The 3 men working at the time were very kind and the guy that did my nails was awesome. My nails turned out beautiful, the price was great and I was in and out quickly. I wish this place was on my side of the mountains!! I highly recommend them! Will definitely return when Im in town. 💅😊

One of the more expensive places Ive gone to in Pullman, but you get your moneys worth! Its the first time my acrylics didnt crack or get loose or fall off within a week; the set lasted me 3 weeks until I had to take them off. Very impressive

Very nice Salon with friendly staff!

I had been in this salon a year ago when a wedding party I was a part of, went in for manicures. It was an OK experience when we did that, I had so much more to do that day, and so did the bride. So, when my daughter was selected by Wishing Star Foundation in Spokane to be granted a wish, she decided she wished to go to Hawaii. Well, if you are going to Hawaii, you must get your feet done professionally. We selected Kool Nails because of the very good reviews...but I had been there before and it was not more than OK. BUT it was my daughters treat so we went. A completely different experience than last time. The staff was incredible. It was super busy, but the staff was attentive to us. They got us sat down and enjoying our feet being treated to the pre-bath. They saw that my daughter who is on kidney dialysis had swollen legs from excess fluid and during the lower leg massage was so good to help massage and be careful not to hurt her. The toenails polishing was superb. When they heard that Sarah was a Wishing Star Kid, they did things extra special and they gifted the pedicures. We leave Wednesday for Hawaii. We have awesome looking feet and toes. We will come again and tip well. I feel like Kool Nails is a part of Sarahs Wish. Thank you Kool Nails Design & Spa.

Great nail salon!

The atmosphere of this place is very welcoming and the people there are very nice which is why I have them a 2 stars but the nails themselves and the process is why they lost 3 stars. The shape I was going for was coffin but instead got a crooked stiletto shape on all but one. Doing a full set took her a hour when it usually only takes about 30 minutes back home.

This is the second time Ive gone and both times have been incredible. The $35 pedicure is absolutely amazing. Nice friendly staff, clean environment. I had a wonderful experience both time Ive gone. Will definitely go back again.

Got my nails done here, and I must say they did a great job! They’re also very friendly and welcoming. The salon it’s self was very cute and clean.

Loved my experience here. She took her time on my nails and they ended up looking great. It took me forever to figure out the length I wanted but she was very patient. Some polish got on my skin but thats an easy fix.

Best place to do your nails in the area. They are very nice, the nails are clean and well done. Not chuncky at all. I have been going to this salon for years and they are really the best.

At 40 weeks pregnant, the ladies in my family (Mom, Aunt, and Sister) took me here to get my toe nails done before the baby arrived! Weve been doing pedicures on special occasions for as long as I can remember. Everyone agrees that this was THE BEST nail salon wed been too! The staff (all family) were incredibly professional and did such a great job-- and at a very reasonable price! Id been looking for local place since our move for getting nails done, and as long as Kool Nails stay in town I will never go to another place. My favorite part was that the Grandpa (owner) painted a Pullman Flower on my two big toes and his wife gave it for free to congratulate us on the baby! I LOVE this place!

I came here for an eyebrow and back waxing, I went to Hi Tek and they werent very clean. Here at Kool Nail it is clean and very welcoming. I scheduled an appointment, came in got my waxing done and while the waxing was being done the lady kept conversation going and made sure I was alright. My eyebrows came out beautiful and my back is absolutely smooth. I highly recommend coming here! Very very nice!

This review is on their waxing service which was terrible. I went in and showed a picture of the shape I wanted my eyebrows to take. I told her I did not want them thin. She told me she couldn’t make that exact shape and I said that was fine as long as they were just cleaned up and with a little arch. We had a full conversation about what I wanted and she said okay. The lady took off over half the hair from both brows, one brow is square and the other is round. Then she tells me “well you can just draw your eyebrows on”. No. No I can’t, I shouldn’t have to if you would have done the job right. And she knew I was upset because I told her they were too thin and she kept saying “I tried. You can draw them”. So now I’m stuck looking like Voldemort’s kid waiting for my brows to grow back from this butcher job. Would not recommend.

The people are kind and do an okay job. The only 2 complaints I have is they don’t work on the shapes as well as I think they could and when you get acrylic nails they don’t paint near the cuticle, they just kind of leave it. Like they don’t paint them all the way. I found that if you make and appointment and come in later in the day like 5:00pm they aren’t as busy and stay with you the whole time to finish your nails! I also found that it was easier to show them an image of what you want instead of explaining to them what you want. The price was only $30 For acrylics and it’s my first time getting them! They gave me a good first experience with nails!

My mom and I had a great time and both love our nails. There was a little mix up with the colors we chose since it was so busy for Moms Weekend, but overall we left satisfied and three days later were still loving them!

I received a pedicure and a manicure. Both came out good. My manicure, I received gel and my manicure still looks fresh. I am not easy on my hands, so its great that my manicure still looks so good.

I have been going to Kool Nails since the very beginning of them opening and lately I have been receiving the worst service. my nails always breaks in a few days and they charge me $5 to fix them, even though it’s obvious that they didn’t make the acrylic strong enough. after going to the for a while, it’s time to go to a new shop. i highly recommend not going there

Prices are reasonable and they did a fantastic job. I have never had a non-gel manicure stay on for this long. They prepped the nails wonderfully and did an amazing job overall. I got a basic manicure and pedicure.

Great fun sho!. Very nice modern pedicure chairs and all the staff was super friendly and did not rush my girlfriends pedicure. We only came in for the pedicure but after seeing how well the did it, she decided to go ahead and doo a full set which also turned out fabulous. She will definitely be coming back

I don’t mind the wait, been to Hollywood they took two hours just to do my nails. And they where rude. Kool nails are generally nice and they talk to you. Loved their service.

First time there was great but the second time I went the lady doing them handed ME the file when I asked for them a bit shorter and claimed she wasn’t good at it??? And this was after waiting 45 mins when they said it wouldn’t be longer than 15. Won’t be going back.

We did this with gel because Im still hesitating to jump into acrylic life. My stylist stayed beyond closing to get my lines straight. The color differences were my choosing but the overalm look was exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

Friendly but I still have some callus and exfoliating that needs done, I paid $55 plus tip. Ive never had an issue with my feet sliding around in my sandals afterwards but it was a good $35-40 dollar pedicure

Awful service. Came in at 4:40pm for a fill and still received no service by 6pm. Customers who came in after me were helped before me as I waited and waited. When I mentioned how long I had been waiting, yet another customer was put before me!
