Weve used Cobra for years, and have nothing but the best experience. Their drivers are some of the best around! A few weeks ago we had to have a container put into our building, and they did an amazing job of putting the dumpster into a small and crowded location with ease! I am not a customer. One of their employees was working in my neighborhood while I was walking my son home from the bus stop. As soon as he saw me with my son he hopped out of his truck and offered to let my son help him operate the dumpster hook. It made my sons day. As I said, Im not a customer but if I need a roll off dumpster I know where Im gonna go.

Called in and the were extremely helpful. They answered all the questions I had. Very professional. I rented the dumpster from them and it was delivered to me within the hour. The driver was very polite. They put the dumpster on wood which I know most companies will not do. This company does not charge by the weight of what we throw away so we didnt accrue any extra charges. The price of the dumpster was the price. No hidden charges period. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our finished basement flooded on Sunday due to the high amount of rain we received. Come Monday we had to do demo and needed a large dumpster. Not only was Cobra the cheepest they had it delivered within 2 hours of calling! Our delivery driver was extremely knowledgeable and careful not to ruin our cement driveway as he lowered it down. The dumpster itself was clean and easy to work with. Today I called to have it picked up and again, within 2 hours of calling they were here to pick it up. Different driver but was just as curtious as the 1st. After he removed it he took out a blower and removed any dirt or debris we had sitting in the driveway. EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND. Cobra will ALWAYS be our 1st go to from here on out.

Great communication, lowest prices in the area, dropped off and picked up exactly when I was told by the dispatcher.

Paid with credit card over the phone $250+ tax. Dumpster arrived in next morning. Filled to one foot below line at top. Picked up seven days later. Next thing we know, he charges the credit card an additional $58.00 WITHOUT BOTHERING TO CALL AND INFORM US FIRST. His so-called reason was that we filled over the line painted on the inside that indicated it was ten yards. We ordered a ten yard dumpster, he sent a larger one instead...with a white line painted INSIDE...which we never saw and or course couldnt see after we filled to well below the line painted on the OUTSIDE. Pretty sneaky way to rip people off. Never once was anything like that mentioned on the website or by the owner on the phone in two phone conversations. We demanded he refund that additional unauthorized charge which he did. Then, a week later, he mails a bill for a cash sale for the original amount of $250 + tax!! Trying to get paid TWICE! We call that THIEVERY where we come from. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. We advise do not give him your credit card number. Oh, I almost forgot to mention--he called my wife (were both in our sixties and retired) who was 3000 miles away visiting the grandchildren, to pester her AFTER he tried to charge the additional $58.00 (she had never even spoken to him) rather than call me (ten miles away) the person he had spoken to twice. Thats a shady business. However, I will say his driver was a very nice guy who did his job with pride, ease, and a great attitude! Thanks Mike!!

I rented a dumpster from the company last month. I had asked for a large one but they sent me 2 small ones citing that they have only small ones available. But they more than made it up by quickly getting the job done efficiently. It cost me more paying for 2 dumpster but you can trust these guys to get the job done.

Horrible business! I called to see if they could move their dumpster from in front of my home to just a parking spot down so I could have a ceremony in my front yard and all I got was attitude. They told me it was public parking and it would be moved the next morning. I rearranged my ceremony at a different date just to find out it wont be moved for another 2 weeks which costs me money. They refuse to move it 1 parking spot down to accommodate this neighborhood. No one wants a ceremony with a big dumpster in the background. Its a hateful business and people in this neighborhood is outraged. I would never recommend such deceitful company!

I inquired about a 20 yd versus 30 yd dumpster and Company representative gave me the 30 yd dumpster at a rate of $5 more than the 20 yd dumpster!I searched the internet for dumpsters that could be delivered to the Canton, OH area and this Cobra Roll-Off pricing beat all other companies

I rented a dumpster paid for the service up front then. Rented another one. He picked up dumpster and then a week later i got a bill for another 255 for damage to a dumpster door. If door was broke when he picked it up he would of not been able to pick it up!! Then he put a mechanic lien on my house and after some 7 years has not removed it and offered no insurance no pictures of damage and no outside invoice for so called damage!! Now he is trying to say i own him a total of 1300 of bogus added charges to take the lien off when the auditors office says its only for 255 dollars. He will not remove it or take the bogus charges off and made me loose 98,000 dollars by not removing it for my refinance. The guy is a theif!! I would never use or refer this business to any one ever!!

I rented 3 roll off dumpsters from cobra. Mysteriously 2 of the 3 were damaged while in my possession according to the company. Instead of contacting me about the damage or sending me a bill they just continued to charge my credit card without my permission. I ended up having about $600 extra in damages even though i didnt damage the dumpsters. Go somewhere else

They did what they said they would do ...and they called on friday to remind me that dumpster would be picked up on monday which was a plus factor for me
