I love the building, however the management has just ruined it for us. Not on top of anything, don’t get back to us and over the weekend they act like nothing matters at the building.

Nice apartment complex that is very poorly managed. We recently had an issue where we were locked out of the building for a full day (key fobs and garage openers stopped working) because the management did not renew our access in the security system. After receiving no answer and leaving messages with the apartment’s “emergency line”, they finally called back and told us to just “try and get in when we can”, which we were, of course, already doing because we live there. After finally renewing our access to the building, Andriqous in the office chose to ignore the issue and never respond to our email. One of our neighbors told us that the same thing happened to them!!Other issues happen, like when we first moved in someone had vomited in the elevator on a Friday evening and it was not cleaned until Monday, when the office resumed business hours, despite our efforts to contact management.We have also had our monthly bill increase slowly each month since entering our new lease due to poorly explained fees.Unfortunate that a nice building is run so poorly.

These apartments are nice but not worth the price. My husband and I left the apartment spotless and received almost none of our deposit back. Only move here if you want lots financial surprises.

Honestly this place was so nice! Chip cookies right below my apartment and it’s awesome! Derek the manager is great and always on top of things!

The building itself is really nice but the location is the best part. The whole application and lease is done online which is pretty cool.

These apartments are gorgeous! The location is perfect and close to literally everything!! The layout of the building is well thought out and has TONS of space to entertain and hang out with friends !! Love the staff and how great they are!! Derek does an amazing job as the property manager and Mike keeps the building neat and tidy and fixes issues quickly. LOVE this place.

If I could give this place a zero star I would… Management is terrible. We had several problems throughout the year and it took an excessive amount of time to fix. I would not recommend this to anybody, especially if you want your deposit back…

Great apartment building. Nice, new, and well kept. The floors aren’t very soundproof, so I can hear every step my upstairs neighbor makes, but that’s probably pretty standard. If only we could all live on the top floor...

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Management is Corrupt and charged me $1500 in fees after I moved out even though the apartment was left spotless. I even hired a professional cleaning company to do a deep cleaning of my unit.Only move here if you are willing to be taken advantage and be charged $1000’s in made up fees

Terrible management. Very poor communicators and a lot of financial surprises. Doesn’t matter how well you clean up before you leave, they will simply take your deposit regardless. Not a community I would recommend for anyone.

My experience so far with High Line has been awesome! The staff has been super helpful and friendly. Always smells and feels clean every time I come inside.

My experience with high line square has been amazing since day one. Initially I was in a scramble to find a cozy and decent apartment since I was moving from out of state. Alyson helped me from day one and has been amazing. She answered all my questions and never hesitated to respond quickly to my emails. When I had my tour of the place, the apartment complex was still in construction mode. When I moved in July, the units and floors seemed so different. The amount of hard work that went into designing the place in a month was amazing. Josh (the manager) has also been amazing and very kind. He took into consideration every aspect of the design for a modern feel including the high speed internet and energy saving appliances. I cannot thank the staff of high line square for making a transition so smooth. If you decide to take a tour or interest in high line square I suggest to see the amazing clubhouse, cinema room, conference room, and the community porch/bbq area. All those additional amenities are a plus when considering if you will have guests over.

New management has ruined much of my joy at this place. Seems like they have a wheel they spin each month to determine what the fee of the month is.

Do not move here. Management never answers their phone. I sold my contract to another person but they charged me multiple months of rent after I left. Refuse to answer my calls
