One thing you need to understand is this nail spa is owned and operated by husband and wife. On high rush hours they get busy by locals but be patient and respectful and you wont regret your visit. Vivian and her husband have always treated me and all guest with amazing service as i was present. They do amazing nail art and can accommodate to your needs. Im a forever customer.

I visited this nail salon for the very first time today. Ive havent had my nails done in a long time, so I decided to treat myself to a much needed set of nails. They did a fantastic job helping me choose ombre white and pink sparkle nails with a gorgeous blue design. I appreciate that they are also very quick and skilled but also gentle with my hands,as I suffer from arthritis pain especially on rainy days. I love the quality and beauty of my new nails and highly recommend this establishment!

I literally just got out of their salon and I had to review. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I had been going to JK Nails before, and I wanted to try another place and I absolutely ADORE the quality of the nails here. I wish I knew who exactly did my nails since I didnt ask but he did such a beautiful job. My nails are literally so gorgeous, the almond shape is exactly what I asked for and he took his time to make sure it looked like how I wanted it. He did not seem to have rushed and it shows!! I will not be going anywhere else ever again. Im in love with these nails 💜💜💜

Very nice place! Affordable too! Got a pedicure and it was wonderful! Went back a few days later with my daughter and got our nails done! It was my daughters first time and she enjoyed the experience!

Came in yesterday for a pedicure and they were very busy. Long wait, even with appointment time. My pedicure was the fastest and worst one Ive ever paid for, three stars just because employees were friendly. The lady cut my toenails unevenly, made me bleed, and the nail polish was also a bad job. Some of my toenails have uneven globs of polish and there are bubbles under some. Waste of money, would not return here.

I’ll never return! My nails were done in a huge rush and ended up looking horrible! Bumps formed in the polish and there’s an air pocket under the polish on my thumb. I had to file several nails myself because the tips weren’t straight. Worst set of nails I’ve EVER received. And I’m not super picky either!! Not to mention I had to wait forever.

Worst nail experience ever! They were so rude to me and my two young daughters. And, I didn’t get what I paid for - worst job ever on my toes!For my 8 year old daughter they didn’t even cut or file her nails!! Unbelievable! They only put polish on her and then they charged for a pedicure not a polish change! They didn’t tell me they were charging this over priced rate until I checked out and this was not the rate posted on their wall. I questioned them but they responded rudely.Do not go here! You’ll get a lot better service anywhere else you go!

My daughter got her nails done on Sunday 6/6/21. They were so excited to go her and a friend. Her nails are awful the are crooked and the nail polish is already coming off. I am very disappointed. The sign also said $35 dollars and she was charged $50 for this. I told her she should’ve said something but I feel like they just took advantage of two kids.

Customer Service and quality of work is excellent, even the customers are pretty cool people😎 I feel like Im right at home, talking and saloning..😁 The pricing is fair, but I feel like I get every dollar worth. The wait to be seen goes by fairly easily even on their busiest days and times, I hardly ever feel like Im waiting long and thats on a walk-in, from what I seen since I been going there you really dont need an appointment! Everybody is welcomed and serviced!😊💯

I almost never write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so today. I have never been to such a dirty salon. I was seated at a station that had not been cleaned of the debris from the previous customer and it was not swept for me . Nail dust and such covered the space and the tech just worked over it. The tools were not only not cleaned, they had some of the previous customers nail in them. I was left to soak in remover for 20 minutes (way too long) to soak in a bowl. The light used on me was filthy inside and outside. Same for the one at the next station. I just caution anyone to think twice before using this salon. Sorry......

I just love going to My Nails and Spa. All the times I’ve gone, they’ve always been so incredibly sweet, and they remember me each time. My nails have become an addiction, thanks to everyone there. They do such a phenomenal job, I can’t get enough. My nails last a fairly long time for someone who’s constantly cleaning and is always using their hands. Not onlyDo they last, but they are so pretty each time. The perfect shape, the perfect thickness. I can’t forget to mention how FAST and perfected they are!! Had my first manicure and pedicure here. The owners are so sweet. My nails were beautiful. I will be coming back.

I walked in and was told that they will be right with me and I waited for 25 minutes with no help. Staff never informed me of wait times they just avoided speaking with me. I felt like the staff needed to be clearer about wait times. I ended up leaving and no-one even said anything to me as I walked out the door. There were 5 other women getting their nails done and no one getting a pedicure done. They were not busy at all.And then the owner replied saying a rude comment after leaving the review. I will be sure to let everyone that I know how rude and poorly managed this nail salon is. I work with a lot of women who get their nails done. I am from the United States of America 🇺🇸 and I understand that customers have to wait. When a business ignores their clients after 25 minutes of waiting and was initially told that they will be right with me there is a problem. I’m not sure if the owner is from the USA and fully understands this. She replied to my review saying that Im not being from Idaho and being from California, how does she know where I was born and raised? No one spoke to me or got my information or any payment.

To Spencer their to busy and do the work no like when they start before I will give 5 stars, but now just 3 probably 2 if you make an appointment for 4:00 they start with you like at 5:00 they dont have more employees.

My mom and I stopped in for pedicures, the salon was beautiful 😍 Clean, tons of chairs, friendly owners and staff! Owner over heard it was our first time in and offer to take photos of my mom and I for us. The gentleman that did our nails were friendly the whole way through. They had some very cute colors to choose from as well! Definitely recommend and will definitely be back myself.

So disappointed. Called ahead to check on wait...Im not naive I realize this changes on a moment just be honest about it. Requeated gel manicure & pedicure ( Happens to be my birthday today) yes come at 2:30.....me: great Ill be there.I show up to a very busy shop...ok no problem...put me in the spa for 1 HOUR ok so my feet get extra soak, no problem....finally its my turn...no Joke!!!! 8 min pedicure...if that. Ok so my feet werent ratchet...cool. no problem...here comes my gel manicure right? Wrong....Im told wait here to dry (my toes) and they go [ff and start 3 new people its now 4pm and Im still sitting. I mean come on....Im so easy to work with, former hairdresser for 26 years. I know busy!!! I know running behind....so I left. Totally bummed & completely dissatisfied.

Really bad service. Day 3 and my gel polish fell off and the dead skin wasn’t even taken off my feet. I literally soaked my feet, got a quick paint, no trim of my nails, and 3 days later my polish came off. $45 for 3 days and a soak. I will definitely not be coming back.

I haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time so I went to get a mani pedi not realizing it would cost me 75$ later when I got a gel pedi and a regular manicure but the manicure my nails bubbled up like they do with certain top coats and some of the nails aren’t painted all the way while one of my nails it’s filed sideways. I know they were short staffed that’s why I called ahead but it was an extremely rushed process and the people there are nice but the regular pedicure service was extremely poor I went home and took it off cause I’m extremely picky especially if there are noticeable missing portions and air bubbles on the nails. But I have friends that go to them regularly and their acrylics always look amazing.

I was not impressed and should have listened to my gut when it took 30 minutes to get to me after being told it would only be a few minutes. After they started working on my nails, a group with an appointment came in and I was abandoned with no explanation to wait another 45 minutes for another worker to become available to finish my nails. I just needed a basic acrylic fill, which according to their posted prices was $25. Apparently, the 2 coats of gel polish, and 1 nail being replaced were extra because my total came to $105.90; none of which was explained ahead of time. They did good work, but it was not worth $100. I will not be going back.

I went in to get my nails done and their service is really good but the guy doing my nails was not even paying attention to my nails and he made me bleed on two fingers. He was very aggressive while he was doing my nails.

My daughter and I love going here. The owners are friendly and welcoming. The decor is something between a harmonious Asian chic and an Italian motif. Love this place!

I called first thing in the morning and they told me to go ahead and come on in and they fit me right in. I just so happened to tell my mom where I was going and she ended up going to and got fit right in too!we both had the most amazing experience. And not to mention I am so in love with my new nails. I had a wonderful experience here today with a good friend of.mine. The salon was very clean and the owners are very friendly and personable. I will most definitely be back and highly recommend.

My friend and I came here spontaneously on a girls day to get a full set of acrylics. We showed up pretty early and they got us in right away. They both were SO friendly and as they started to do our nails I felt that it was going very well compared to other salons Ive been to. 4 more customers came in, and then 4 more.. and it all changed. No one was talking to us, they were trying to call in more employees while filing my nails which made them uneven. It was obvious they were trying to get people in and out of there as fast as possible. By the end, my cuticles werent clipped, my almond shaped nails were lopsided and I had nail polish all over my skin, even on my palms. As for my friend, who asked for yellow french tips they painted her entire nail yellow and the flower was 4 blue dots with no extra design. If they had slowed down Im confident it would have been a great place to go.. :( it was very clean and the over all scene was modern and relaxing.

Nail tech was rough handling me. Nail beds were not done all the way. Nail polish was soft when he had me wash my hands. Smeared nail polish left on a couple fingers. Over charged me according to there posted price list. Refused to do nail designs.

AMAZING service! Vivian did an AMAZING job with the design! I picked a color and told her to basically do what she would like with the color! She did a GORGEOUS sunset Hawaiian type design! Kenny did a great job on my pedicure! It was nice and relaxing! My feet are SO soft!!I usually have to come home and fix my nails after getting them done. Not this time!! I’m excited to see the design next time when it’s time to get them filled!

I was a little disappointed when myself and girls came in a few days ago. This was our 1st time here, we even made an appointment. They were trying to call in more staff to help clean. Both my girls got full set nails and the quality is not very good. My one daughter had polish all over her hands including her palms, the nails are all miss shaped some look like blobs. My other daughters nails are different in length. I only got a pedicure, one toenail is clipped so short and sideways, I will probably end up getting a ingrown nail later. I felt like they were rushing to get the customers out. If they would have slowed down the quality may be better. I am a little upset, especially when I spent over 200.00. On the upside, they were very clean.

I had an appointment and everything was fine. Someone else came im at the same time as me, and Kenny started working on my nails. In the middle of working on them he stops and starts working on someone else. He eventually came back to me. I will not be going back. They just want to get as many people in as they can. It does not matter if you have an appointment.

Nails were not anything like requested, worst full set ever received. I’m having to repost this review because in order to receive a refund the original had to be deleted, which now makes sense on why they have 4 1/2 stars. I couldn’t not share again knowing that they make bad reviews be deleted before refunding money, you have been warned. So not how business should be done.Thankfully they gave a refund, after pretty much having to beg and drive way back out of the way to receive.I will say the owner seemed nice enough and was not the one to provide service so hopefully she does a better job than her employees.

I’ve been to many nail salons but this one I felt so welcomed! Everyone was nice and helpful, they do a wonderful job and actually talk to you through your appointment. I’m used to getting ignored while nail techs talk to each other but that was not the case at My nails and spa. I will be back soon!

First mani/pedi since the quarantine started. A mask was not required to obtain services. Good selection of colors, regular and gel. Very comfortable atmosphere and music. Highly recommend if you are new to the area looking for your nail artist. Price is moderate, but worth it when you consider they use Bath&Body Works products, they take their time to do a good job, are willing to accommodate reasonable last minute walk-ins, your nails look fabulous and dont hurt when you are done. I smell good and feel a lot better now 😍

The facility was clean and the staff were nice. However, we made appointments to be seen at a certain time and werent taken care of for a bit after that. There was hardly any massage or scrubbing on our feet. Pretty disappointing for the cost and time spent.

Visited from the Seattle area and all that I can say is come here! The facilities are well decorated and clean, and the staff is very friendly, even remembering our names as we left. Just wish there was a salon back home that was 5/5!

Absolutely love them! They do a great job and super friendly and always put in the extra effort for their customers new and old. They are so welcoming to my Young daughters as well and always make them feel special when we come in for a fun day at the spa! Vivian alway does amazing with hand painted art and I’m always super happy with it. I will only go here.

Customer service was good, however, I paid a high price for a full set of acrylics that was colored with gel color. Within 36 hours the gel bubbled and popped then peeled.

It’s so refreshing to have a new nail salon in town! And the best part is.... THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Yes, they truly want you to have a good experience when you visit their shop! My nails even turned out good which is an even bigger bonus for a Post Falls Nail Salon. I would highly recommend!!!

So nice and an absolute joy to talk to while getting our nails done. They were very gentle with our hands and feet, and had beautiful colors. Would go back in a heartbeat!!!

UPDATE:I went in to talk with Vivian in hopes that she would fix my nails.... She was SO AMAZING... she took my nails off and started all over. She made me feel like I was the only customer in the Solon and my nails look perfect. I and deleting my previous review as she went above and beyond to make me a happy customer.

They are funny and friendly and their work is amazing. Vivian can do great art work on your nails. They dont sit and speak foreign language in front of you so I am not uncomfortable like other places. 5 Stars

Poor service. Started out nice and then rude customer service. Paid 100 dollars for my friend and I. I asked for certain nails and I didnt get what I wanted. Friend wanted a certain way and got something else.

$45 for the worst pedi ever! I still have flaking skin on my feet and sloppy application of the polish. Also i saw the girl bring my used tools over to another client and she used them on her feet! Not going back ever again!

Being pregnant, I cant reach my toes anymore so I came here to get a pedicure done. There was only two people working there and they are both wonderful! It was a little bit of a wait, but definitely worth it! My color came out lovely and I felt pampered the whole time!

My daughter took me there today for a girls day pedicure outing. Super friendly and clean. We didn’t have appointments and only waited about 15 minutes. Was truly worth waiting. Have found my new favorite pedicure spot.

The doors say by appointment only for Sundays. I walked in right after a woman was leaving apparently disgruntled. These people are open 7 days a weeks. NO days off. I cant believe when people are so disrespectful that they blame the owners for taking appts before walk ins. This family run business is incredibly professional and kind. Ill definitely be coming back here!

My wife and I went there waited 45 minutes past our appointment! and male service person didnt know what he was doing, all he did was ask financial questions about our lives, how many properties you owe ect! they changed $62.00 for 2 pedicures.

My friend and I were very disappointed. We went in for a pedicure and it was more just a nail color change 😥 No scrub, No foot message nothing. Only two guys working and people waiting plus 2 gals came in that had a 11am appt and was told they had to wait and busy. They left very upset.. Not a good experience!!

Found this nail salon on google today and figured I would go in and give them a try. They are sooo nice here and do a wonderful job. Ken did my nails and made them look so wonderful! Definitely will be coming here regularly :)

Awesome new spa and one of the only ones I have been to that understand they are a spa and should provide a relaxing experience while there. Most have TVs on that does nothing for a spa experience. Kenny and John were wonderful! Im so happy I dont have to drive to CdA anymore. Well done!

My Nails and Spa - Nice new and beautifully decorated nail shop in Post Falls! It is located in the Walmart parking lot where Papa Murphys used to be. There are 10 chairs and the prices are very reasonable. Coffee and water are available. Owners Kenny and Vivian are great and extremely friendly. Check them out!

Saturday April 20, I had my nails done my the owner she did gel nails & fixed a crack on my left thumb. I have an infection now, my thumb is very swollen. Went to the doctor he put me on antibiotics & fungal medication. They were not remorseful or helpful when I returned to show them & have the gel taken off my thumb. I set there for an hour waiting for polish to be removed from 1 nail. I end up doing it myself while I set there. Bad sanitation practices, I’m very disappointed.

Excellent work fair and reasonable pricing. Definitely worth a visit you will be hooked.
