My nails looked very pretty at first. They peeled within the first day! When I went in to get them to get them repaired they peeled again the same day. The girl sitting next to me was laughing about how all of the gel polish had come off of her nails in two weeks! I have never had that In all the years of having may nails done. I have a wonderful The thumb nail was brittle and needed repair. She refused. She told me I can only have my nails dipped from now on! First and last time at her shop.

First time using their services. Pleasantly surprised at the time to detail Julia took. Shes very good and I wasnt sure what I wanted but described the party I was attending and what I was wearing and she came up with this, so beautiful. Love the shape as she knew I didnt like the square wide width I came in with. Made them way more feminine. Average priced for fills.

Super clean and friendly atmosphere. Had 2 adult pedis and a little girl and they were great to us all. Ive been to many salons around here and they act so rude when you bring your kid in. (Mind you she is extremely well behaved) Not this place! Super great! Had an appt for 1:00 and had to wait for 20 mins was the only down side but the service made up for it

Went in for a gel and manicure. I was in there less than 30 minutes and the guy BARELY touched my cuticles, and only one coat of gel. I could have done a better job myself. This was the first time I’ve never tipped in a service, it was just that bad!

Did my manicure and paint started chipping that same night... people was nice but that dont help your polish stay on. Also my sisters came off the next day..It should last more that acouple hrs for 25.00

My nails have never looked worse. Went home & filed them the best I could and repainted them.can’t believe I paid 50 dollars for what I didn’t even ask for.

This is the worst place to get your nails done. My nails are lumpy and have chunks of something in them. They are very sharp and uneven as well. Would take your business elsewhere!

The staff isn’t the friendliest, however they do a great job and are fairly quick at pedicures. The price is fair as well.

In genuinely disappointed. I asked for short square acrylics. And one hand was just fine and the other hand she kept thinning them towards the top like a coffin style. I asked her to fix it and she made it worse. Then when I got up to wash my hands, she moved my wallet without asking me if she could touch it. And then, before they even got painted I asked the GUY if he could file them and he said hed do it after he painted them. He did. But now they feel rough on the edges, and paint is missing, and theyre still UN EVEN! I liked going there, I didnt have a problem before today. I am so tempted to fix them myself. That trip was a waste of my money.

Amazing nail salon. Incredibly clean. Individualized and separately packaged and sanitized tools for your own manicure or pedicure experience. Always amazing service and exceptional attention to detail. Can be busy and may require a wait on occasion, but to be expected for a place that is so good :-)

I literally got my nails done a week ago and they are already lifting and 2 have popped off. They are way over priced. I would not recommend them!!!

I had a mani pedi and 4 days later my gel nail polish was chipping and the top coat peeled off. When I went back to get my nails redone, the man was rough and very unfriendly. It was obvious that him and another employee were talking about me. I will spend my money elsewhere!

I really like this place. The wait was short. It probably depends on the day though. The prices are affordable, the service is great, and the decor is simple but pleasant. My nails look great and I will most definitely go again. The atmosphere was neat and not cluttered

I have been going to this salon for the past few years. I always see Kayla for a pedicure and I have to say that she does a great job. She is good at getting rid of my ingrown toenail and is very sweet. However, today JK Salon lost me as a customer. It seems that no matter what time of day I arrive, theres always a wait. Now, I am not a diva by any means. I make an appointment 90% of the time. I understand that they have to deal with walk in customers. Its the nature of the business. However, the owners rarely acknowledge your presence or the fact that you have been waiting 30 minutes past your appointment. Today, they actually sat two walk-in customers at the pedicure stations that came in after me! Such a shame! If you have a lot of extra time and even more patience, then this is the place for you. I gave them three stars because they do good work. You just have to wait for it

Okay so if your looking for good customer service don’t even waste your time.... the only reason I would recommend this salons is bc they do a decent job.. that said, make sure to watch them bc they will tell you one price to get you in the door, than after they finish your nails they will up the price.......

I have gone here off and on and my last two experiences where horrible. Asked for a manicure and it was poorly done and polish peeled off in 2 days. Had acrylics done last time. The gal acted like it was a bother and even though I expressed my desire to have them shorter it didnt happen. The other issue is staff talk to each other in their language and rarely engage the customer. I will never go back

They get better every time I go. Ive been going to them for a year and finally asked what the J and K stood for. Turns out its their kids initials. Love these guys so much.

I feel like the overall job on my nails were good. However, the customer service and bed side manner was horrible! The lady who filled my nails was very rude and Kurt, not too sure if that’s just how she always is...she just doesn’t seem super nice. Her nail work was good though, but super expensive!

Eh. Last resort. They go too fast and dont listen to what you want. My nails always lift almost immediately, I only go here if I absolutely have to. Their prices are in line with other nail places in Post Falls but about $10-$15 higher than Spokane Valley. They got one stars from me because theyre almost always available so no wait, and one star because they have like 8 peticure stations. Drive to the Valley if you can. Lexis off Evergreen

The gal didn’t say anything to me other than sorry when she cut my skin. Spent more time worried about everything else that was going on in the salon other than my nails. She did not file them straight or evenly. Some corners are rounded and some are square. Did not pull polish over the free edge and since it is a glitter polish they are snagging on everything. Gave them a try because they are close to where I live. Never. Again. Waste of my hard earned money.

Got my nails done on a Wednesday and by Thursday the gel was peeling off. I had purple acryllic on from a separate appt elsewhere, the lady didnt even both to file down. I chose an orange color and you could see it through the gel, it was splotchy and uneven. I had to go out of town that weekend so I didnt get back in to have them fix it until Tuesday. They acted as if it was an inconvenience to fix them for me. The lady said I couldnt do a different color or she would charge me which I found weird because they all needed to be redone... the guy that started fixing them was rushing and cut me 3 times, so I asked him to slow down. Another guy took over, I believe to be the main guy or owner. He took his time and did a good job, but he just kept pointing out all the flaws with them from the time before (obviously they were bad, I was getting them fixed??) Instead of apologizing for the bad job done, they were trying to figure out who did it and I had already told them the lady wasnt there and they were blaming someone who was there. I told them it wasnt her and they still kept bringing her over to look at them. Unimpressed is an understatement.

I went in with my mom and I got a pedicure and my mom got a mani pedi the people rushed and the lady went on her phone right after I still had some ruff feet after. My nails look good but I had a very poor service.

Wish there were negative stars, for rating, definitely less than 1. Worst mani/fill ever!! I’ve been getting fills every 2-3 weeks for 26 years, NEVER had such a bad experience!!I’ll preface with I’m visiting back home from out of town, had 1 window of time for mani/fill and pedi. I’ve visited salons here and in various States and Countries and I’ve NEVER been treated worse, or even argued with a manicurist, ever.-bad customer service-see photos, clumpy polish, squiggly paint lines.-told me impossible to do what others have always done-he drew other manicurists into our discussion, who then berated me for wanting thinner nails (I don’t like thick acrylic, weird that it’s never been a problem any other place??🤷🏻‍♀️)-I actually had to ask them to quit lecturing meAll this and more happened in a full salon. And this is how my nails look for my daughters wedding!!! Any other time I would have walked out. But literally had no other window of time I could get it done. I even asked for different person after his bullying but was told no, even though others were not busy.To be fair the pedicure was great and I appreciated it even more after the terrible mani/fill.

2 words sum this place up.... THEY SUCK!!! They seem bothered by customers and any requests you may have. I don’t recommend this place. If they hate their jobs as much as it looks they need to quit being in customer service.

Nails poorly done. By my cuticles all nails werent seal and got air and started lifting, days after being done.
