Amazing service very clean and never a long wait. Had a pedicure done as well they have a good selection on colors for polish. The also wax here and did a really good job I couldnt even really feel it and it looked good

I am not happy with the fill that I got today. I told her I wanted thinner nails so she left the tips thin like they were before. But she didnt push my cuticles back so grow out shows quicker. She also made a distinct hump/edge by my cuticle that you can clearly see when you look at my nails from the side. I picked a pink color but when she got that bottle number it was blue. None of the numbers matched their display board. I asked her to change color only on my toes. No pedicure or anything, just color off and new on. My fill was $35 for acrylic nails and she charged me $40 just to change toe polish. $10 less than their full pedicure. I will not be going back again. Save your money.

They had great customer service and did everything they could to accommodate myself who came in an hour before They closed and while I waited they had 2 more of which had appts. That were 2 hours late from when they were to be expected. Regardless they made it work and even though the kind lady(Tina) stayed an hour past closing she didnt seem to rush me and even gave me the nails I wanted without making them misshaped which most places manage to do for me and she was pleasant and earned my business to see her again. Im beyond pleased!!

Did not get my nails done my way. Spent a lot money for something Im not happy with. The lady said her way was better. The acrylic is so thick it makes my nails look huge. I will not be returning. The lady that did my nails filled them in so badly it already looks like I need a fill. Its only been 4 days.

Worst manicure Ive ever received. Half the acrylic nails popped off after about a week. She did a poor job preparing the nails and keeping nail beds clean. Not very happy.

My pedicure was so bad. The lady hurt my nails and could care less. She complained the whole time then charged extra because my nails didnt come off easy and I didnt want her to use the drill bc it was hurting me. She rushed and charged extra. How is that ok.

Me & my friend had an appointment for 1:30 & i didn’t get sat down till 2:30 nor did she. another lady came in for her appointment @ 2:00 & they were gonna put her before me because she complained about her wait before i did. i was trying to be patient but got a little frustrated that they would put someone before me even tho i had been waiting almost an hour. they have poor time management so appointments don’t matter

Very great quality. My favorite place in the CDA area. The people are friendly and the place is clean and comfortable. I will never go any where else. I’ve tried other places closer to home and I’ve always been disappointed. Happy Nails and the owner Tyler is the best !!!!!

The girl who did my nails did not do exactly a good job in doing so for the price I paid but I will go back to try somebody else.

I left there with 6/10 of my nails bleeding and burning! One of my nails has a hair stuck in it! All of my nails have acrylic left underneath them! I wanted short coffin shaped nails and the lady told me it was going to be ugly🙄 WORST nail salon I’ve EVER been to! I will NOT return and I would not recommend going to happy nails, you will not leave with happy nails!🙄

Do not waste your time and money here! It is FILTHY and the customer service is awful. I got a full set of acrylics - the experience was very painful and my cuticles are burning and some are even bleeding. The lady was very rough on my fingers. I’ve never had such an awful experience before.

I understood them which is not what Ive encountered at other locations. They did as i asked them to. My wait was hardly a thing to worry about. Their prices were reasonable. Other clients were very nice and not stuck up as Ive felt in other locations. Very high praises from me for my first visit and impression.

I am very upset to find such grievous complaints to such a kind astablishmant. Tyler the owner has been in this business every single day ive gone here for over a year and they have taken my appointments even close to close. They are nothing but professional and kind people. They are also open on Sundays when many nail places are not. I strongly believe if you have an issue with this institution you should speak with them directly as they are known for fixing any problem brought to them as well as accommodating your needs. I hope any individual coming here understands that they are tremendous and forgive the few people who have come heres negative response because I assure you they did not tel the business. Any consumer who doesnt share constructive criticism with a business need a less I. Small business appreciation!! I LOVE happy nails and their staff

I went to get a pedicure with my girlfriend. The pedicure was $30 plus an extra $15 for gel. The lady didnt trim my toe nails, file or shape them, only scraped the callouses from my right foot, I got the sugar scrub but she didnt do the hot towel wrap and my massage lasted about 30 seconds each leg. I was done and waited another 25 minutes while my friends pedicure was being done. The entire time the lady doing my nails complained about having to work on July 4th and rolled her eyes everytime someone walked in the door and grumbled to me looks like Im not going home at 7 it was obvious she rushed through my (nearly) $50 pedicure to get out of there and obvious she hates her job. I will never go back.

They make the acrylic nails thinner, which I really like, and will do free-hand designs that always look beautiful! They also take walk-ins and its not too long a wait if you do choose that.

Omg, this place was filthy. Unorganized and understaffed. Deluxe pedicure.....no mineral soak and everything was skimped and rushed. No base coat on mani or pedi. No lotion or massage with mani. Never going back

I’ve been going here for the past 3ish years and EVERYTIME I leave happy! They do an awesome job and always fit me in when I call ahead. Tina, John and Tyler (and the others) doAwesome work and always do what I want, or give me great ideas of their own. I love this place and my nail techs!

They messed up on my friends daughters nails. They were very uneavenly shaped and sharp on the edges. On my daughters nails they did not shape them and one nail is slanted. They did not push back the cuticles and were over all sloppy.

Great job on my toes. However baby oil should not be used to remove wax after waxing. That just creates a breakout.

I got my nails done somewhere else and I didn’t have the guts to go back and have them fix my nails. So I went to Happy Nails and asked them to just take off all my acrylic nails. He took them off and offered to put a new set on. I said yes for the new set and I am pleased with their work.They did pick up business quickly with a lot of walk-ins. Within an hour I think 5 ladies came in. The staff did great getting everyone started or seated. More workers attended to help out.

I always go here when I get my nails done. Ive gone across the street a few times when Happy Nails was closed an they were never very nice to me. Happy Nails does a great job and works their butts off every day! Very convenient on my way home from work as well :) And you dont need an appointment!

I have been going to Happy Nails for at least 5 years. I absolutely love the staff. Their work is superb and they are always polite and friendly. I always get the full on pedi with paraffin dip and gel, eyebrow and lip wax and acrylic nails with gel. I have never been disappointed!

I think this lady did everything she could to make getting a full set painful. She removed my old set and ended up taking off most of my nail, cutting my fingers with the tools and bending my fingers in very uncomfortable ways while being rude about it.

Worst pedicure experience I have ever had. 😔 We had a group of 6 getting pedicures done and we were told they would be able to accommodate us when we called to make an appointment. When we arrived we sat in the chairs with the water on our feet for approximately a half hour while the staff finished other clients. Not only did the water get cold before they were able to start, they never offered us anything such as a cup of water or an apology for the long wait time before they were able to start. Once we began getting our pedicures we were all super dissapointed with the lack of care, interaction, and harshness of the treatment. We felt like cattle. The staff seemed very rude and uninterested in making any sort of small talk with us. We all received different variations of services that didnt include treatments that were supposed to be a part of the package and what we did receive as far as a massage only lasted about 2 minutes. 2 of the girls in our group didnt even get the right color or design that they requested and had to get it fixed afterwards by a friend. Overall, I highly do not recommend happy nails to anyone looking for a relaxing and quality nail service.

The guy that was doing my nails was calling his friend while doing my nails and i asked him to put more pink on my nails and he told me I was fine. Very unprofessional and rude

They didnt give me what I asked for. They werent very nice and they were really aggressive. They were rushed. My nails have big gaps and are very uneven, very wavy. Never got my design that I asked for. Not worth the 45$ that I spent on them. If I wanted basic nails I would done it on my own at home. Happy nails more like sad nails. Never again. Worst experience ever. Highly not recommended!

I took my daughter for treat while I got a new full set. I asked for a pink and white. She was there for a kids manicure. She sat there with her hands soaking for 20 minutes. The tech who was supposed to be working with my daughter left her there, while the tech went to soak her feet in a tub. She came back and put on a quick polish on my daughters nail, then put her under the dryer for 45 mins!! While she again went back to soaking her feet and having another tech give her a pedicure. My nails ended up not pink, and the white had a pinky hue to them. They were not uniform in shape or length. I ended up going home to shape my nails the way I needed them and requested in the first place. Service was poor and nail quality did not meet my standards. I wouldnt recommend this location.

I asked if they had time for pedicure Shop was full and I should have known better. I was given a chair and asked if water was okay. It was cold so she rolled her eyes at me and turned warmer on,still cold. 30 minutes later I said I had to go to work and I would come another time. I felt trapped as she moved over and started doing my feet. Quickest pedicure ever. Didnt get rough spots from heels. Messy polish job. I was rushed through and told I needed cash or check when I handed my debit card. I wrote check with her peering at the check telling me to add tip

Giving 1 star because your cant give zero! I went in to get pedicure as a walk-in, & waited. Another lady walked in & they took here right away, without even looking at me. Waited a little more, then left. Previous visit, had pedicure but lady kept asking me to get extras done, & when I refused, she became hostile. Went across street to J & K, had lovely experience, very gentle & nice! They will be getting Happy Nails customers if I have anything to say about it. Im going to tell all my friends.

If I could give it negative score I would, they charged me 35 dollars for a 15 min pedicure with no lotion, then 30 dollars for an 8 min pedicure. They cut my daughters fingers and it was a horrible horrible experience. Never again. Dont go there unless you want sloppy service.

Love the work they do!!! Also the employees were all very nice and I felt very welcome. 100% will go here again!! If u want more artsy designs on ur nails definitely ask for John.

I’ve been going here for a few months now, but the last three times I’ve gone in, the gel polish used has completely lifted within just a couple of days. The employees are nice, but the quality of their products needs serious work.

Okay nail salon. I made an appointment but they seemed to be in a hurry anyways. Pedicure prices seemed a little high but my toes are cute.

Got there on time for my appointment and still had to wait about 45 minutes. Nails were rough and bumpy on the edges and he cut me TWICE!! Cuticles were dry and very sore the next day.

Just as a warning they did not ask if we wanted gel polish before applying and charging us the extra which brought the total for two acrylic sets to a hundred dollars. Nice shapes but if you want an ombre done at a decent price (or done right) I wouldnt come here. My experience was all around pretty unprofessional. Real cute shop though

Literally TORTURE getting my toes done here. Awful, sloppy outcome, awful massage, awful customer service. Brought my mom to get our toes done and called ahead and asked if we could be seen in 10 to 15 min, they said yes. We get there and and wait 35 min. Then an additional 20 min while our water got cold. Maybe it was just a bad day for the gal I had been sat with, but she was terrible. And kept bouncing around waxing ppls brows while half way through my toes. My moms gal seemed better but never will I step foot in this salon again.

My granddaughter & I went and had a great time. Good service and she loved her young lady manicure.

I have always had a pleasant experience here. I tried JK nails first and they were pretty rude and unwelcoming so I came here. Now I go here all the time! Super nice and welcoming when you walk in the door and they do a great job!

I called in advance to see if they could take an appointment for a walk in manicure. They said they could but made me wait for 15 minutes before even getting me a lukewarm bowl to soak my fingers in. Then they asked me to move to a different table. They were clearly too busy to get to me and finish my manicure so that I would be able to get back to work on time. What a waste of my time! Ill never go back.

Service was good, but everything felt rushed. My nails turned out horrible!! I can’t even describe how bad it looks. I’m taking it off when I get home. The girl didn’t even give me a manicure. She just glued on fake nails, added gel, and waved me good-bye. No tip!

Terrible! went there to get my nails done the lady was rude calling friends of her on her personal phone not saying a word to me and to top it off when she finished she compared them 3 or 4 times she knew they were uneven and super thin but didnt care. She cut them way longer than suppose to and when asked to do an oval shape she did a sharp tip at the end. Never going back again

I love it. They have never failed to get me a same day appointment, or walk-in. Everything is clean, sealed single-use tools, or sanitized.

I had the most incredible visit they were attentive listened to what I wanted and werent rough on my hands executed the design perfectly found my go to nail salon a definite 5 Not 3.

Went in for a full set and was started by a man named John. He was already working on a gal next to me who was soaking in some acetone to remove her nails. As he jumped from her to me and from me to her I realized he never washed his hands in between so I asked him why. He said if I did that i would have to wash it over and over again. But, I asked arent you suppose to? He said yes and then after a brief moment he told me i could go somewhere else to get my nails done. My nails were half done at that point so I stayed and I hate myself for not just getting up and walking out. He had a woman finish them for me and yes she washed her hands. Ill never go back there and I will report this to the board of health.

The lady who did my pedi messed up the polish on my big toe. And instead of taking the messed up polish off my toe and ststtjng over.... She painted more layers on it. It never tried and by the time i got home and took my shoes an socks off the polish was destroyed. And she made me walk barefoot from the pedi chair to the mani chair.

By far THE ABSOLUTE WORST set of nails Ive ever had. It looked like I needed a fill from tha moment she was done. Ugliest and laziest job done here. Only gave it 5 stars so maybe someone would see this and rethink waisting there money. But not their time. She can do a real sloppy job and it only takes about 15 minutes. HORRIBLE!!!

I also used to go here, but had to stop because of the extreme rudeness. In addition to this, I got fungus from here as it was the only place that was doing my nails at the time. They tried to explain that I had gotten the fungus elsewhere... Not very cleanly at the time; but I have not been back in a while.
