DONT go here!!! Disaster. I truly wish I had a better review to leave. I was referred here by my sister to see Andrea Parker. I contacted Andrea, expressed that I was looking for someone who knew how to highlight brown hair well. That I had been having a hard time finding someone recently who could do it without leaving me orangey/reddish and could do it evenly. She asked for pictures of my hair at the time and how I wanted it. I gave her a reference picture of ME a few years earlier. She quoted me $200. This is more than I really wanted to spend, but I did have some orangey redness at my root grow out that I wanted her to even out. I figured that if I had to spend this amount to get a good result, I would do it due to my bad luck in the past. At my appt she spend a good 25/30 min talking to me and consulting with me about exactly what I wanted. She stated that in my reference pic there were less highlights. I told her I could keep same amount of highlight but that those colors were what I was going for. I expressed that I was nervous what to say because when I have said I dont want the orange hues I end up completely ash colored but Im afraid to say warm because I dont want orange. That why I had the reference pic for color. During the consultation she looked at my hair and assessed the situation, pointing out the reddish/orange band along my grow out. I made several comments about how much hair I have and how stylists always comment on how much there is. She said lots of her clients have really thick hair. Well fast forward to finishing the foils. While she was putting toner on my hair she called her husband and had a conversation about how her kids needed to be picked up from school and how they needed to be at practice by 4. (This was around 3 and still had to trim/layer my hair and dry and style it). Her husband said he couldnt and she said she would work it out. Well from this point on the disaster unfolded. She rushed through. Destroyed my hair cut and when I saw my hair it was literally RED AND ORANGE on top. She barely dried my hair and didnt style it. Pictured below is my hair when I went in. My reference pic. And my result. To top it all off she then tells me my total is $310! Is this real life? I said that was over $100 more than she quoted me. She said it was because of how much hair I had (which she saw/felt/touched at the beginning!) She lowered it to $260. I was in shock. I shouldnt have paid but I didnt know what to do. After coming home and seeing the back of my hair (which she didnt show me there) I was horrified. So uneven. Botchy. Pieces missing. I text her and asked for a refund. She denied everything and basically said it was my fault but that she would try and fix it. No thank you! Would you wamt her to touch your hair after this?? Worst experience ever. I am a very understanding person and I honestly usually never even stick up for myself like this but literally this is the worst experience Ive had getting my hair done. I understand we all have lives and things happen and sometimes we dont schedule things well but the way she handled it was inexcusable. I want a refund!!

Love love this place. I get nails done by Kylee and my hair done by Juleen (sorry I probably didnt spell that right). Kylee took over my hands when the other gal that did my nails left. I was nervous but she is absolutely great. My hair has always been done by Juleen. Shes great. Really listens to your needs and wants. They are busy ladies there but if your able to get in any of them would be great. The owner is sweet to.

Andrea is a very skilled hairdresser. I feel gorgeous every time I leave! 😍

Andrea Parker is my favorite hair stylist I have ever gone too, and she will be until she cant do hair anymore. =)This place is so adorable and always so clean. Very friendly ladies.

I love this place so much. Kylee was my nail artist and she gave me exactly what I wanted:) Ive also been to this place in the past for hair coloring, and oh my goodness, I loved it so much. Such nice and social people. I will definitely be coming back for fill ins in the future:)

Absolutely loved it! The stylist was very understanding and patience with me as traffic got me backed up a little and few minutes late but Hunter was understanding. Hunter did absolutely amazing job on my sons hair who has a hard time getting his hair cut for few reasons. She was patient and kind and talked with him. Its been so long since I had a hair cut and was so excited. Hunter went above and beyond what I pictured. She has an amazing talent and a gentle soul that makes you happy and calm and want to keep coming back. Defiantly recommend! Ask for Hunter Garren she will take care of your hair needs. They atmosphere is warm and inviting, and she doesnt rush you she wants to make sure your absolutely happy and satisfied with the end result before you leave!! Had a mani/pedi with Melissa and she was great! Shaped my nails perfectly which seems to be difficult for many techs. Was very kind and patient with my limited mobility. All in all a great job!

Have been here once before and I loved it, this time not so much.. An hour and a half into the haircut I just told her it was fine, she kept arguing with me about what I wanted and when I got home I took my own scissors and fixed it the best I could. Wasnt impressed. Will still keep looking for a salon up to my expectations I guess....

These girls are the real deal. They always do great work. The atmosphere here is truly warm and fun when you come in the door. For a salon that could charge waaaaay more for their services, theyre super easy to work with and affordable.

It was great. I got in while my daughter was having her hair colored and the ghoul cut my hair quickly and well and it was a great experience.

My wife has had her hair cut here for years. It always looks great and it is a style that lasts for more then just the day and is easy for her to maintain. She always comes back so relaxed. I get the feeling this business treats you more like a friend and not just a customer. If you are looking for a great place in Post Falls to get a great look. This is it.

I wanted to take a moment to say that Crystal does the best eyelash extensions ever!!! She took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and explained the process completely. I have had extensions before but after she finished it was clear to me that I had no idea how gorgeous and natural lash extensions could be. I now have lush, long lashes that were individually placed onto each of my lashes. You cant tell that they arent mine at all, at any angle. 5 stars isnt good enough, she deserves 10!

I went to the location to try and set up an appointment for my daughter and I to get joined pedicures, but the pedicurist wasnt there to make the appointment. So the lady at the front desk took my info down and told me someone will get a hold of me the next day. The next day came around and still no call, so I ended up calling them at around 2pm. They, again, took my info down(which they should have already had) and told me they were going to txt the pedicurist right away and she will get a hold of me. Nope, still no call back at all, so I made an appointment somewhere else. I hope they dont treat their regulars this way. Terrible organization and who knows if they even have people working regularly. I wouldnt know because I couldnt get an appointment, dont really care anymore.

Julie rocks! I didnt think my hair could be straightened and stay that way. It was straight all day, I slept on it and when I woke up it was still straight! She is a miracle worker and she really knows her stuff! Ive been going to her for years and years.
