Im a Black female who recently interviewed with a manager for a recruiter position at the Pell City location. Ive applied for receptionist and recruiter positions with this company several times in the past with zero success even though I have a 4 year degree, Wealth Management Cerification, Human Resource Review certificate, and HR Assistant experience. Out of curiousity, I took a quick look at the LinkedIn accounts two individuals in senior management at PSI and lets just say, itll make your wonder how they hold their current positions. Definitely unfair hiring practices in my opinion. Take a look in your local offices and let me know WHO you see.

PSI is a great place to work for. Its the unprofessional aspect for me. Ive been dealing with them about my unemployment case with this pandemic since last year. Now remind yall I was still employed with them when the pandemic hit. Thats why I dont understand why I am the only one who hasnt received anything. All they keep telling me is that unemployment is delayed. When unemployment keep sending me letters telling me to send in info which I did be doing since last year.

A great company to work for! No first interview jitters because these ladies made me feel completely at ease. Walked me through every job opening and details about them, and helped me pick something they knew I would enjoy and be good in. Go see them if youre looking for a job!

PSI is the BEST! Ive been out of work due to the coronavirus and have been struggling to find places hiring with decent pay. they got me to work the day after I came in! So far im loving the job they gave me and will tell anyone to go see them

I took my son and dropped him off for his interview. He was there quite some time working on his application and I popped in to let him know I had to run a quick errand. The short time I was there, the manager (Ashley is her name, I believe) was walking around talking on her cell phone about her personal life. And she was very RUDE! She is very unprofessional. I can’t see how someone who manages an office in such a way could remain in management. Obviously somewhere higher up needs to step in.

Make sure you contact the job they are sending you to for specific details because psi can’t seem to get them right. I got marked for job refusal when I had to decline a job because they got off 1.5 - 2 hours later than I was told by the staffing agency.

I went in yesterday to put in my application again with them. Today I called to check if anything was available. I was told they did they hiring for Eisman she informed me that no they do not and when I asked who do they hire for she said we can’t discuss this information. She never once took my name or anything to even do a check in. Nor yesterday did she even look at my certifications. The receptionist acts like you finding a job isn’t important!! The only reason I’m giving a 1 star is because it doesn’t allow for 0 stars.

I wouldnt recommend them. I came in. Told them specifically what job I was applying for. I completed all of the applications and took the drug test. I was told I would start work the following Monday. I was supposed to get a call back so I would know what time to report to work. Ive yet to get a call from them.

They said I would be working soon. I called in every Monday for 6 mouths. It never happened. Snelling Staffing got me work in 2 days.

Havent found a job yet.
