By far the best auto shop in Hampton roads. I’ve taken all my cars here and Lenny has always provided a clear understanding of what the issues are and how he wants to fix them. Constant communication and GREAT mechanic work. Fair, honest and reliable. It’s hard to find nowadays but man am I happy I found Lenny at baucoms. Customer for life!!!

Went here to get my starter changed out. The mechanic who spoke to me was friendly, straightforward and gave me a fair price. It can be hard to find good work, but this place does it.

Lennie is a very transparent honest person, who worked with me to get a car I bought from auction together. I had my car towed to Baucom due to a engine malfunction that left my car broken down. The staff did a thorough inspection in less than a hour and told me exactly what was wrong. Also printed out and showed me my specific car had a extended warranty on the engine due to a common problem that was occurring and I was 1,000 miles under the limit. They told me the dealership may repair it for free but if not they will definitely get it done, they just wanted me to save some money if I can. So instead of just doing the repair and getting paid for installing a new engine themselves, I took their advice went to the dealership and it was done free of charge. Its kind people like this that care more about the customer than just a dollar. Very honest and helpful! Any car problems from now on ill be going to Baucoms.

I’ve had to go here twice for emergency repairs and both times I was extremely pleased with the service as he got me in and out quickly so I can keep the truck on the road making money. No pressure service that doesn’t try to nickel and dime you to death. Need help??? Check them out.

I dont review many places but I had to say something about this shop. I usually dread taking my car in to shops and brace myself to be told something is wrong with my car that isnt what I even brought it in for. This place was completely different. I was helped very quickly and received a call nearly within an hour about my vehicle issue. They made the repairs very quickly and charged me an EXTREMELY fair price for their services. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.

Its hard to find an honest mechanic but Lennie and his crew are truly a trustworthy. Ive had brakes, ac, and general maintenance done by them and Lennie is always upfront and very fairly priced. It has taken me 19 years to find a great shop after my old mechanic retired and I highly recomend Baucoms.

This is an amazing place to go the owner is a no-nonsense and does not take advantage of people that do not understand cars. Hes very straightforward and willing to work with people.
