Paul and Xavier have been super helpful. This was my first car accident. I went yesterday to grab my belongings from my car and I had more than I thought and Paul helped me and my mom carry some of my stuff to her car, and I forgot to grab my license plate so I went back today and Xavier offered to walk back there and grab it for me since it was hot outside. The guy at the front was awesome too. For being my first car accident they made things easier for me.

I called for an estimate to get my truck towed, the lady who answered acted as if I was bothering her. When I asked for more info she huffed, told me to hold on, didn’t ask, told me. If they can’t treat their customers with decency, I won’t trust them with my property. Get a new receptionist.

My car got impounded due to an unlicensed driver driving it and it was there for close to a week and it would only cost $112 to get out I was very impressed with the service I came about 10 minutes before closing and they were guaranteed a spot in line and I was able to get my car out past closing time and place was considered fast moving and I have my car out to me in less than 10 minutes I greatly appreciate these people thank you

Once they have your car you had better be prepared to give them cash, a blood sample, and your first born child to get it released. They will treat you like a criminal. I am amazed they stay in business!

So this place is a money hungry tyrant, they have all kinds of false advertising, They say you can make an appointment 24 hours a day for veichle release but thats a lie and when you call the line the lady that answers the phone is rude and has no customer service skills. They also say they buy cars in any condition and thats a lie, and this is on the side of the building. And to top it off the rates are outrageous so if you do have go here due to accident or impound get it out fast as you can other wise you end up paying more in storage Nd tow fees than the car is worth. Horrible.SMH

🚫⭐Rude a/f staff! Pushy staff. We were greeted with the absolute worst customer service one could imagine. If you even want to call it that in the first place. We left with more questions than answers. When asked to see our vehicles. We were pretty much rushed. But the worst part was when we unlocked where we call home our RV and could immediately tell that it had been ransacked. And our cupboards were broken.

Our vehicle was stolen and when we were contacted that our vehicle was found and had been towed. Western Towing was very prompt and went above to help in us getting our car back within an hour of us being notified.

My car was totaled with 4 flats sitting in my front driveway awaiting to be towed away by Rush Towing for scraps. Was only going to make $150 off the scrap parts but that was my only option considering it didnt run anymore and I needed it off the property. I called on a Sunday to make the appointment and the earliest they could schedule my pickup was Thursday morning. Didnt see the need to rush the issue considering it was on my property and wasnt going anywhere. Well come Monday I get a notice stating that my car must be removed from view within 24 hours or risk being towed. How convenient considering thats what I was actively doing. The time frame to move the car was completely unfair due to it having 4 flats and couldnt be moved without a full size tow truck. Unfortunately, Rush Towing didnt respond quickly enough because come Wednesday my car was removed from the property while I was at work causing me a huge inconvenience since my appointment with Rush Towing was the following morning. In retrospect, I should have called Peoria PD to explain the situation and ask for an extension however I figured the odds of a tow company pulling into my driveway to tow my vehicle in such short span of time seemed unlikely. My issue with Western Towing lies with their integrity. I show up to their lot and explain the situation to the receptionist and ask if they would be willing to buy the car for scraps or if theyd be willing to wave the tow fee considering it was on my property and was scheduled for pickup less than 24 hours later. She informs me that they dont recycle cars and that their is no way to refund the Tow Charges or the unnecessary $50 Inspection Fee. Also, instead of paying for 1 Day of storage fees ($37.50 per day) considering it was on their lot less than 24 hours, they put the date of the PD notice and the date of pickup which amounted to $112.50 for 3 days. As you can imagine I was pretty livid. Not only am I out of a car because I didnt have full overage insurance, I now have to shell out another $200 for it to be towed off my property without my consent after I just spent $140 to have it towed to my home after the accident. Then to add insult to injury, after I agree to pay the fees just to get it out of the way, I was told because it had 4 flats I was to be charged an additional $25 because the vehicle couldnt be driven off their lot and would have to be towed out. The Rush Towing driver was already waiting outside for them to pull out my vehicle and I thought there was some policy as to why he wasnt allowed to pull the car out for them and perhaps save me $25, which would have been nice due to the circumstances. After I paid, they waived at the Rush Towing driver for him to back into their lot and pull my vehicle out himself. Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.

Complete garbage. My car was stolen. Police found it and took it to this joke of a company. They said I needed my registration and insurance to get it out. I told them it was in the glove box. They told me they wouldnt get it or allow me to get it, Id have to find another way. They do everything they can to milk it out another day to collect more money. When I did get it, all my work tools were gone which were there on the police inventory when they released it to the driver. They told me it wasnt their problem. Complete thieves. Avoid them like the plague.

Ive dealt with the office at that location and several other offices and yards in PHX and surrounding municipalities. Western Towing is always professional. If anything goes wrong reclaiming a car its usually because my paperwork is in complete. Consider yourself lucky that Glendale, the city, set the max rate for daily storage. Other cities in the metro area can charge up to $35 a day. Yes parking sux on Carole Ln. I usually park a block away but the other businesses in the business Park have employees taking up the street parking. Ive never heard of anyone at any towing company not being able to retrieve paperwork from glove compartment. Theres usually someone around that can help with that. Its not uncommon.🌵

This is the best towing company in Maricopa County!! I called 16 24 hour towing companies at 3 a.m. this morning to help my husband after his Jeep broke down. Western towing was the only one who was willing to help me at that hour. The whole process involved two tow trucks and a few hours, but they stayed with my 70 year old husband and made sure he was home safe. You dont find that level of customer service too often in todays world.

Employees were extremely rude. I asked if I could grab my registration out of my car while they all stood huddled next to the building and few guys rushed me with their hands out as if they were going to push me off their property saying you cant be back here you need to leave. I was literally standing 1 step passed the gate that was wide open. They still wouldnt let me grab my registration and ended up having to get my spare from my filing cabinet back at home. Worst experience ever being treated like your less than human just because they choose to abuse their authority. Avoid having to deal with them however possible.

Honestly Ive had my car towed by western and they were great. We all have our opinions but we also have our bad days and I still think they were good. Respond quick and police department seems to like them a lot so all the haters keep hating

The people upfront are alright but this place is about your car and they personally do not care about them my car was returned to me super dirty on the inside with so much dirt every where on the seat the floor and the door handle. Yes i understand that the outside gets dirty but atleast keep in mind that its someone elses car take care of the inside

My car was towed after being in a collision, I was expecting anything great the lady up front was find of rude or just not excited about her job. My arm was hurt and i wasnt able to get all the stuff out of my car. The manager really helped me out and i was able to get my stuff with no struggle.

Horrible company. I was in a car accident and hit by a drunk driver. My registration was in the car, and yet they require registration or title. Its financed so obviously I have no title and the registration is in the car. These people are a joke, only out to hurt people more. I will never allow these crooks to work for me again.

I loaned my truck to someone who got it towed late on a Saturday night. They are closed on the weekends. I was there first thing Mondsy morning. The tow was $75. Not criminally high, but the storage was $75 for $38 hours. Ridiculous . They have a giant dirt,oiled parking lot with a hundred vehicles in it.

If you need your car towed by honest profesionals this is the place.

It was hard to find a place to park. The employees are friendly and helpful as well although you only have 15 mins to get your belongings from your car make sure you have your current registration or title or you will not be able to get access to your vehical.

Even as somebody who didnt have a car repoed, theyre the worst tow yard out there. all you need is your ID and registration to get stuff out of your vehicle is total garbage. The woman in the office is rude as can be and absolutely no help. Asked to have a truck for a private tow, told the dispatcher I was in a time crunch. The truck went to the wrong address. They rescheduled for the next day for 1230 sharp and gave a discount. Next day, the truck was called off to another job and was over an hour and a half late.
