I dont write reviews ever! But this shop is the best! They treat you like family. I have had alot of work to be done lately and they go out of their way to accommodate. So much so that they finished the last project on my van and they felt they were behind a day? They werent which I assured them it was fine. They finished the next day, pretty sure the van had a quarter tank when I dropped it. Robert brought the van to my work for me and it had a full tank of gas to boot! Their work is solid! Small shop but again family shop! Jessie the lead mechanic knows his stuff! Thanks my business for life and trust me all my friends will hear it!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Dails. I called Dails for a quote on CV joints on a tune-up. The quote I got from Dales was outrageous it was double and sometimes more than double than the other quotes I received from other auto repair shops. So I asked the guy on the phone did you just say $800.00 and then he said its hard to give a good price over the phone.I believe they think I have tax money to splurge but little do they know I dont. To say the least very unprofessional and very dishonest🤑🤑💩👎🖕🕵️👃🎣

Just moved from Cali to Chesapeake, and my Expedition started to act up, I asked the FB community and was given Dails place, figured it was close enough and and heard good word, so took my car in, they are a busy shop, which tells you something, but they know their stuff, he took the time to evaluate my car, figured out what was wrong, got my part late on Friday and took the time to go in on the weekend to work on my car even though they are closed, and first thing Monday morning called me up to let me know my car was done, great service and great rates. Im a happy camper and will surely take the rest of our cars for any mechanical service in the future. I am very grateful to find a reliable mechanic in the neighborhood.

Wonderful staff. I had a flat tire, and the bolts were too tight. Luckily when I got my flat, I was right down the street. I pulled in, explained the issue, and they were more than happy to come out and loosen the bolts for me for no charge. Next time I need work done on my car I know where Im going!!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a trustworthy mechanic. Dails was recommended to me by a coworker so I tried them out and I will honestly say they will be my #1 go-to mechanic. They took my car in so quickly, fixed my brakes, and the cost was very reasonable! I never write reviews but this place seriously saved me. I recommend Dails!!

Dail’s Auto Repair is a good bunch! I am pretty OCD about my vehicle, especially the alignment. I’ve had it aligned 3 times in the past year, prior to taking it to Dail’s. A few months back, after a small suspension upgrade on my truck, another local “alignment” shop got it all wrong. My coworker, who has worked in the fleet business for many years, recommended Robert Dail’s shop.Front desk was nice and they got me in the next day. Jesse did the alignment, and even took me for a ride along afterwards. Numbers were perfect in spec, but after a day of driving around town, I still wasn’t satisfied. Dail’s welcomed me back and instead of going right back to a re-align, they opted to move the tires around. Sure enough – one of the front tires is bad and was causing the issue. Jesse moved them around a bit to find the right combo, at no extra charge, and now the truck feels perfect.Robert took the time to explain it all to me, and was honest and fair throughout. Ill be back!

It was after 5 pm and everyone was leaving or about to leave. The owner and another gentleman stayed after hours to fix my tire. They took their time and made sure after plugging it there were no other leaks. Talk about helping a damsel in distress! I highly recommend Dails- they truly care about the customer!
