We moved in just as the complex got purchased by Greystar. So far this organization has been very attentive to safety, security and communication. Overall, I feel it is a family friendly, quiet complex. Pleasantly surprised.
If I could give less than one star I would. This was my first apartment experience and it was trash. Greystar has taken over this property and they do not communicate well at all. I applied, paid the money, got approved only to be told I was not approved. I have been back and forth with leasing agents and property managers for almost a week and the regional manager and I stayed on the phone for over 30 minutes this past Friday. She reassured me by Monday (Today is Tuesday) that they would have some news regarding if they found me another apartment or not. I never heard from her. I even sent an email last night so that she would see it this morning. At this moment, I still have not heard from anyone. I had to reach out like I have been doing this entire process, just for them to say they were not able to assist me. If you plan to stay here, under Greystar, you better stay on top of things. I do not recommend wasting your time. If I didnt inquire I wouldnt know a thing and would be losing almost $300.00. Keep looking elsewhere folks!

If I could give a 0 I would.Horrible apartments. Messy Incomptent management! I DO NOT recommend. I toured the apartment complex and loved it, I put a application in a week later. The leasing agent informed me that the application fee was refundable, so I thought what a catch. WRONG. I was approved immediately and given the apartment style I requested. I began registering things in my name and scheduling furniture delivers for my move in date. A few days later the leasing agent reached out and informed me the tenant was not moving out of the unit I was given and I needed to be placed elsewhere. She also informed me the rent was only a slight difference, but the unit was significantly smaller and a longer lease. When I asked her why this was the case, she couldn’t produce a legitimate answer. (Go figure) I request to see the apartment first which looks horrible and smells like cigarettes and feet combined. I believe the tenant had just moved out not even 24 hours before. After deciding I wasn’t staying there I call back to receive my deposit back and my application fee due to my troubles on their end. They informed me they could not refund my application fee because that was used to check my credit. Even though they messed things up! And it took 3 weeks to get my deposit back! I called corporate and smoke to managers at the complex. Overall, very tacky, unprofessional and not knowledgeable people. Don’t bother putting yourself through those troubles!
My family and I have lived here for almost 5 years and we have been extremely pleased by the leasing agents, maintenance staff, and our neighbors. The staff does a great job of responding and resolving issues that we have had and we are thoroughly happy tenants. Great place to live.
The community is very welcoming. Lorenzo and Ashley are very great too. The residents and workers here are very kind and understanding. My family enjoys the peace we have while living over here for the past couple of months. If something needs to be fixed or resolved, then it is taken care of in an professional timely manner. Couldn’t give Arium Station 29 any higher praise.

My husband and I moved here in February and we have enjoyed living in the ARIUM Station 29 community. We have a dog and love the accessibility of the dog park on site. I personally love all of the trees and landscaping, it makes it feel more homey and welcoming than your average apartment complex. Along with the great apartment complex, I want to brag about the Tucker community in general. If you are on the fence about moving to Tucker, let me assure you that you will not find a better tight-knit community like it this close to Atlanta. Its a great place to live!

I thoroughly enjoy living at Arium Station 29; this is my second time living here. The complex is very clean, quiet, with minimum traffic; the grounds are always kept clean and maintained. The entire staff is genuine and friendly. Derrick, Ashley, and Lorenzo are attentive and are intentional about keeping residents updated. The maintenance team (Flynn and Charles) are very responsive whenever there is a need. I recommend this property to anyone; its a safe place to live, especially for active adults and a single females. Arium Station 29 is a hidden gem!!

I can positively say that I enjoy my quaint home in my well kept, special & small close knit community, which is one of Tuckers Best Kept Secrets! It is the reason that I, along with 4 others in my building, have chosen to live here for a minimum tenure of 4+ years (with the longest tenure being 10+ years). We love the efforts of our Mgmt. Team to provide community based activities to keep our community with a friendly, neighborly atmosphere. Attention to maintenance required issues are always promptly addressed and resolved! I highly recommend my community to only the Best Qualified because only The Best deserves The Best!! 😊

Ive lived at Arium Station 29 since 2016 and have had a great experience! It is a fairly quiet and clean neighborhood. Ive had no issues, and while management has changed a few times, everyone has always been very nice and helpful. Due to COVID, there havent been as many events, but the current management has still found ways to interact and engage with the residents. This is the best complex BY FAR in the area - highly recommend!
I have lived at Arium Station in Tucker since April 2017 and I can truly say that Ive loved being apart of the community. The residents are kind loving people. Derrick, Lorenzo and Asley are wonderful and do their best to help whenever they can. Flynn and Charles are extremely helpful with fixing everything that you inform them about.
Arium station 29 staff located in tucker is superb! From office down to maintenance staff. Maintenance always solve any issues within 24 hour or less. My wife and I were very impressed with the office staff Mr. McFadden, Mr. Matthews and Ms. Ashley when they surprise us with a photo frame on grandparents’ day

I had an amazing time today going to Arium station 29 for a tour of a one bedroom apartment. Michael in the leasing management was incredibly attentive and helpful. I answered all of my questions and offered to help me through the process of applying to be part of this community. He made the entire thing be as comfortable as possible and was incredibly kind to me and my sister during our entire time there. The community looks just as beautiful in person as it did in the pictures. Everything is beautifully kept from the grounds to the apartments themselves and I am incredibly happy with everything I saw. Thank you so much Michael for all of your help! I look forward to being part of this community.

I’ve been a resident of this complex for 6 years now and I’m very happy with my living experience here. Very friendly office staff and a great maintenance team. It’s a quiet place, no drama goes on and I feel safe for the fact that there are a few Dekalb officers that live here and I’ve even seen them in the evening making sure everything is ok. The units themselves have some character to them. It’s doesn’t feel like your in just a box with facilities. There is an open, homely feeling to them. I’ve been in two different models and each of them have that same feeling.

**Long post alert** I lived in Arium at Station 29 for 2 years and truly enjoyed my time there. When I moved there in 2019 there was a different management crew than what it is today. The old management were extremely nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. One of them was Emily and she was the most professional and helpful staff ever. I liked the fact that when I moved in, she let me tour the apartment that I would be living in and not the model unit because that is a big determining factor on if I will choose to live at a place or not. Before covid-19 during the summer, they would have pool parties, food, music for the residents and guests and give out visa gift cards which is pretty thoughtful of them. In 2020 a new management crew came Derrick, Lorenzo and Ashley and they are just as great as the previous management. I had an issue where the apartments were charging me renters insurance even though I had already purchased it through a private company. I told Ashley and Derrick about the issue and a week or so later I had received the amount as a credit discount on the following months rent! The maintenance crew out there is very nice and helpful too. There have been times that they would see residents taking trash to the compactor and they would help them by taking the trash for them. Theyve help me jump start my car, told me when one of my tires were low and offered to help blow it up. None of the appliances or anything in my apartment had ever broke while I was there. I use to travel for weeks at a time for work before covid hit, and when I got back home ALL of my packages would still be in front of my door. I had never had anything stolen which gave me peace of mind while being away. The complex is on a dead-end and is surrounded by a railroad track and an adhesive factory which is great because that means that no other complexes or companies can build there and bring more traffic. I could go on forever about all the things I enjoyed about living there. I moved to live closer to the airport due to having to start back traveling for work but all in all, on a scale of 1-10, id give them 50. I would 100% recommend my friends and family to live here.

Michael at the leasing office was incredibly helpful and more than willing to help with filling out the application and answer any and all of our questions. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept, and the community looks great. Overall, I had a great experience. I’m more than impressed with what I saw today, and can’t wait to see more of it.

Arium Station 29 is a small quiet community with superb managers and maintenance engineers. The office staff are always available to answer questions and very pleasant. The maintenance workers are friendly and respond in a timely manner.

After 22 yrs of owning my home, I needed to downgrade ... looking for an apartment was filled with a lot of emotions from [pricing, I knew that I would be paying more than my current mortgage, having others live above me and walking / stomping over our heads or other things youre subjected to with apartment living]. When I tell you Arium Station 29 was a welcomed surprise to some of these concerns. Just driving into the community without seeing the apartment, they had me at the aesthetics alone. The staff, which I understand is very new, has been wonderful. The floor plan [roommate] was exactly what I was looking for. While there are ALWAYS things to be worked on or improved [from mgmt AND residents], it is a wonderful place to consider to call home.
Michael and Tamika are amazing. They both have help my roommate and I for getting a new apartment. I recommend anyone looking for a new place to live here. The property is beautiful.
I dont know what anyone has said about the staff and apt. Homes here ar the arium station 29, but based off of my experience I give these guys five stars. They are good people with good hearts. Very courteous, and they do anything they can to help. If you want a nice community with good people and a great management team, I would strongly suggest you come see Derrick, Ashley, and Lorenzo for the best service of hospitality, it will be worth it.
Great location, good apartments. Only issue is the gate is always broken. I suggest putting a camera in the front to see who keeps breaking it, other than that no complaints.
I am posting this review to better inform future applicants about Arium29. I am specifically referring to my experience here and can speak for no other tenants’ experiences.First I want to be clear: The maintenance team here are wonderful and try their best to address whatever issues are presented to them. They are kind, highly professional, and are always a pleasure. Primarily, the three stars received in my review is for their performance.When I first moved into Arium29 in August 2020 I was impressed with the outward appearance of everything. The exterior of the buildings and my apartment were both modern looking which greatly pleased me. Although my apartment is rather small, I was satisfied with it because I liked its proximity to some of my favorite spots in Atlanta.However, after I moved in and after a few weeks, I immediately noticed the frequent presence of water bugs in my apartment. At first I dismissed it because I thought it was a fluke seeing one or two, but I quickly found out that insects are an issue in some of the buildings at Arium. I have spoken with tenants in the building that I live in and all of them mentioned water bugs (and some have roaches) in their apartment as well. I immediately contacted the management team about this problem and was initially told that insects were “not a problem” which is clearly a misinformed statement. Let me be clear: I am a VERY neat person so these bugs are not the result of my apartment being unkempt. There is definitely a problem with bugs at Arium 29 and I feel it is my responsibility to be honest and alert prospective applicants to this problem.After sending an email to the corporate office, the management team finally started addressing this problem in my apartment. Although there is an exterminator that comes frequently and holes around my pipes have been sealed, I continue to see water bugs. It’s very unsettling because you never know when they will appear. It is also frustrating to always have to worry that bugs will make an appearance when I invite a friend over or will crawl into my bedroom or kitchen spaces.I have lived in other apartments in Atlanta that did not have this problem. Additionally, every month tenants have to pay a “pest control fee”at Arium which clearly isn’t being used effectively.I am still in this apartment and keep hoping that the situation will improve. I have been told by other tenants that the only reason why less bugs are seen in the late autumn and winter months is because the temperatures drop. However, I’ve been informed that as soon as it starts to warm up again, the bugs will start coming back with greater frequency.I strongly feel that prospective applicants should be thoroughly aware of conditions of the apartment development they are considering for residence. Again, I speak honestly about MY experience here. I hope this review will help someone to make a more informed decision about residing at Arium29.

I lived here for the last almost 5 years and have had an overall good experience. The leasing team in the office are helpful and accommodating. Sometimes the leasing team have events like ice cream social, pizza giveaway, and raffles. They just started having food trucks every Friday for the last couple of weeks and it is supposed to continue into the summer which is a plus. The maintenance team is responsive and has typically fixed any problems in my apt within 1 to 2 days. Pros and cons to the location: its kind of hidden and located behind a Publix; however, there is a train track that runs on the back side of the complex. Luckily, I live in a building that is not too close to the track. Another pro is the car washing station which I used often. There have been situations in which police involvement has been required (ie burglary), but this has not occurred to often, maybe like 3 times that Ive known in 5 years. When this happens, an alert or email was sent out to residents. We also had a town hall where reps from the local police department (which is probably less than 1mile from the complex) came out to talk to us. Other than that, I would recommend this community to others.
I love this apartment! Staff are great! Emily is awesome and super helpful. All of my maintenance requests have been fixed (for things as simple as a leaky shower head) within 24 hours. Awesome place. Neighbors are kind and we have community events.
In January 2018 I was suppose to move-in to my new apartment at Arium Apartments in Tucker, GA, however due to the discovery of bed bugs and droppings in the apartment I did not move in. When I initially got the apartment and signed the lease with Emily I wasnt able to do my initial walk through due to a very recent surgery I was unable to take the stairs at that time, but I was assured that everything was going to be okay with the apartment. However, when I was finally able to get up the stairs I discovered bed bugs, droppings throughout the apartment. I took pictures and immediately informed Management and showed them the pictures. They told me that they did an investigation, and claimed that the droppings were old and the bugs were normal. Well for me this wasnt normal and I decided to not continue with decision to live there especially with heath issues and recent surgery my immune system was vulnerable. I tried talking to the Manager Isa to work out something, but she wasnt willing to work with me on the lease. I was between a rock and a hard place not wanting to live in an unclean environment, and not wanting to end up with a bill for thousands of dollars. Well I chose my health, and they decided to charge me for breaking the lease. I cant believe these people would charge someone for their failure to maintain their apartments. (I will post the pictures soon)
The community is nice, quiet, and clean. Reasonably priced, the units are nice looking. The only thing i have a problem with are the amenity rules. The 2 guests rule for the pool is in my opinion a little ridiculous because if you want to have more than two friends you want to invite which is extremely common youre out of luck, but other than that its a great place.
Its very quiet, nice, clean, the employees are very professional. The location is convenient to 78 I have no complaints.

Honestly, this place is amazing so far. The people in the office are charming and funny while still being helpful and professional. When we moved in, we had an issue with bugs, but when we spoke to management it was immediately dealt with. That may not sound like a positive, but to us, it was amazing that they dealt with the problem so quickly and took it seriously. Maintenance is wonderfully fast and helpful, the gym and pool are clean and very nice, and we have felt safe the entire time we have lived here. Its a really great place for newlyweds, and we are so near to everything we need to go to, while still being off the road enough that it feels quiet and private in our immediate neighborhood. We love it here!

I have lived in this community for almost a year and I will not be renewing my lease here. The community is listed as a luxury apartment but they are anything but. The rent price is not worth what you are getting. The apartments have a extreme mold issue in the bathrooms due to no ventilation and the windows are not properly sealed and leak when it rains causing mold to grow. There is also a pest problem in the apartments, even though you pay a fee monthly for pest control you will still see bugs in your apartment. I dont think the maintenance team or a professional company comes out to spray.In addition to these issues there have been some alarming criminal activities going on in this GATED community. My boyfriends car was recently stolen and someone was also shot. Both are things you think should not happen in a gated community or sometimes gated at the gate doesnt always work which means anyone can come and go.Overall I am very unhappy with my time here and I cannot wait to move out.

This December it will be one year that my wife and I moved in to Arium Station 29. The management team is great and work hard to make our community the best in Tucker. They are very family oriented and I highly recommend Arium Station 29.

So to be honest with you, I have never done a review ever but I HAD to take time to type out how I feel about this apartment complex. So first and foremost, I have, actually lived here. I lived here from 2013 till this year, 5 years to be exact. I left this apartment complex for numerous reasons and if you’re reading this and curious as to whether or not to move here, I’ll give you factual reasons why you should NOT move here. I have lived here longer than anyone who currently works in the leasing office and the maintenance staff has so I’m going to be very blunt and fully honest. So first of all, they are incredibly overpriced for what you get. The apartments are small for what you get, that’s first of all. There are a bunch of stray cats that walk the premises at all times of the day. They will NOT for some reason tell you that the apartment complex is literally close to train tracks. Like you will be leaving close to train tracks that are very much active. The trains make a lot of noise when they go by, which is usually at ungodly hours. Like early in the mornings and at night time. During the day, I’m at work so it doesn’t bother me but at night and early in the mornings? Come on? Like why on earth would you build an apartment complex close to active train tracks. That being said, peace and quiet is out of the picture. And god forbid your apartment building is close to the train tracks, your apartment will shake, like literally SHAKE every time a train goes by. And FYI, these trains carry heavy cargo, not people. So there’s weight on the train tracks, hence the noise The trash compactor is almost usually full. It’s like you’re paying a ton of money for “Luxury Apartments” but you get mediocre quality on their amenities. Maintenance takes days to come assist you, and they have at least 3 maintenance staff. Not 1, at least 3. They open and close the pool when they feel like it. The staff? The leasing staff? OMG where do I start!!!!! There are two leasing agents and a property manager. The property manager is ok but the other two leasing staff are horrible people. There’s a lady there, I tried so hard to forget her name because she’s incredibly rude and sarcastic, like its not even funny AT ALL!! When you walk into the leasing office, she’s right there on the right side. Her office is close to the property managers office. Now, in closing, after all I’ve said, you still choose to move here, that’s fine. But I want you to know this, I have 3 kids and two jobs and I still had the time to type this out, that’s how much I DISLIKE this apartment. From the outside looking in, it looks beautiful, but you move in and you go through hell living here. I will know, I’ve lived here for 5 years, back when it was called DuPont Place Apartments. The quality of the apartments and the price at which they set for the apartments do NOT match up. Also one more thing, mildew, mold and roaches are going to be your roommates, that I guarantee 100%.
ROACHES, believe the reviews! My boyfriend has went to management multiple times and all they do is send pest control that don’t do their job. Everytime I come over he’s killing a roach and he keeps his apartment spotless. They have an infestation somewhere and neighbors always let us know it’s the same with them. Disgusting. THEY HAVE ROACHES, THEY KNOW ABOUT IT AND DONT CARE !!!!!!!! BEWARE !!!! Literally, their trash builds up EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND, the air smells like trash. We have to kill a roach every other day! We have told management over 3 various times to do something about the roaches and have they did anything ?!?!? Nope ! Our door and window have a crack and management won’t do anything about it. Pest control comes every week and it still doesn’t fix the problem. Why is there roaches outside our door in the hallway ... in the grass .... I even see roaches when I park my car coming home from work. Neighbors also stated they expressed concern and nothing has happened ... Please do not rent here I can’t wait until my lease is up!!!!
I honestly have nothing positive to say about this property or the people who run the office, Except Marcel. Marcel is very understanding and very knowledgeable of what is going on. Ric Martinez, however is not, and I know he is new but I shouldnt have to repeatedly correct him on his understanding of Carroll Management policies. The property is secluded, and gated, but there is always some sort of disturbance going on. I have several emails about incidents that have happened, domestic violence, gun shots, broken in cars. I occupied an apartment was that wasnt renovated because I didnt want to move to another unit when the new management company bought it, and started remodeling. Since I didnt want to move, they refuse to do any cosmetic ware and tear repairs in my unit, NONE. I call, and they tell me that they arent currently updating any of the old units, but if I wanted to move out to another unit I can, but I cant keep the reduced rate, I would have to now pay the 1700/mo, when my rent is half that price. After 5 years living here, I have to leave this property.
I just want to say that this is a really good community fairly quiet as well. There is a train that does run on the side of the apartments but over time it has become part of back ground noise. This is a great community to live in . Saddia at the office is the best to deal with . Any problems maintenance wise has always been taken care of in a timely manner most of the time that day if not the next. I wouldnt move from here except for the fact that I have taken a job in the Gainesville Ga area and the drive is to much. If you are considering moving here I would highly recommend it .

Extremely overpriced... Almost $1000 a month for a one bedroom in Tucker Georgia is insane. I could see $700-850 for that area being reasonable. But that current rent rate and youre not even close to Midtown, Lenox, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs is just STUPID, at least have something in the area that makes it easy to say hey this is why rent is high. JUST HORRIBLE.

The residents that have dogs here dont RESPECT no one here they curb their NASTY SMELLY DOGS at ur patio and ur front windows and dont pick up that mess that nasty dog puts down it sticks here we have taken pictures and everything no one has done nothing because it keeps happening wow really we even have a dog park no one uses it.
I move out on February 29, 2016. I resided in Apartment #1207 Dupont Lane, Tucker, GA 30084 and regularly paid my rent to their office. When I moved out, after giving you 60 days written notice, I left the apartment clean. I was also paid up in my rent and I gave you my new address they never return my security deposit.I had make numerous calls to their office, corporate office numbers and no results as a today, I have received neither my $850.00 security deposit nor any accounting from you for that money. Is been 2 months snd 10 days late. I know about my rights under Georgia Law. Because they have not strictly adhered to the procedures for retaining security deposits laid out in Georgia Code O.C.G.A. §§ 44-7-30 through 44-7-36, they have forfeited any right they may have had to retain my deposit or to claim additional damages from me. Therefore, they must return my deposit in full. And if I am compelled to do this under Georgia Code Section 44-7-35, entitled to three times the amount they are improperly withholding, plus attorneys fees and court costs. I have consulted an attorney and am aware of my legal rights and their legal responsibilities regarding security deposits.Bad corporate office customer service.

Theyve gotten a different set of leasing office staff who dont allow you to do anything. You cant work on your car in the back of complex, you can barely be outside without the courtesy SHERIFF complaining about any and everything, and tenants who tattle about not being able to get the parking space they want. if youre having overnight guests, make sure their car isnt leaking oil or that youre not in the parking lot past 1 am because someone will call the cops on you. its a horrible enviroment and the people running the complex show favoritism no matter how long youve been there. currently living here and weve reported mold in the bathroom on numerous occasions, the people above us walk around their house as if theyve got bricks on their feet and they advertise black stainless steel appliances but our appliances are anything but. their customer service is horrible and when they had someone come to look at our sprinklers the person came in left a huge square missing in our ceiling for a whole week before patching it up and not even painting it to make it look like the design. were looking into moving, ever since they were purchased by Carroll theyve gotten rude and slack. I wouldnt recommend this hellhole to anyone. -- A CURRENT RESIDENT
