Got a great hair cut, awesome covid precautions and wonderful staff

I had a 1 appointment Supercuts with Diane. When I got there close to 1 there were two people in front of me to get haircuts. Fortunately I had my dog with me so I can walk around for the next half hour waiting to get in turn my 1 appointment. I really enjoy Diane she gives me a good haircut. The only drawback is when you have a 1 appointment you should be able to get in and get your haircut at 1. So if I had another appointment it probably wouldnt work. So next time Im going to ask if there will be anybody in front of me so I can plan my day accordingly. Diane gives a good haircut shes very friendly and nice I enjoy visiting with her. She was the only one in the shop so I understand that she got busy, hopefully next time Ill get in at my appointment time.

Great haircuts at reasonable prices. I didnt have to wait very long. Diana is a sweetheart. I will definitely be back.

Truly the most aggressive haircut I’ve ever gotten. Lasted maybe 5 minutes and was actually painful and my ears were repeatedly very aggressively combed because she was combing, as far as I could tell, as fast as humanly possible. 2 stars I guess because the haircut looks fine enough, but I wouldnt sit through that again even if they paid ME the cost of the haircut.

Due to not having an appointment I didnt get a cut today. The place seemed nice enough, but without a haircut I cant give it a 5.

I was very nervous about getting a haircut... I actually burst out crying and Diana hugged me and reassured me... she hugged me and comforted me with the kindest loving words... then she didn’t charge meI wish I’d had cash for her tip but will be sending a gift card to her for the extra special attention.Go here it’s an amazing place with a genuine staff.

Dont show up to appointments super early. I was getting my hair cut and a family of 4 showed up early. The woman rushed the job, so now the right side is longer than the left, and there was no tapering done. Definitely not a short bob style...

She was fast, listened to exactly what we needed for our teenager boys, who are sometimes a little picky. It was our second visit. And just as great as the first! Thank you!

Went in for a simple cut. 3/4 inches on top, 1/2 inches around the sides. Diana didnt understand what I meant. She cut the top 2 inches long. When I told her i wanted it shorter than that she didnt understand. She told me to ask for it one finger length next time, then shed know what I mean.She proceeded to lecture me on how life is too short to be mad/angry. Excuse me??? I spent 5 minutes trying to tell you what 3/4 inches looks like. I was silent throughout the interaction after that.As I was leaving she said she hopes I feel better. I was fine, but Im not the one who is getting paid to cut hair. If you dont know what shorter than that means, and no concept about length that doesnt instill me with confidence regarding your ability to cut hair.Have faith Diana, after I was done teaching you I had a wonderful day.

Jamie did such a great job with my cut and color. I walked in a hot mess and left feeling pretty. Plus, she’s just a really sweet person.

Stopped in for a mens haircut on a Sunday afternoon. Everyone was courteous and polite. The haircut was simple but exactly what I had asked for and took around 35 minutes. Nothing fancy but very convenient.

Good central location with easy in-out egress. Dianna cut my hair and she did a wonderful, fantastic job as usual!!

They are great for not being a high priced salon. The staff has always treated me well and my hair comes out the way I like.

I’m very disappointed . I had long beautiful hair and an older man cut my hair here and completely ruined it. He chopped it off too short and gave me these disgusting laters and I just want to cry everyday because my hair is ruined. To top it off he was rude. I gave him NO tip. I’m still just so devastated that my hair is this short and he didn’t listen to me. I will never go to Supercuts again.

I came for a haircut at 9:07. Wasnt open. There was someone inside and the open sign wasnt on, even though the hours posted on the door and online clearly states they were open. I believe part of the job is to open ontime and I do not want a haircut that doesnt do their job (someone was inside)

Looked at the website and saw they were open until 9pm. Got off work late the night before thanksgiving and wanted to get a cut before the holiday. Stopped in about 5 to 8pm and they were locking up. Asked them why they were closing and they said its their new hours see the mailbox stickers we put on the door. It appears customer service is not one of their priorities. Wont be trying to go back.

Not a super long wait and a quick cut for back to school for my daughter!

I can always get a dependably decent haircut here. The best part is how quick they are- no need to keep me there for 45 minutes for a 15 minute haircut.

I wish I could remember my stylists name! I came in when just two people were working on a Thursday about 4pm, they were understaffed but fit me in for a cut and brow wax. I did have to wait about 20 minutes but man oh man was I glad I did and I mean $10 for a brow wax I was happy to chill for a few minutes!The lady who took care of me was on the left side of the floor with the third chair in. She usually works Friday to Monday. She was absolutly amazing. She worked with a cut that I had been given that was apparently pretty bad I knew it wasnt great but not being able to see behind me I didnt know just how bad it really was. Instead of chopping off several inches of my hair to fix it she said we would do it a little at a time, blend it so it looks good nobody notices and just keep it growing out until we could get it all back to a normal cut. ANYONE else might have been all for fixing it without thought to my length (and I really appreciate her conservative correction, because it has taken me the better part of two years to grow it past my shoulders, and it is the longest my hair has been in my entire 41 years.) she added movement to the back without putting in a bunch of layers, and trimmed my face beautifully with a razer cut adding a beautiful soft texture giving it the illusion of movement. Since my hair was still damp I didnt see the extent of the excellent job she did untill I got home and my hair was soft and bouncy, my soft curls look like I spent a fortune on my hair!When waxing my brows (which is difficult since the are almost the same color as my skin) she did so good that I am dumbfounded . She used a wax for sensitve skin, and truthfully I barely felt a thing, something I have never experienced before! She cleaned everthing up yet kept things very natural looking. She took her time to make sure all strays were gone; even doing a bit of tweezing, again I felt little to nothing. My uber sensitive skin was not even slightly red after she was done, and I woke up with absolutely no redness or sensitivity. I am not sure what kind of sorcery she uses but it was indeed magic! Since this salon is right next to my sons Taekwando Dojang I will be back again and again. The cut was $17 the wax was $10 and with tip I left just under $40. I am a super excited to have found this gem of a stylist she is worth ever cent and then some!

They cut hair very well. A bit expensive for a guys haircut but they did a great job.

I wanted my hair cut short with a bald fade. All i got was bald with no fade. Inconsistent hair length and the price. 20 dollars was way too much.
