It is really good, fast and professional. Even with ultimate plus cleaning order, it was completed within 5-6 minutes.But not very impressive work, the dust on the edge of the trunk was not touched at all. There were small spots at many place.

Easy to schedule an appointment and great clean! The lady at the counter was friendly and quick. I scheduled the End of Lease Cleanup package and Woody did a GREAT JOB on the exterior and interior. I dropped my car off at 9am, they told me it would be ready by 2:30pm, and behold it was beautiful!

They do such a beautiful job here. I had been going to an automated wash and they did an ok job, but the Auto Spa really takes the time to clean out the car in full and has great attention to detail. Love their work.

Don’t come here, you are better off cleaning your car yourself.Rude staff woman, I asked to use the vacuum myself, my trunk and seats looked the same after they were finished and when I asked to use it nobody answered me so I did it myself.

I’ve been their loyal customer since 2014 and I had given them a positive review. But that has all changed. Don’t know if it’s the management or the employees themselves but I have brought my car in so many times thinking maybe this time they’ll do a good job but that doesn’t happen. I told them the last time I went (5-6-21) if they could please clean my car better and that didn’t happen. I remember years ago they did and amazing job but not anymore.

First time going here and wow, just SLOPPY. They Scratched the inside, my tints are ruined.. the manager tried to make it right and it made it worst.He needs to hire people that actually know what theyre doing. JUST SLOPPY PLACE. Never again.

Worst first experience ..... always drive by this place for couple of years. Bald headed cashier tell me to put my mask on ok but when i went inside two customer wasnt wearing them ..... my car was coming out and and the cashier was drying it up but really did a lazy job, he didnt dry front or back, didnt open the doors to dry the sides and really quick about it like their was barely a line ..... yeah not coming back.

Waited over thirty minutes in line and paid for the ultimate plus wash. They didn’t even wipe down the seats. Why pay for the highest wash on the board to get a minimal effort. I had to wipe down the whole interior myself after I left. I won’t be returning again.

Not bringing my car back anymore. I’ve been their loyal customer for almost a year. I suggested that the guys ultimately were not cleaning the car inside properly. I am a firm believer of positive feedbacks and I talked to the cashier (Lady) telling her AND showing her how my car wouldn’t be cleaned inside the last couple of visit I made. I always get the $28 service.That being said, they became quantity over quality and isn’t worth it to pay that amount when at least to me, my car didn’t get cleaned inside.

This was my first visit to this car wash. The car wash was fast, but thorough. They vacuumed the interior, power sprayed and began scrubbing manually, before putting it through the car wash itself. Interior was wiped and windows cleaned. The car looked great afterward!! Seemed a bit pricey, but ours was comped by car dealer.

Went to this place yesterday (August 16, 2021) for FULL SERVICE WASH (that include, among other things, the service to clean all the tires). After submitting the payment (using a gift certificate from Global Auto Mall), I overheard the lady cashier (who also helped in the drying of the car afterward) told one of the male workers that for my car the tire cleaning was not needed. I can see the confusion (a question mark) on the face of the worker but he of course obeyed the lady. Well, for this unprofessionalism, I should warn everyone who will be using gift certificate as a form of payment, not to expect a standard service that is normally performed.

They did an excellent job! Everything is so clean and after almost a year of not getting it cleaned due to the pandemic it was worth every penny. Very reasonable price.

I’ve used this Car Wash on multiple occasions, however, I think I’m done. Every time I get home I notice a new scratch. This time one of the employees who hand-dried my truck used a cloth with a weird substance on it that ultimately left scratches and a residue on my hood. They constantly leave water spots too. They’ve currently resorted to using cheap Home Depot shop vacuums instead of fixing their vacuum system for the last few months.

Never coming back, literally just left and the interior is still wet from the spray. Seats weren’t vacuumed and they didn’t remove trash in cup holder just cleaned around it. More I could say but just save your time and money.

10 cars deep took 15 minutes to get in there. Not bad. They do a great job on the vehicle also.

Dont like it that much. Reason I only go is because its close to me. I pay for wax andsure doesnt seem the car has and when itcomes out of the wash,I just get a regularwash.

I went to this car wash thinking i was going to get good service. I was completely wrong. I got the ultimate car wash so that they can wash underneath the car and vacuum the inside of my car. There were 2 guys vacuuming my car and they did a real poor job of vacuuming my trunk. The Ultimate service came with free air fresher, polish the interior and to clean underneath the vehicle. I did not get any of these things. I didnt even see any sprayers under the car to clean the bottom of my car. I also saw that the customer behind me got a cheaper service and they got the same service as me. I feel that everyone is getting the same car wash but paying different prices. After the car wash done and tire shine was applied no one let me know when my car was done. Completely, no customer service at all. I will advise people to not come to this location. Because, you will get bad service, bad customer service, going to get rip off, and your car will not be clean or dried well.

We hadn’t cleaned our Tesla in about 3 years and now it looks as clean as new. Thank you for cleaning it so amazingly.

Horrible service the owner really argued about the work that was done at the end of the wash. I paid for the most expensive package and the whole interior was barely touched. If your going to offer an expensive package for a car wash, let it be worth the money. This definitely was not worth it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They didnt clean my car well at all and I didnt realize it until I got home and had to go back but the manager was very nice she apologized and put my car through again and it came out great the second time but I wont go back again.

First time here, got a free full service car wash from global auto mall. I upgraded to highest service and paid the difference. Place is pretty straight forward car wash. Did a great job on exterior and missed a couple things on interior. One was the back was not vacuumed. Maybe they don’t do that in jeeps.

The price for quality is good. I always go here, I just dont think they offer a free car wash with a loyalty card like they used too. I live a town over yet I still go here, 👍🏽

Pretty simple, its a car wash. One of the only two in the immediate area.Very conveniently located and always opened very early on weekends which is a plus. Currently, due to Covid-19, you can not get car detailed inside but the exterior machine wash is decent enough to get the job done.Well staffed location and always with a clean appearance outside. Wish they had more options for interior cleaning. Also there are no outdoor stations for vacuuming car or stations to put air in tires.Overall worth stopping by if you need a quick wash of your vehicle before you hit the highway !

I went there with 2 cars paid almost 50.00 to come out with a flat tire. Owner was apparently away for Labor Day and till this day he never reached out to me. I was going there for years but since they switched owners he only cares about the money and not his clients

Their attention to detail had declined . This has been my preferred car wash for many years . However I was not pleased during my most recent visit . Interior windows were not cleaned nor did they vacuum the hatch.

Went there for a car wash and got the Ultimate package, which is about $24 and change. When my car was done, it looked fine on the outside, however the inside looked as if it was not touched except for the two front mats. The ones in the back were neither vacuumed nor cleaned. The center console and dashboard were left dusty and untouched. Also, the windshield had streaks from the towels they use which I had to clean afterwards. Unfortunately, this experience was not worth the money and will make me look elsewhere when my car needs a wash.

I come here every week and like their professionalism and attention to details, but this was the first time I purchase detailing service, they did an awesome job it looks like out of the showroom!! Highly recommend!

I decided at the end of the day to get my car cleaned and entered the car wash at the wrong entrance however Cal was super nice and assisted me immediately with kindness and professionalism. He even had his crew get most of the stains out my beige leather seats that I thought was permanent. I’ll definitely go back for him to do the steam cleaning service based on the excellent customer service!

If You want youre Car to stay Beautiful, scratch & swirl free I would not come to this location. They definitely need to Improve the Machinery that actually supposed to be cleaning the cars thats leaving scratches on cars. Not to mention the People whos supposed to wipe and dry the vehicle leave it soaked dont even wipe the car dry the Simple door jams or Tail Gates. With How Much they Charge you would think they could at least dry the Vehicles Properly.Extremely Disappointed.

The worst car wash service in the area, we basically paid $24 to put our car on through drive wash tunnel. They didn’t vacuum well, didn’t clean the windows inside, didn’t clean cub holders area. I’m very disappointed, I’m never going to be back. Please don’t waste you money.

I got my car detailed here. While my car was sitting in my driveway it did have some ground in dirt. However, they didnt even do a good job washing or vacuuming it. Even the spots on the outside they said were permanent in the paint are coming out. See the pics. Never again. These guys arent professional detailers. Meh.Edit on September 23. I was called many times by the guy Ken who detailed my car. He offered me free car wash vouchers in exchange to change or delete my review. I told him I would change it once I received compensation. I am here right now and they declined to give me the vouchers BEFORE I took down the review.I have changed my review from a 2 to 1 for wasting my time and lying about our agreement. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!EDIT: May 10 2021: These people took 7 months to respond to my review. I added a pic of my black audi BEFORE picture so you can see the car wasnt that bad. I am still driving it now and it looks great since I got it done CORRECTLY. I wish I could give them a zero rating!!!

I got a good car wash today. Better go on work days when there is no rush. You get a good service. On rush hour the employees are exhausted to clean and vacuum.

What a nice upscale car wash, the guys did a great job cleaning the inside of my car and when the car exits the tunnel they have air guns that blows out the extra water on the side mirrors.Love this place!

I tried them for the first time today and they left pools of water in the treads of mats, left the grill dripping and also tailgate. They need to blow that water out. Also inside not much was wiped. I finished the job myself and the light stains I had came out in a second with an armor all wipe. I can tell they did not do much in there. Whatever they used on tires faded off when it dried, I’d like to get a day at least of shine on the wheels.I paid for the ultimate package.

Super service. They treated my old car like a Mercedes. Im ocd picky and couldnt find one wrong thing. They cleaned the inside super good and windows. And dried it good. Had to leave $10 tip. Will be back.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went two weeks and had my car washed. When I got back into my car, I noticed that console was cracked. I immediately went to speak with the an employee. At first, he thought I was lying and said they would never do that. I do not like to cause a fuss or issue, but then the manager Kenny came out and took pictures, my VIN number and promised a call back. Well that call never came. I went back in spoke with Rich and he gave me a business card for the old business and that number is out of service. He promised a call. To date, I have received not received a call and I cannot believe how rude this is and what an example of poor customer service. I want to warn you all, because yes mistakes happen, but if you are a paying customer they should be honest. I would never trust my car with them again and I would urge you to do the same.

Great place! my car was covered in pollen and the inside was in bad shape, got the Ultimate Plus and my car looked new inside and out. The staff is amazing, had my dogs with me and it was a hot day, with out me asking the manager brought over a bottle of water for my dogs. Im a customer for life now.

Brought my car there for a wash and they neglected to clean my wheels and I paid for it. I had to tell the guys multiple times they act like they didn’t understand english I had go inside to address the manager and he prompted them to clean the wheels. This was not just one time but 2 times needless to say I will never go or recommend this place to anyone. My wife referred me to this place and they just screwed her they damaged her car (Mercedes) and are refusing to fix situation but offered her $100 and 10 free car washes ( but it’s not their fault, riiight) Word of advice make sure you get what you pay for don’t take it for granted

They generally do a pretty good job here. Prices are decent and they seem to be able to move the line pretty quickly. The last time I was here however the service wasnt so great. I paid for the ultimate plus and while they did a decent job there were some pretty obvious spots missed in the wash/drying process. I also asked for the seats to be vacuumed and they werent, so I had to go back after they were done. Im hoping this is an isolated incident. Will try them again and leave an update to this review.

Reviews seemed good so i decided to try them out I got a horrendous car wash on top of it, the inside wasn’t even clean, I shouldn’t have to clean the inside of my car after just getting a full service car wash . i called and they told me to come in when i could snd they would make it right and re clean my car for me. Decided to let them redeem themselves, so I go back one day Waited online for a long time they directed me a second line and directed me past the entrance, then they wanted me to drive around and wait again when they directed me wrong in the first place. So not only did they not take care of the first problem, my second visit there I just wasted time sitting for almost a half hour to be directed past the entrance and then being told I had to get back in line . No impressed, first or second time, I didn’t even want to give 1 star.I see your response, they had directed cars to start a second line when i got signaled over they directed me past the car wash entrance . So I had to call him over and ask him how I I get in the car wash, he said oh ur getting a car wash your gonna have to get back in line then . And then i went in and spoke to the guy at the desk and his response was you have to get back in line, and I told him I wasn’t getting back in line and that I would be getting my car wash elsewhere, I just wanted to make you aware of what’s going on they need to get it together or learn how to direct traffic and lines, and he told me to go back online and i said I’m not waiting an additional 20 minutes after already waiting, his response was ok. So I wouldn’t say customer service is your top priority, and I no this is the right place cause I just looked up my google search history and you guys were close to Wawa where i was before going to this disaster wash so yes I no this is the correct car wash.

Over the last 3 years this was my favorite place. The crew was great and really took care of my car. Now there are new owners. Services have been cut. You now have to pay extra to get your mats cleaned when it used to be included. Many of the new crew seems to not give a damn. My money would no longer be spent here.

Paid for ultimate and was ultimately disappointed, no tire shine, finger prints left on windows dash not fully cleaned and unlike others they don’t offer any fragrance spray. I went back to give them another chance and her response is “well today you are only getting full service.”?!? Really Yup my bad for coming back.

Hands down the best car wash in New Jersey. They provided some of the best cleaning, both inside and external. I took the Ultimate Plus and they even shined my dashboard. Very pleased with their sincere effort and outstanding work.

Interior of the car was just superficially done leaving coffee cup holders with stains, door sills untouched and shifter boot also untouched!And all this after I paid for the Ultimate package!Terrible, be aware! Guys doing the interior were mostly chatting amongst each other showing no interest in doing their job; barely took note of a couple of my remarks for some touchups

Got a free waiver from a dealership so I went today and the outside is good enough but they did a TERRIBLE job on the inside, like they barely vacuumed anything and I’m definitely gonna have to re-vacuum, if I didn’t get this for free I would have definitely complained, don’t go here it’s definitely not worth your money if you have to pay out of pocket

Great place to get your ride cleaned. No pressure. Responsive guys who listen to your requests as you get in. The drying team really work their butts off out there As add the finishing touches. You guys get it and that’s Why I keep coming back.

Listen: the people were really nice. But the interior was NOT cleaned well. Still crumbs after the vacuum and Im going to have to use a baby wipe and clean the doors. Even the windshield wasnt done properly.Wouldnt recommend unfortunately.

It is a new owner and the staff does not even do a good job with the cleaning. I complained to the Manager/Owner and that did absolutely nothing. I dont think they properly maintained the cleaning apparatus because a brushless car wash shouldnt leave scratches. It doesnt seem like these people know what they are doing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

My second visit today, and much like the first visit, the inside of my car was not vacuumed well, the mats were still dirty and the towel dry couldve been better. Its convenient because I can go during lunch, but not sure if thats enough for me to go back.
