Mike and Tina are great.
Love this place! You can’t beat the price for one. Two, they do everything the big chains do such as exfoliating and massage without the price. The people that work there are just lovely as well. Always a pleasant experience.
Really shows care and interest and did a very good job on my torn up fingers: the nails were easy, however, the fingers were another story--------im very impressed!!!
We were the only two ppl in the salon and there was nobody waiting the whole time we were there. They rushed us, they did not care too much to clean under the nails/around. My fiance asked them twice to re-do her polished nails because they kept putting nail polish on her skin around the nail. It looked like a little kid had experimented. Just overall very bad experience.
Yesterday was my birthday and my daughters and I came here for a spa day. I asked for a pedicure and I asked to have flowers painted on my daughters nails, while they waited. During the summer I wear sandals and my heels get dried and cracked and to relieve this I get pedicures about every two weeks. It usually takes about an hour to exfoliate the dead skin and to clean up my feet. The owner of the shop wiped a sponge across my feet, got a little dirt on it, spent maybe 5-10 minutes total, and called it good! I left with my heels still dirty and cracked! He charged me $55! When I told him that he wasnt done, that I still had dead skin on my heel, he flat out said, you have bad feet. That is your problem! We went next door to The Red Door nail salon. I showed them my pedicure receipt, from Victory Nail Spa and how terrible my feet still looked. They were stunned at what a horrible job that guy did. I was going to pay them for a second pedicure, since the first guy (Victory Nail Salon) did basically nothing and stole my money. The Red Door employees was so loving and nurturing! They cleaned up my feet beautifully! All of the dead skin and cracks were gone. My feet felt soft. I felt so much better. When I went to the register to pay, they charged me NOTHING and wished me a happy birthday! When we went to lunch my daughters washed their hands and I discovered the the hand painted flowers that I had paid $30 for were actually stickers! they fell right off in the sink! Liars! Wow ;/
The people who work there are very skilled as well as just being wonderful people.
Clean, prompt and professional service! Will definitely return.
I went there to go get a acrylic full set and the guy tolde that the lady left because this was sick. Like dont you have back up people?! And the only thing I got was a sorry like no sir, why are you still open if you dont have anyone to do my nails. Like close the store so people dont walk in there all hopeful to get there nails. Ery unprofessional
Rude and unprofessional. They close early and if u come way before close they still refuse to give you service. NEVER GO THERE!! And their supplies are NOT clean.
Horrible!!! Mike is horrible!!!
