I walked-in without an appointment and was seated immediately at 12:30 on a Sunday. A couple of other ladies already there but sufficient seating. Two attendants, one each for feet and hands. Great results. Very clean and sanitized. Excellent leg massage. Manicure was done by what I perceived was a newbie who was getting lots of supervision by other attendants but he did a good job. Rachael (owner?) was very friendly and eager to please and wanted to make sure I was well taken care of and happy. And I was and will definitely be back!

I love my nails! I usually come here for brow waxing but decided to treat myself to a nail dip and services for my two daughters. They did a great job on all of our nails and were so sweet to my 5 year old. I haven’t been to a salon since March 2020 and their remodel is so nice. If you’re looking for pretty nails at a great price this is your go to!

First of all they have not been in business for 10 years -that was the previous owners who were fantastic! Had a French gel manicure that didnt even last a week and a half! They chipped and peeled right off, and even broke! I called the owner and she simply said they only last 2 weeks, and was sorry- too bad! I had been going to the previous owners for over 8 years and had many gel manicures that would last 3 weeks! Did not even suggest she see them and rectify! Will definitely not return or recommend them to anyone! They wont last long with this type of service!

Rachel is the best & sweetest !! She was so attentive and made sure I liked my nails the entire time. She made them exactly like the design I showed her. I think I found my go to nail salon. The Nexgen is just the right amount of thickness and the price is so reasonable for the Plano area. Y’all won’t regret it :)

Rachel is so talented snd professional. My nails were not in very good shape. After talking with her, she suggested the dip nail process. Less damaging and my nails have actually grown. Love this business and treatment!!

This is now my go to place!! Ive been to multiple nail salons trying to find a place thats not just rushing through people. Tracey did my nails today and she took her time. I got dip powder and brought a Pinterest picture in all together 3 colors with a design on the ring finger that was really thin ( which a lot of nail tech have a hard time doing thin delicate designs) it looks sooo good. Tracey was super nice and sweet!

Jimmy is such an amazing guy. I have not had any problems and my nails always look great when he is done. The fact that he cares and makes sure it’s what I want is what I love. Jimmy takes his time to insure I’m happy with the final product. The ladies are amazing I have not had any complaints about my pedicures. They have always been good. I’m sure if I would have any issues Jimmy will take care of it while I’m there. If anyone would ask if I recommend this place I would 💯 say yes. This place has always been good to me!! I have been coming to Nice nails for years. I am so sad and disappointed in the service that they failed to provide me today. I NEVER had any complaints or problems when Kevin was the owner/manager. I was THE FIRST client here today arriving and sitting in the parking lot at 11:45 anticipating their 12pm opening time. When they opened their doors I was THE FIRST person inside. I hate to say, but it seems to have also been a factor that I was the ONLY woman of color waiting for service. There were 2 women working there that quickly acknowledged and seated ALL the women that came in after me....even though only 2 had previously made appointments. I was left standing there even after I asked why were mother people without appointments getting sested before me when I was there first. The women called Jimmy on the phone and allowed each woman to speak with him and then they were seated. Im assuming he is the new manager. I was left standing there....while they serviced 6 women that came in AFTER me. Today was the first day i can say i experienced blatant discrimination in the city of Plano and I am planning on reporting them on every platform and with every agency I can think of. I guess my Black skin overshadowed the $300 worth of green I had in my wallet for a full service today. NEVER returning here. Going to find another salon to give this money to. #BuyBlack

This is my second time coming here under new management and I gotta say that Jimmie and Rachael are so friendly and excellent nail technicians. They are very knowledgeable and experts at their craft. They are pretty amazing artists too with creating unique designs. They are also in the process of giving the shop a makeover and it looks GREAT!!! Rachael you’re my “Nail Girl” from now on!!!

I came in for the first time the other day with a picture of how i wanted my nails done and they did it perfectly! The shape was long and beautiful, and she was even able to put holographic stars on one nail and it looked very pretty and was done so well. I experienced excellent service with the workers and will for sure make this my new nail salon! love it here!

Omg it’s been over 13 years since I have had acrylic nails. Jimmy did a Phenomenal job and I will definitely be coming back. His designs and Techniques are hands down the Best!!! My pedicure was great as well. Go check them out.

I got my nails done here for the first time and they did an amazing job taking their time. I got a pedicure and a full set. All the staff here is wonderful and always asking if everything is okay with the water temperature and the length of nails is okay for you. Rachel was GREAT doing my nails!

I recently moved to the McKinney area and havent ventured out to find a new name salon. I had just dropped off my boyfriend at work and figured it was time for a pedicure, it had just been far too long. Found this place via Yelp and Google. Both had pretty good reviews and it was within 5 mins of where I was at. Walked in and was instantly greeted. Picked my color (as other reviews have stated, they dont have a large selection of regular polishes but still a decent variety. If you need a specific color, bring your own) and was seated at a chair immediately. My nail tech was very sweet, made sure I was comfortable, gave me a brochure and asked which pedicure I would likeShe didnt make me feel bad for only wanting the basic $25 one. She also asked if I would like a drink. She took her time with the pedicure, she didnt once rush or make me feel like I was not important. She made sure my polish looked perfect and bagged up my sneakers for me. This salon isnt super close to my house, but feel that its worth the trip to go to. Ill be coming back definitely and hopefully for a mani as well next time.

I loved when Kevin owned the place i never had a complaint. Its now under new management and while they are wonderfully nice people great customer service i got a pedicure yesterday and my feet are in worse condition when i left then when i went in. The very bottoms of my feet were uneven and extremely rough, so is around my big toe and i NEVER had that problem. I went out and bought a pedi cure kit and scrubbed my feet for 40 mins to get them smoothed out.

By far the best place ive gone to. Kevin was the person who did my acrylic nails and i have never been this happy about my nails before! The price was reasonable and the customer service was great too! Everyone there is so nice and i definitely plan on coming back!!!

I have been coming to Nice Nails and Spa for over six months now to get eyelash extensions with Tracy. She is so good at what she does and she is soooo nice! I have been several other places for eyelashes and Tracy has been my favorite. I highly recommend Tracy for your eyelash needs!

Jimmy is now my go to nail guy, this shop is under new management and let’s just say I’m never disappointed. My mom and I love this spot.

Been going to Nice nails for about 8 years. Can’t find any salon that comes close to the great service and awesome owners. Haven’t lived in Plano for quite some time now but try to get to Nice Nails as often as possible. I do not like the big generic nail salons, they rush you in, make you wait and rush you out! Everyone at Nice nails makes you feel welcome rather than treating you like a number.

Tracy and Kevin are so wonderful inside and out. I started going to them around 8 months ago when I moved here and haven’t gone anywhere else! Great nail service as well as eye lashes. Anyone looking for professional eye lashes at an affordable price, this is your place.

They took their time for sure but I did not leave happy at all. He didn’t push my cuticles back which caused a very unfinished look for the acrylics nor are they painted correctly. He didn’t make sure that all the nails were equal in length. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.

My little girl and I went here today for a mommy / daughter outing. They did a great job and the nail tech and owner were very personable. My daughter wanted cats painted on her nails and the owner made it happen. Highly recommend this business!

Very disappointed this place is right up the street from where I live and this is only my second time going there. I’m in sales so I have to keep up with my appearance. I sat in the chair for about two and a half hours for a pedicure and full set of clear nails i asked for leafs for leaf design for a Fall theme. I ended up with pink nails and no design because the design that was placed on my nails ended up smearing the color and falling off, I had to sit back down for another 10 minutes just to fix it not to mention they charge me $65 and gave me a refund of only five dollars for the designs on 4 fingers. I’m seven months pregnant, I left with a numb bomb and basic nails. Not at all what I came in for 👎🏼

Great place, prices and customer service! I’ve been coming here for about 4 years, it’s the only place I get my nails and toes done :) Christina is awesome, she always helps me and gives great tips on choosing my colors and designs..Kevin is really great at doing my Nexgen & I always prefer for him to do it :D

Ive been going here for 7+ years, since they opened. Kevin and Tracy are awesome. They always do a great job and want to please. I rarely go anywhere else, because of their customer service, skills, cleanliness and friendship over the years. We are regulars. :)

This place was a great deal - ladies who helped me and my daughter were so sweet and worked fast (but not too fast!). Everything was clean, Yan kilo gives the best foot massage I almost fell asleep, so relaxing!

Worst set of nails in 20 yrs I ever got! Called for price and was quoted $25, which was high, but I needed them done that day, then after putting on the tips (only), the man announced they are charging me $30, then asked if I wanted them to continue or not? Really, leave, no gel? I had to stay. They are all crooked, different lengths, clumps of hardened gel underneath. Will let everyone I speak to know, dont go there!

I got my nails done only FOUR days ago. 4 nails have broken off already, one is bleeding. I got my toes done as well and they said they were dry and I could put my shoes on. I got home and my toe nails were ruined... I either need them to redo my nails or a refund. Keep in mind, yes, my nails were long, but every other place I’ve gone to that’s given me long nails lasts at least 3 weeks!

Fair prices. Friendly service and not usually very busy. This is where I go if my favorite salon is booked and I need a pedi that day.

I moved to the area recently, and, as expected, there is a plethora of options when in search of a new nail salon to patronize. What I liked about this place is that it is open on Sundays. When youre busy all week long and have only the weekend to relax, adding a nice mani/pedi is a necessity. I liked that it was a clean and quiet place. I was able to walk in and get taken care of right away. The staff is very friendly and personable, and I plan to continue to use their services as long as I live in this area. They not only do nails and waxing, as typical in most nail salons today, but they also provide eye lash extensions and facial services. I would expect that you may need an appointment for the latter given that it takes longer, but Im sure theyd be accommodating as long as the place isnt too busy.

I found this place quite by accident, but what a happy accident it turned out to be!!! This is the only place that I have found that does gel powder nails. If you say gel nails at other places they use acrylic powder, then paint a gel coating. My nails take a beating, and these last for weeks. Kevin and Tracy are a husband and wife team that are incredibly nice, and always remember me when I come in. Kevin does great manicures, Tracy is excellent with waxing and pedis, and there is another girl that does pedis whom I have not found out her name. When I do, I will update. They all talk to me and make me feel so welcome there. I recently moved to Irving, so it is quite the drive, and I tried other nail salons. I have decided that all of 4 I tried suck in comparison to this place. The prices here are so cheap compared to other places, and where else can you go and feel like they actually want to know about you, instead of talking among themselves? The answer is NO WHERE.

Best services at a great price! I get a pedicure with the best message and a manicure which lasts for 2 weeks on natural nails.

It had been about 3 years I havent gotten my nails done. When I came across this salon and the reviews I was excited to try them out, especially because of how close to home they are. The techs were very friendly, however they didnt seem to have much experience. The first person to work on my nails was very young and I could just tell she has never done nails before. I felt like I was her guinea pig, she had absolutley no idea what she was doing. She didnt prep my nails before gluing them on and didn’t even glue them the right way they just kept popping off. She would giggle under her breath and speak to the other tech as if she new she wasnt doing the best. I had a total of 3 techs work on my nails today. I am very unhappy with the outcome of my nails, the color is great but the shape and texture is very disappointing. There are bumps and dry spots and they are uneven. So upset ill be going to an important event with nails that I am not happy with. This will unfortunately be my first and last visit.
