This by far is the worst nail salon I’ve experienced. I came in on yesterday for the first time, for a full set (dip), pedicure with gel polish & eyebrow wax. To return the next day for sloppy work done by the techs. The lady Eva or Iva was unapologetic and unprofessional about the entire situation. She literally argued that I had a fake toenail on my toe, for the reason the gel was applied on incorrectly. (Mind you they charge an extra $20 for gel) Excuse me what mam? A simple I’m sorry for any inconvenience this has caused would’ve been nice, since they rudely had me sit and wait for a period of time. As if they didn’t want to fix my polish. It’s never the person it’s always the principal ! $107 for poor service is insane.

I have been a loyal customer of Lavish for 4+ years! Rose & Kimmie are my Go-Tos The salon is always very clean and so relaxing! They do a GREAT job EVERYTIME! I recommend making an appointment :-)

Used to love this place when it was just opened, but the last few times I have been there Ive been very disappointed I had basic manicure and pedicure by 2 new people and my nalis were awful also they seem to not get new nail polish since they are almost empty and they dilute them with acetone or some liquid to get the very last drop of color out of them, so they dont last in your nails more than 2 or 3 days. Now I switch to a new place hopefully turns out better.

Walk-in @4:30pm. I was seen by Kimmy. I have a nail tech for life. She explained to me that the last nail salon I went to did not give me dip powder nails. She told me her technique and took her time perfecting my request. A fabulous job. A permanent customer. Highly recommend.

Just got my nails done here for the first time. I tried to make an appointment with the people mentioned in the reviews, but they were unavailable. I had mine done with Hanna. I cant say this was a great job. Ive had bad and great..this falls slightly short of average. Curious to see how long itll last. At the end of the mani, I usually have them come back with cuticle oil to rub in, but Hanna did not. I probably wont go back here.. My pedicure person - Tina was good! Her massage was great and she was so sweet the entire time. Im not as picky about my toe nails though 😆 Toes feel nice and clean!

Lavish nail salon is my favorite in Plano! Their salon always welcomes you warmly, is always clean, and has high quality, well taken care of polish choices. Their technicians do a wonderful job! Very relaxing and calm atmosphere

So frustrating, requested Ivy since she came back! It’s been years since I had my nails done and was super excited to get them again.Unfortunately, I brought my concerns to her and told her I was not happy at all. She said we could remove them and have someone else redo them. At that point I was already really frustrated with what I had gotten that I did not want to get them redone since I had other stuff to do. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

They really work with you and are really gentile. They do it right the first time and are really nice. When you walk it it feels super high class. They put attention into everything. This is the only place I get my nails done at since I started coming. I absolutely love it :)Attached are some pictures I took at home of my nails. I absolutely love them.

So I spent $120 on both a man and a pedi. The mani was chipping with in 3 days of being done. When I called to complain. The lady told me to come in and get them fixed. My point is if I spent that much money on them they should have been done right in the first place. When I requested them to give me a refund all they said was we dont do thaT. I will not be back

This was my go-to spot for awhile, but my daughter and I were both unhappy with our last experience. Neither of us were satisfied with the shape of our nails; my daughter was cut several times with the cuticle nippers; I was cut with a file. Additionally, my gel manicure only lasted about 12 days! Such a shame, as its a lovely salon.

Everyone that works here does a great job and is super friendly. Kimmy did a beautiful job on these nails today!

I HIGHLY recommend Lavish. My powder dip nails lasted much longer than it usually does. They accept walk-ins. The salon was very clean, they were on-time and the service was kind and excellent. Trust me and youll find yourself your new favorite nail salon.

I have been coming here since they opened and this is the best nail experience Ive ever had. They are clean, professional and courteous. I live outside of Plano and they are worth the drive! I also bring my 4 kids here and they never bat an eye at having to work on us as a group. They are great with my girls and my boys and we have been satisfied everytime and we have had several different techs work with us. Love this place!!!

Clean, light, fresh!With new supplies & sterilized implements for each client. They also use liners in the pedicure basins.Everyone there always makes me feel special.

I ALWAYS have to go back and get at least one nail fixed because its bumpy or scratched out textured. These are the dipped. They are not user error problems. This time I didnt bother going back. Im done. (The nails in the picture are 3 hours old. They are not shimmery. Those are scratches. And I did just notice the blood.) I used to enjoy this place. Maybe it depends on who does your nails. Either way, some people love it, so take your chances. Me? Im done.

We were in town for a conference and my nails were past due for a refill. We stopped in and the place was high end. Everyone was really nice. They even offer you something to drink. Id definitely come back here the next time we visit.

I highly recommend Lavish. I had a terrible manicure from King Nails down the street and Lavish took me right away and gave me a beautiful pink and white ombré dip nail manicure. The manager Eva was very understanding and helpful. This is my new nail salon!

I went to Lavish for the first time today with my mom and sister. It was wonderful. All of the ladies were so nice. We were greeted immediately and got right into chairs. They were extremely professional and this was the best pedicure Ive had in a long time. Jeny was wonderful and I will ask for her again. Lavish was great and I will go back again without a doubt.

Clean, pretty interior. I got a pedi. Ruby was my tech. Her massage skills are stellar! She spoke good English, paid attention to detail. I love that there arent bottles of polish, but actual painted nails to choose your color! I will be back for sure!

I love this nail salon. Its so beautiful inside. Its also extremely comfortable and sanitary. They even ordered my favorite color nail polish for me. Ive never had to wait either.

Im so thrill when found this new nail place. i have been here couple time to get my nexgen and pedicure done, and they never had disappoint me once. This nail Salon is amazing! Very clean place, very friendly staff and they meet the needs of their customers. Very soothing atmosphere and the ladies here are so amazing. From the time we walked in until the time we left, they were so welcoming. They offered beverages regularly and the Lavish pedicure was by far the best i have ever experienced ( ask for Kim). This is my go to nail salon. I’ve been coming since they opened. While the techs (Michele, Rose, Ivy etc.) always do an amazing job, I have been less than impressed with the new manager in the last few months. She routinely pulls techs off a client in order to move customers through at a quicker pace. Often times I get stuck with her doing my nails after pulling the person who started on me and quite frankly I feel like she does a pitiful job as she is too busy watching what all her employees are doing, standing up and seeing to things or talking on the phone when she should be concentrating on the job at hand. It feels a bit impersonal and like a fast food line to get me in and out regardless how well the job is done. I’m close to finding a new place all because of the manager turning me off to all the wonderful aspects of the salon.

Salon is operated under new management the atmosphere noticeably changed I was very disappointed with quality of service. After 2 weeks my nexgen nails popped off & broke off. I went back to get 3 nails repaired I noticed dipping powder was a brand name I didn’t recognize which most likely explained why nails feel off - poor quality product. I was surprised when the owner told the nail tech repairing my nails to inform that next time I need to call to schedule an appointment uhmm. as I looked around the salon only 2 other customers. I will never go back nor would recommended this salon to my friends.

Love this place! New and clean with pleanty of chairs and a huge selection of colors for gel, nextgen, acrylic and regular polish. The technicians were gentle and did a great job. Felt comfortable going on my own but would love to bring something friends for a girls day!

I love this place!! We go every other Friday for pedicures and nail services and I honestly have no complaints! Ruby and Loi are soooooo sweet and do any and everything they can to make sure your experience at Lavish is amazing. The prices are GREAT! Even their most luxurious pedicure is under $45 and its amazing. Even if youre looking for something cheaper or simpler, you can get it for under $30. Ive been getting my nails done (acrylic) just about every two weeks for the past two years and this is easily the best shop Ive ever been to. The shop is always clean, youre always greeted with a warm and friendly smile, and theyre prompt. For pedicures I highly recommend Kim, Vivian, and Ivy. Theyre amazing! For my full set and fills, Ruby is my girl. Weve been going here for a few months now and the Lavish team is like our family lol

Clean and comfortable!I loved this place! They offer a variety of free drinks, wine, margarita, water, ect. And this place is clean! The floor, the pedi stations, and the bathroom. What I was especially impressed with is that they have these clear disposable plastic covers that go around the inside of the pedi foot wash bowl on the pedi chair. So you know that your foot wash is completely sanitary and it doesnt look gaudy or distracting from the pedicure. I attached a picture. Second, I really liked that instead of huge turnstiles of nail polish, they have these finger nail displays of the nail polish color on a plastic finger so you see what the polish looks like ones its on. Think of a key chain of 5 plastic finger nails with different polish. My nail tech, Phoenix, was very nice, smiled and made me feel comfortable. She did a great job and it felt wonderful. She also let me lead the conversation so if I felt like talking, we did, but if not, she just let me sit and enjoy the process. I waited 5 days to post a review and included a 5 day after pic of my toes and everything is still holding up well. Loved my experience and will definitely be back!

My sister actually recommended this place and Ive been going there for over a year. Ive gotten the gel mani/ regular manis/pedis and waxing. Im always happy when I leave except for once and I chalk that up to a misunderstanding.
