Terrible service. Ive called the Knoxville location over eight times without answer. I had to contact the corporate office in order to receive a call back to schedule an appointment. In fact, even corporate could not get through, they had to send an email. Four days later, the delivery was a no show. The dispatcher explained that the driver contacted a phone number and the mailbox was full. I use a digital mailbox service, my mailbox does not have a voicemail limit, I asked what number was called. Obviously there was an invalid number or an excuse. I was told that the dispatcher didnt know what was called, that I would have to talk to the driver. Honestly, I do not know how I am supposed to ask the driver...come on. Wheres the service??? I asked how the driver received the number to call and make the local delivery, I was told that it was on the bill of lading. He actually pretended like this information wasnt available through SAIAs web portal...I asked if the bill of lading could be reviewed and the number corrected. I was told that under no circumstances could the even dispatcher accommodate my request, to review and correct the contact information. Eventually, I was hung up on.This whole interaction could have been so much easier. You didnt get your delivery? Lets figure out why? Oh, perhaps the number is wrong? Lets fix that, your delivery will go out tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks, youre the best!

Paid for Saia to deliver furniture to my residence. The items were in Knoxville for several days and never got a call from them. I called them and scheduled a delivery day for Friday. I took off from work to be there. The truck driver calls and says he cant fit his truck down the roads to my subdivision and wants me to get a truck and meet him somewhere to pick up the seven items of furniture. Im supposed to rent a truck and meet the delivery person to get my furniture? The driver was incredibly rude and hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. I called customer service, who was appalled. She transferred me to the local dispatcher who said they would deliver it next week. So I have to take off another day of work now. I complained about the service to him and mentioned that the furniture was there for several days and was never called to schedule and he lied and said they tried but were given a bad number. Every email I got from the company I bought the furniture from was my correct number. This is an incredibly unreliable and unprofessional company. Save yourself a headache and use someone else.

Will never have anything shipped with this company again. I can’t pick up my order unless they get to charge me an additional fee. Shipping is taking forever and not professional at all....pathetic.

TERRIBLE communication and customer service. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for 25 pallets that they have trickled a few at at time. We are still short 9 pallets and they cant even find one of them! They will not return calls, they will not call you to schedule, nothing. I have been in business 20 years and have never experienced such a lack of professionalism and communication. Will never use again, and will advise our business contacts to never use.

No customer service.

We are beyond amazed at how inefficient this particular terminal is. $300 to guarantee two day delivery by Friday at noon. You cannot get in touch with the terminal, you cannot get access to your own products to even pick up what you NEED by a certain time. You are at the mercy of an incompetent guy who is a terminal representative. We will never do business with this particular trucking company again, nor will we do business with ANY business who uses this company.

DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY. They made cracks on my shipment, and they declined pay any fee to fix it. They just tried to find a way to decline the Coverage.
