Walked in for a pedicure on Wednesday. It was a slow, I was attended to immediately. Was sat at a massage chair & gotten a drink. I ordered the cinnamon apple martini by suggestion, it was great. Had a very luxurious pedicure that was topped by my perfect french tips. Also got my eyebrows done too & I can confidently say these are the best they have ever been waxed. I will be back! Great service for good prices.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!!!So, I’ve been a customer at this establishment for five years and let me explain my 1st unprofessional encounter I arrived with myself, sister and mother to have a simple service done, just an eyebrow waxing. We were asked what did we need done and stated just eyebrows we were told to have a seat and that’s it no estimation of time of anything, we waited about twenty five minutes without even an acknowledgement, at this point we’re thinking this long of a wait for eyebrow waxing so at this point we choose to leave, we’re like okay we will come back another day. Fast forward to five days later, I called and made an appointment for eyebrows this time, arrived and was told it would be a thirty minute wait this go around. I’m like for eyebrows 🤔, and I’m like okay should I come back in a little while? The response is yes, can you come six hours later? In my mind, I’m still trying to compute a six hour wait for a 5-10 minute eyebrow waxing. I politely declined at this point. It’s safe to say I’m officially done and washing my hands of this place. Both encounters in my opinion were completely unprofessional, out of a staff of possibly 20, no one is available for a simple task? When I first moved to Texas 5 years ago this was my go to place but over time it has hit a negative decline. It has for quite some time and I’ve tried to ignore it, but even the atmosphere is quite negative and not as welcoming as it used to be. To be honest I used to get all my services done here nails, pedicures & eyebrows but there was no attentiveness put into the work that I stopped coming here long ago due to the lack of care. They treat their customers insignificant so I plead to you, take your hard earned dollars elsewhere, where they will certainly be appreciated!

They always provide quality work and a great customer experience. They go beyond what is expected of them. I love their pedicures- very relaxing.

My nails were in dire need for some love before I came into King Nails, but after Henry got through with them I felt like a whole new me! I had the gel before and he talked me into dipping instead, I have to say... I’m sold. I came here Saturday February 15th to treat myself for a belated Valentine’s Day gift from my husband, I was given two alcoholic beverages which I was not ID for..... I’m not complaining on the part considering I’m 25, but still....I was pleased with my nails from the view of me holding my nails out in front of me!They looked great other than one nail that wasn’t shaped completely right, no big deal, I’m in a hurry for a dinner reservation I’ll get it fixed on Monday!( I was regretting my $10 tip)......Later that evening I noticed a few sore spots on my nails, and looking at them from the sides they were HORRIBLE..... they were not what I wanted what so ever, I will post a picture below as an example of what all of my nails looked like.It’s MONDAY I am waiting at the doors for them to open at 9:30am, I go in and they tell me to come back later “nobody here can help you right now” as I am the only customer In the building?Anyways... I went ahead and made the appointment for a nail fix for 3pm, I get there and the lady at the front desk looks at them also noticing the horrible nail job and offers to fix them.She fixed the shape and the uneven-ness but they are nearly see through!!! I mentioned to the woman who “fixed” my nails she said “oh yes because I had to file them down to fix so they are a bit see through if you want me to re-dip then you have to wait”Okay I’ve waited long enough..... I ask to speak to a manager and was told that the manager is here “sometimes” I ask for my $10 tip back and she said “we don’t give money back”....Just be aware of this place, they don’t seem to care very much to keep their customers happy.

Not all but most of the nail techs rush! I have gotten my nails done twice now by two different people and something has went wrong with both of them… the recent time my nails were to thin and the poppedOff like press one… that’s should not happen. I want my money back

Pedi was good but they were so careless with my manicure. Paid $45 for dip powder and they didnt even trim my cuticles...just lazy.

Have searched for a salon that is top notch and I have found it! I absolutely love the work here. The salon was super busy but the staff dont neglect me. I came on the Saturday afternoon. She did the exact design based off the picture I showed her! And did very careful for me. The atmosphere is inviting. Im super happy that I come here. The products is brand name nail products and they have parking lots. The price is very right. Im satisfied with their job.

I paid $13 for an acrylic cut down and polish change. Left $5 tip.Not the best I’ve had before. They used 3 coats of polish then a top coat.No drying station. There is a small fan at the manicure table.I’ll head to my regular Nail salon to fix the job-

The cuticles are awful and the gentleman put a gloss coat on top of matte nail polish. We got there at 6:55 and they close at 7:30, but we were only getting classic manicures, which don’t normally take too much time. He must have been in a rush to be done with his day.

My girlfriend really likes this nail salon. She said the staff is friendly and the place is very clean. She started doing her nails with Maya and thought she was great with nail designs.

When I first arrived it took almost 30 minutes for someone to finally start working on my nails ( I was already in the chair and they were not busy ) when the lady finally came I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails for prom . She proceeds to do my nails and I’m noticing that she’s constantly messing up so I tell her and she asked me “ i’m sorry do you wanna design instead “ I kindly tell her no and ask her can she fix it . Instead of fixing it she made my nails worse ( i’ll insert a picture of what my nails were supposed to look like versus what they came out looking like )

They run discounts 3 days a week and have pleasant staff who are more than willing to accommodate any nail requests. Favorite nail salon by far in DFW.

My fourth time coming to King Nails & Bar and I can’t wait to walk in! Anxiously waiting on a friend to join me to share the experience. They manage to take care of critics that I have from time to time and aid to fix it! I do also enjoy the open bar refreshments. Cool lights and even seating for little girls who like Hello Kitty & Disney Princesses. I recommend this play for sure!

King Nails is the best nail salon in Plano. The staff is warm and welcoming. They are extremely talented, creative and patient. Their customer service is excellent, the prices are good and they make you feel special. The girls are extremely friendly and beautiful I appreciate them. In this area, you have many nail salons to choose from and when you chose King Nails, you were disappointed !!I would recommend this place to my friends

Idk why they gave me someone with no experience, the girl made my nails so thick that it felt as if my fingernails had rocks for nails. I asked for coffin shape she gave me square and some nails are round. I asked if they could make my nails matte but they said they will charge me $5, I asked them will they charge me for the shiny top coat and they said no that’s free... wth? I’ve never heard of anyone charging you to make your nails matte ..also when I called to ask if they were available and price they told me $35 for a full set . But I ended up paying $45.This place deserve no stars . Ridiculous.

Yesterday must have been a rough day for this place because I also had a terrible experience. I went here a few weeks ago and Leon did a perfect American manicure nexgen set for me. I went back yesterday to have it taken off and a new set put on. I felt bullied the moment I walked in.The girl tried to get me to pick an ugly ombre style that I did not like, and she didnt like the colors I picked but finally sat me down. I should have walked out then. I asked for square nails, and I got round. She said she liked round nails for me and continued to file down what was left of my tips for well over an hour. I am so sore today. Then she didnt like the fingers I picked for accent nails. The glitter color I picked was supposed to be purple. She gave me blue and argued with me about it. I thought the shade would change when all was complete, but it didnt so now I have Dallas Cowboys nails and not the purple party I wanted. She also still tried to do ombre without even asking. In the end she asked if I like it and when I pointed out to her a weird milky spot, she flat out said I was wrong.Aside from the wrong colors and wrong shape, the manicure is not great. Its not at all what I asked for, and you can still see the sides of my natural nail. Actually, she didnt even soak the previous set or remove it, she just filed it down with the dremmel until it hurt and went over the top of it for the new set. I felt ignored and chastised the whole time I was there, and then I was charged much more than the last set I got. Never again.

A week later 2 nails broke. Came in to fix and they used a different color and charged me 8$ I will not be returning here.

I was greeted by Rose, the sweetest woman I have ever met. She was doing my manicure and I put my head down and began falling asleep. She said bc I’m a mom it’s expected I’m tired! She literally put me in the pedicure chair so I could sleep while she did my hands. Super sweet. Attentive, clean. I’ll never go anywhere else.

“I feel really bad for the people coming into here on a schedule. I also feel bad for the people working there because the lady managing the place is not looking to help the customer, making the people actually doing the work look bad. She was super rude and tried to nickel and dime. Demanded that we pay before our nails were even done, completely unprofessional. Will not be returning anytime soon.”

Its definitely nice to have someone genuinely acknowledge their customers. And she made sure that I liked it before doing the rest. The atmosphere is extremely fresh. I cant recommend them enough.Went in last weekend for the first time to attend a friends wedding! My nail tech greeted me AND introduce herself.. The salon was super clean and tidy also. This will be my regular mani/pedi place

My feet were 60 plus ten for massage she took forever on my design she didn’t know what to do I asked for a simple manicure end up getting nails my total comes out to $188 come to find out she overcharge me $20 when I was a 10% discount on Wednesdays and I gave her a $20 tip after I had to tell her how to do my nails I think this ridiculous don’t come here not worth it

Price was good and service was good, but I went last Wednesday and got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure....both are already starting to chip not even a week later! I can usually wear gel manicures without any issues for about 4 weeks (at that point they grow out too much and I have to get them redone) Kind of disappointed now.

TERRIBLE ENVIRONMENT, if you are looking for a relaxing experience go else elsewhere. I had initially rated this place 5 stars but I am changing to 1 star. IDK if there was a change in staff and/or if I came in on the wrong day but the service was TERRIBLE. Nail tech didn’t ask if I wanted my nails shorten, didn’t ask for the shape, didn’t engage with me at all—I watched her engage with another customer whom she offered a drink to but somehow she forgot to offer me a drink or anything for that matter. Toe lady meanwhile walked away without telling me she was done—when I got home I noticed a huge smudge. STILL I tipped $20 considering the services was worth ish and I’m going to have to redo elsewhere. Oh yeah, also—when I was doing my eyebrows I could hear a man screaming at another man in the room next door, could not understand what they were saying because it was in a different language. I could not wait to get out of there lol.

I chose the color I wanted for my nails and feet. By the time she was finished with my hands, I realized it wasn’t the color I picked out, so I end up having to chose a different color for my feet. She wanted to do my nails how she preferred to do them and got mad and start being rough when I asked her to do them the way I asked. This will be the last time I spend my hard earned money here. Please do not look over the negative reviews because if you do, you will be disappointed in yourself.

This is my 3rd year to come during Miss TX week. I once again had a great experience with my pedicure and dip manicure! Great massage! Also, my friend, who has limited mobility because of a stroke, was treated like a queen!

Today I went to the field and to fix my entire horrors, I performed at a beauty salon near my home. King Nails greeted my husband and I at the door and immediately started to fix my terrible manicures and when it was over, I was going out with the best acrylic sheets I had ever had! It was a great experience and I cannot appreciate it any more !! I am delighted to visit again!

King Nails has always been very accommodating whenever I have needed a last minute appointment. They are knowledgeable on all the latest nail trends and the creativity is incomparable - would never go anywhere else!

Place is super fancy. Love the pedicures they really know how to treat you. However the only thing I dont like about this place is that they change their prices all the time.

Clean, very nice, comfortable chairs and they did the best job on my nails. This could be a five star place easily. The reason that I rated it 4 stars was I uncomfortable. I had to soak off my nails and instead of using a little extra product and two bowls I sat with both hand in one bowl. The bowl was placed on a towel on top of a pillow that sat on my lap and the pillow continued to slide off of me. I was concerned that I would get nail remover all over my clothes. I couldnt enjoy the experience because I could not move without the pillow slipping. The chairs come with trays on each arm. They should set up bowl and so you can sit and soak off your nails. Additionally, the nail tech stayed on one side of the chair so once I was free of the bowl instead of the nail tech moving from side to side I had to reach one arm across my body. Would I give them another shot probably, however if I experience the same treatment I will no longer go there no matter how GREAT my nails are done. They did an outstanding job on my nails.

If I could give Zero stars I would . I had the worst experience in my life here at this nail salons. Not only did they do a terrible job painting my daughter nails . But my acrylics were complete trash . I had to go to a different salon after so they could fix my nails and they even agreed it was a terrible job . They made me pay before they were finished with my nails so I gave no tip at the time so I could see the final results then decided then, and they were so rude about it . I will NEVER go back to this place and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone . Poor business and poor professionalism . I wouldn’t take the time to write a review if it wasn’t this bad but it was .

Ive been going here for about a year and have never been disappointed. The place is clean and comfortable, and the service is exceptional.

I have been to this salon numerous times, and each visit has always been great. I feel that that technicians really do take care of their clients well by addressing specifically what clients are requesting for. They also suggest alternatives if they honestly feel it would be better for you. I do not feel pressured to have to add in additional services, but willing want to due to the atmosphere.Recently I went in to get my nails done, I discuss with the technician Debbie of what I was looking for with visual assistance of what I wanted my nails to be similar too. We discussed what colors would be best from their vast selection in dip powders and concluded the ideal shape best for my nails. The end result was much better than what I was expecting, although slightly different from the image, I think I liked my end result more.

Though I do enjoy this salon and the specials..the nail techs arent consistent! I have gotten a new nexgen manicure numerous times...and the end process consists of washing your hands and then they applying cuticle oil...I had to ask for cuticle oil this past Sunday and wasnt ask to wash my hands. Im huge on consistency and I havent found it yet! Salon is clean and the techs are nice and offer beverages hence receiving 3 stars.

I used to love it the first couple times I would go. But the last 4 times that Ive gone have not been the best. Recently I went over to get a manicure, theyre supposed to give you a hand massage I could say they massaged each hand for about 10 seconds (they should last longer than that if Im paying $35) and let me say that my hands were covered with nail powder residue so it felt like they were being exfoliated. I can definitely say the service used to be alot better back then. They dont even offer you water unless youre getting alot of services done, I guess. Going forward I will be going elsewhere. Also, they no longer have the 20%off Mon-Wed before 3. They changed it to 10%off.

They charged $80 for a kids (9 yrs old) gel polish for hands and feet. I have never in my life paid that much. Walked out paying over $400 for 5 people and we didn’t get any stones. So nothing spectacular. Over priced. I will admit the only reason I let them do our nails is because they are only shop I saw really have sealed sanitized tools. Still over priced.

I love King nail bar! I have been getting my nails done for years but this by far is the best service I have seen. Caitlyn and Kathy have done an amazing job on my nails! I also have brought my daughter here (who is 6) and they were super sweet! I definitely would recommend going there!

Be warned that there 20 % off sign is only toward pedicures and manicures. (NOT NEXGEN NOT GEL NOT ARYLIC NO SPECIAL DESIGNS NO SPECIAL SHAPES). If you have tips added to your nails they charge five dollars no matter the length. If you don’t have your nails square they charge five dollars for shaping it any other way. When confronted about the sale they said (We’ve stoke to the manager about it). No changes have been made to the sign to specifying the details.The nails break often. I got my nails done and within a week 3 nail fully popped off. This time the nails are uneven and jagged. So upset won’t recommend!

I used to use this Salon every week but the women do not pay attention to what they are doing, they talk and play with each other, rush through the manicures, cut your fingers with the files because they arent paying attention and are rushing to turn new customers... I stopped going here a year ago, my daughter went yesterday and had the same experience as me. Er nails look awful. Paint around the edges of cuticles, nails are lumpy and misshaped, fingers were cut, ombre uneven, and we took pictures if anyone would like to see. This nail salon is a waste on your hard earned money if youre looking to treat yourself or your loves ones to something nice.

The first thing that caught my attention was the 20% off sign at the store only to realize very quickly that the discount is only offered between a few hours and before 3pm. Obviously, the time when most are unavailable or working. The place was nearly empty. Most of the people who work there we sitting around playing cards and to my surprise betting money, very unprofessional. The lady who did my pedicure was not good. She barely clipped my cuticles, and set a timer to rub my legs for approximately two minutes for 30.00 dollars. I dont recommend this place at all. Just check out their low reviews. Dont get caught up by the place being big, decorated, cheesy, and they offer you one cocktail

Worst fills I have ever gotten. Walked out with polish all over my cuticles, the original polish I had pick out was so old and clumpy she had to find another color. My fills are awful!! You can see lumps in them from being uneven. I would have had someone redo them, but had already been there for over 1.5 hours. Will not be returning.

I am sure they have good techs but I had the misfortune of getting a disinterested Chatty Cathy who did such a poor job that the super thin dip had broken off four of my nails within three days, right before Thanksgiving. Now, 11 days later, only two nails are intact. I started to have them fix them but I won’t. Go back there again, not even for a free fix.

This place does not even deserve one star the first time I went the pedicure was amazing the second time I went she offered to do my nails she did the dipping powder which was so Glock tan and caked-on and I asked for coffin and got oval fat piled up powdered nails and then she charged me twice $90 twice thank goodness I got my money back through my bank horrible experience do not go there

One of the worst places I did Mani/Pedi in. The manicure lasted exactly one day Lady who did it was all dirty, all her clothes covered in stains. The pedicure was slightly better, but also didnt last long.

Any way I can give this place no stars?!I came here with a friend and we got the exact same thing done to our nails and toes...hers took 45mins, mine took 2 hours! The girl who did my nexgen nails was incompetent! When dipping my nails she would pat them with her fingers, I wish I was exaggerating on this but my nails were at LEAST 1cm thick because she just kept packing on the powder. When I finally told her to stop and to file them down she told me that I was wrong and that I just had one bigger hand then the other! LMAO, ok girl. Anyways, when she was filing she was so upset I told her she messed up that she filed so hard and cut my finger open. After she fixed them they looked okay, not good, not decent just okay. She applied the clear coat and told me to wait 5 mins for the clear coat to dry. Within 2 minutes she sprays oil on my hands and rubs them with a paper towel ruining the clear coat and paper sticking to my nails. She realized she messed up AGAIN and tried to fix it, at this point I got up out of my chair and refused to let her mess my nails up even more. I refused to pay for the nails because they werent finished or anything close to what I had asked for. They insisted I pay at least half for the hard work she took on attempting. Whatever I paid $15 and left. NEVER EVER EVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN. Such horrible customer service, incompetent nail techs, and the 20% sign is a LIE...they try to just take off $5 from your bill. GIRL THAT IS NOT 20%....learn to do some math. Obviously you can tell Im bitter because Im walking around with ghetto nails.

Ive gone there twice for Nexgen and my nails always look great even 2 weeks later. There is a price list on the counter when you walk in and it said $30 for Nexgen but I was charged $35...I thought because I needed a tip, but the second time I went the $30 charge was crossed out and $35 was wrote in. Ive had 2 different techs and one has me wash my hands and put that oil stuff on, one didnt, so I dont know what the true way to get Nexgen is. The place is clean and always crowded and they always offer you a beverage. They have a lot of nail choices to choose from. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is the price issue and the inconsistency between techs.

Not happy with the service I received today. I got a French tip manicure and pedicure and I can see white dust in the pink part of my manicure and one of my fingers started to bleed. The white line is not clean cut and not completely white from end to end. I really don’t like how my thumbs look. I probably should have gotten extensions but I don’t like how they feel and I wanted to try my natural nail. My pedicure pinky toe is only white which irritates me because it’s called a French manicure for a reason. Not worth 75 dollars. Wish I could my money back or my nails redone.
