Worst experience I juste move in the area and went there to do my nails. I show her a picture she said it is ombré $55 I said ok I want it. She put the nails and started polishing I said can you polished more like the picture I show you she said it will be $5 more. I said you said $55 after I Show you the picture. And she get mad and leave me with my nails unfinished another person have to come finish it. The other person didn’t know how to do the ombré I want I end up with ugly nails for my party day. I so disappointed

Im giving this salon 1 star! I used to come to this shop frequently. I started coming back again but I wont go back. I had a nail that cracked right across the middle. And when I got my fill, she didnt fix it properly, so it broke again 3 days later. I went back to have it fixed. The same lady who did my fill, was clearly having an attitude about it. She was rude and just ignored me when I tried to ask about making sure it doesnt break again. She fixed it, painted it and walked away. Never said another word to me.. Ok, I guess they only care about certain customers. I just wont go back.

I absolutely love this Nail Salon! The work is quality, and they fix your nails professionally. I always ask for flowers on my toes, and may I just say, wow! The flowers always look so artistic. Everyone always compliments my toes. The team is also amazing! They are all very sweet, and accommodating. They don’t rush you or pressure you to sit down and rush on your nails. They take their time, and make sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend this Nail Salon. We won’t go anywhere else!

This is my go to place. They are friendly, clean & have masks in case you forgot yours. Prices are reasonable. Polish lasts a long time & they will fix if it messes up in a day or two.

Posting a photo of my nails, I did the signature package today(Labor Day 2019). It was my first time to this nail salon and I have to say that Ive never gotten a manicure that looked like they painted over old polish or something. This was sadly the worst manicure Ive ever had. Please see the image with the nude/pink polish. The kids package was good and seemed reasonably priced. Wont be returning. 😔

I just swing by the area for some work and the salon was on the way so i came by to do my nexgen. I need to get out in 45 minutes and they said they can. Overall the environment was great really relaxing. The people here are very nice. They gave me a 20% discount for holiday promotion and also a coupon stamp. If i come 10 times I will get a $20 dollar off. I would come back again. They did such a nice job with my nails.

Stay away from here! This was my first and last time going to this place. The lady burnt me twice, and three of my nails have broken because the acrylic was not put on thick enough. I had to tell her three times to cut my nails shorter, and little bumps have shown up on my nails. Bad experience overall.

This is a really relaxing place and the people are so nice. Its probably my favorite place to go to for my pedicures. I go every 2 weeks and every time I go its amazing... plus the prices are moderate.

Good for nails. Terrible eyebrow job. I have naturally thick eyebrows. The lady kind of talked me into getting them clean. I accepted. Then I almost cried when I saw she made them sooo thin my eyes look different. Never again.

I have been going to this nail salon for a few years now. Christy did my dip this time and she did a phenomenal job. She is sweet and gentle. I will definitely go back to her. Last time I went, Lynda did a gel manicure and she was awesome as well. Also, they serve free drinks (pina colada, strawberry, wine). If you stick to Tony, Tina, Loan, Linda, and there is one more girl that does a great job, I just cant remember her name but she is younger and real cute(sorry I know that doesnt really help) you should be happy. I went to this salon for the first time today. Unfortunately it was a unpleasant experience. I came with a friend who goes there often. So I was relaxed and had expected a pleasant experience. That was far from what happened. I asked for a manicure and gel polish. The manicure I received was my hand placed into luke warm water for literally 30 seconds, then cuticles cut, and you guessed it that was it. Maybe there was going to be more after the polish but we never got to that point. I picked out a glitter red color that I though would be fun for Christmas. And no one said anything about that it would not be a good color, or that my nails were too short for this color (i have really small nails beds) All was good at this point. The woman began painting my nails, which I never got her name, but my friend told me she may be the owner? Could be wrong but thats what we were thinking. She did 2 coats of the glitter polish. Then began putting on the clear coat. I stated that the color was very different from the sample nail I had seen and asked if she could make the color more opaque, possibly add anotjer coat. She told me it would be too thick, becuse my nail is too short, which I totally get. I only wish that had maybe been relayed before starting the service So she didnt have to go through all that work. I felt bad, but I really did not like the color it looked like little kid nail polish. So I asked if we could take it off and I would chose another color, this is when things started to turn. She scoffed at me, and picked at my nail and stated, its already dry, see? Which made me so uncomfortable. I already felt bad about asking for it to be removed because thats not something I normally do. So being very obviously annoyed, to me and my friend, she removed the gel polish and also stated it would look better with a tip, your nail is too small so then I say ok well should we try it with a tip then? She scoffed at me again and rolled her eyes and looked at her coworker in disbelief of what I had just said.. at this point I was so confused and I felt like an extreme burden on this woman. Then the coworker steps in and says very sweetly, you can have a tip or no tip it is totally up to you maam. She was very nice. So I, not wanting to make this woman anymore upset just said no, Ill just pick another color. So I switched to a pretty green. She starts the process over, paints one hand. Doesnt like what she sees I guess and wipes it all off to start over. At this point my nails are kind of hurting from the electric nail file because when she as removing the red she was burning my nails beds, not on purpose Im sure, but she was so annoyed that I asked for it to be removed that she was rough with the filing. But I didnt say anything as I was in fear at this point of her reaction. So I asked to her to stop, and told her it was ok. I no longer wanted her to do my nails. I own my own business and am in the business of customer service, and I have never been treated with such disdain by someone performing a service. I wish this salon the best of luck but I would never go back. If you ever go here just make sure youre happy with whatever they give you. Speaking up about something you might not like is not handled very well. My poor friend was apologizing in the nail salon for the behavior from the technician. Im sure she felt I was a ridiculous person but I tried so hard to be kind through the whole thing and was still treated so poorly.

Tried so many times - and it all depends on who you get. And when you dont get someone good - its so off the chart bad you cant imagine how they stay in business. Done for good.

Yesterday went in for acrylic nail manicure...was sort of talked into a powder procedure. Decided on a lighter color for fingernails and a shade darker for toe nails. Both are the same with all being of the darker shade. Not a real good job on finger nail...the powered nails are over priced for what you get, at least at this salon. It was my first and last time to use the services at this nail salon. I feel ripped off.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible pedicure. Not clean, nails chipped under 24 hours. Didnt get massage or hot towel service. Do not go here. Went on 8/21/2016.

NEVER AGAIN!!!Let me start by saying the location is great, because I live within walking distance. Because of the weather (snow/sleet) on yesterday, I wanted to be closer to home instead of stopping at the nail salon I usually go to in Lewisville (near my job). My first impression was the place look nice and clean I was almost immediately greeted and advised the wait would be 20 minutes. Cool! I actually waited around 35. I was still ok with that as it was Friday and I was basically home. The lady who did my nails (Lee) was very nice and sweet! We talked a great deal and so finally she convinced me to get a pedicure as well. After the pedicure she moved my keys, shoes, and coat so I could sit under the light to dry. She then went to the back of the salon. After the polish dried, I went to pay.....The only reason Im giving this place a poor rating is due to the treatment I received by one of the ladies at the register. I had a coupon to use from the back of a receipt from Krogers. The total was $56 the coupons brought it to $44. So I paid with with my debit only $44 and $0 for the tip. I asked for Lee so that I could tip her in cash. By then I could tell the lady was annoyed beacuse I had coupons and wrote $- for the tip. She didnt want to call Lee to the front and said I could leave the tip with her. So I left it with her. Then I realized my keys were not in my pocket. So I looked in the area I sat in for my pedicure, they were not there. So I went back to the lady at the register to ask if someone had turned in keys and she looked at me in disgust and then ignored me like whatever was on her laptop was more important. So I went back to look again. Nothing... Finally I asked the lady to help or ask Lee to come to the front. She jumped up clearly Pissed Off!! Started speaking in Chinese. Obviously she was going off and possibly cursing by her body language and by how loud she spoke. o_O. She found my keys on a table behind one of the other spa chairs. She pointed at them in a b****, get em motion and went back to her laptop. Really what she expected is for myself as a black woman to act GHETTO! Nope, sorry that will not happen. What I will do, as I did; keep my composer, act as a civilized person, and also write a review :). Im not sure what that woman was going through but no company will receive my business treating me in that manner. I hate the good that Lee did was practically canceled by someone with a bad attitude. Never again.. never again...

I’ve been a patron here for years and never thought to leave a review before. The owners are simply wonderful, and I can’t say enough great things about their staff!

I have been attending this nail salon for 6 years, its gone through 2 owners and I must say after making a pedicure appointment 24 hrs in advance, I arrived and had wait 15 min before my water was even ran. None of the technicians were free and they were already working on pedicures for other women. Which makes it clear that they arent paying attention to scheduling. It certainly was my last time and now Im on the search for a new nail place.
