This is a great place. The staff is nice and accommodating. I got dip with nail extensions and a design and they look great even after 2 weeks. The tech that I had took his time to make them look good. The only thing is that he went a little rough a couple times when buffing my nails but it was brief.

This is the slowest nail salon I have ever been too. My nails took over 2 hours, and I still left with them unfinished because it was taking too long. My tech spent over an hour just on filing alone, and was literally falling asleep doing my nails, and burned all 10 of my fingers with the electric file (which I spent $80 on AND left unfinished) my design was supposed to be flames and it literally looks like my fingers are wearing wigs. I went in as a group of 3, and out of the 3 only 1 persons nails looks good. Don’t go here unless you are willing to spend the entire day here. I found Sen Nail bar on Instagram and was so impressed with their designs and have been dying to try them out. I finally went in and it was so amazing. I haven’t found a nail salon in the area that does half the job. I already can’t wait to go back. Tim was ready exactly when my appointment time started and took his time to make sure my nails looked great. I have been bragging about them ever since.

They’re friendly but my nails were subpar. The most I’ve spent on my nails so I was disappointed since I had to go Elsewhere for them to be fixed. I believe they’re good considering the reviews of other but not consistent.

Johnny did a great job with my dip nails and design! He was fast and had great attention to detail, making sure the nails were even and shaped perfectly. I would recommend this salon and will definitely be back!

I no any believe you get an extra charge for cactus removal. I have never experienced this! Do have under your feet scrubbed is an extra charge? Pathetic!

I am so obsessed with Sen!!! I got my butterfly nails and they can do whatever! Not to mention how fast and beautifully well done my nails still look after 2 1/2 weeks. If you’re looking for a nail salon to bring out you inner God/Goddess, this is so it.

I was looking for a place to get my pedicure done and decided to try Sen Nail. Absolutely loved them. Michelle does amazing job on my toes. I went back to get the chair massage with Jason. Omg!!! Let me tell you...it feels so good!!! He gave me the best massage ever, and can work out the knots... love My new salon!

I just moved to Frisco from Minnesota so I was looking to find a nail shop close to my new home. My mom and I went to Sen Nail Bar for pedicures to try it out and fell in love. Jason and Michelle were soooo sweet and friendly. The entire service was sooooo amazing. My mom is very particular; she loved the nail salon and Jason’s reflexology foot massage. She plans to go back every month when she visits me. She even scheduled a hot stone massage with Jason in two days.We will definitely be back. I highly recommend Sen Nail Shop.

This place is fantastic. I just lucked upon them through a maps search. The staff is friendly and very detailed. They didnt rush the services that I requested and even engaged in great conversation. I will come back to see them, and that says a lot since I live in Mansfield.

They make up their own hours if they don’t want to serve you. The sign on the outside said open, but they claimed to close early after they asked what service I needed. I’ve been there once before, but I will not be back.

Came here with messy ugly nails. Havent gotten them done in over a year, I bit them to nubs. Walked in because needed to have good looking nails on short notice. I needed a miracle! Kenny took care of me, and he gave me that miracle. I showed him what I wanted (light pink, natural looking, round and short). Had to add tips because my nails were super short from biting them. Loved how they turned out and it looks just like the picture I showed Kenny. And he was SUPER friendly too! I didnt feel like I was rushed out of there but I also didnt feel like I was there forever. Nexgen mani with tips added and I was out of there in 50 mins! Highly recommend this nail salon and Kenny. 30% off services promo since they are new... definitely take advantage of that!

I honestly want to give this place 0 stars if I could. I went in having high expectations due to the over-pour of great reviews. When I arrived I was told that my service could not be completed due to another client coming after me. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT so that shouldn’t have even been the case. They’re also not professional and sanitary when providing service (pedicure) will not fully remove overlay. Overall terrible experience.

By far the best nail bar Ive been to. Everyone is so nice and does a great job everytime. Ive never had nails that last so long and am always out within an hour. I love coming here!

These guys do such an amazing job! There is so much that goes into getting a good mani. From using the right tools, techniques and quality dip paint. Theyve got it all covered to the point. The place has a really nice friendly vibe too. Love the shape and the color selection. Every time Ive come, they did an excellent job.Its a little tricky to find. Make sure and drive along 121 to notice the sign. The good thing is, theres lots of parking!

I came to this place for the first time and was completely blown away on how professional and calm the salon was. Very peaceful music, smells nice and all the employees were patient and friendly- not to mention they have complimentary drinks while you get your nails done. Johnny did my nails and they are the most perfect anyone has ever done my nails. He made sure all nails were even, not thick with the dip polish. I will definitely come back to see him, i live in downtown dallas but it is worth the drive!

Today I came for a full set of dipping and pedicure. My nails and toes came out perfect, exactly what I wanted. I had such a relaxing experience after a long day of work. They offered drink and very super friendly. This shop is under new management, should give them a try . As a result, I am very pleased of their service. Colour nail bar will be my nail shop from now on.

Im in Dallas/Plano for a business trip as usual and really needed to get my nails done. After searching many salons and reading reviews I decided to go to Sen Nail Bar. I have no regrets going here and I intend to get my nails done when Im back since they dont do them right in Nashville and over charge for a bad job. I decided to do dip for the 3rd time ever and Johnny did the best job ever. I usually dont like dip but Id get it done here when I fly back into town. Olivia is very sweet and takes time to get to know you.

My boyfriend and I came to Sen Nail Bar after reading the reviews and had a horrible experience. The nail tech had a obvious attitude when I considered adding a service so I apologized for the apparent inconvenience and kept the 3 services we scheduled. I clearly asked for her name and she wouldn’t provide it, instead she looked shocked and embarrassed probably because she knew I could sense her attitude. When our appointment was coming to an end, I asked for her name again to apologize and mentioned that I’d like to see her again in hope of encouraging the services she provided. She thought for a moment and told me a name Houng. Upon inspecting my nails, I noticed one of my nails was uneven and I mentioned it to her. She said my nail was crooked. There was a clear chip in my nail so I asked the tech working on my French pedicure to have a look and he also noticed the chip and called the woman back over. He mentioned the name “Hannah” not “Houng” which gave me the impression that she lied about her name. I’m aware sometimes nail techs will give an easier name to remember, but in this case both Hannah and Houng are easy names especially as I am from another country as well so I make it a point to take notice of foreign names. As she walked back to correct my nail, she threw up her hands and very roughly and unpleasantly filed my nail to even the chip causing bleeding on the side of my nail. Then she walked away and watched me from her seat again with a clear attitude. We paid and still left a gracious tip above 20% because I’ve worked in customer service before and can understand having an off day, but this nail tech was very rude and caused me to have an awful first impression and experience. I was very disappointed.

Matching mani/pedis with my mom today! We went to Nails Natura in Frisco and omg they were amazing!!!! I called as soon as they opened and they were able to fit me and my mom in within the hour (because theyre appointment only) for 2 mani/pedis. We both got French tip gel manicure and French tip pedicures. They took such amazing and gentle care of ingrown toenails—no pain!!! Ive never had a nail salon that was able to take care of ingrowns in such a painless way! There was pressure but no pain and I was astonished! They did such meticulous work on the French tips! I finally found my fave nail salon after 2 years of living here lol.

The young lady that did my nails completely cut up my cuticles and when I tried to report it to the manager he just said that sometimes cuticles are sensitive. Really? I really like the manager hes very friendly and welcoming but honestly the work quality here is not that good. Dont think Ill be going back

They were amazing! I went in with nails that were done at another location that werent done well. The staff took great care of me and made sure I left loving my nails. I had a set of nexgen done they are shaped great and are done very thin and natural. No sign of the unappealing bump. I will most certainly be going back!

Horrible! I went in confident they would do a good job due to all of the great reviews. Two of my nails broke the same day, i went back to repair the two nails. Those same two nails broke 3 days later along with 2 other nails not to mention these are my real nails. I get nexgen and have been getting it for years and i have never had this issue. On that same visit i received a polish change on my toes, i asked for my toenails to be cut down, well all of my toenails are crooked and the polish came off not even a week later. I wanted to give them another chance but i refuse to pay for anything at this place. They only deserve one star due to how nice everyone was, but the work is not high quality work nor do i feel they take pride in their work.

Always a great experience when I come here. It is very simple on the inside but it’s perfect for a great mani-pedi. I have never had an issue with the service or the finished product and I will definitely be back!

Ninas manicures are perfect in every way. Ive gotten to know the new owners and am very happy as a consumer to support this business -- they are good, genuine people who only want to please their customers and Im happy to have them serve me as I really like the fact they use products which arent as harsh/are more natural than other salons. First off - WOW. Best service I have ever had from a nail salon in a LONG TIME. As I walked in, I was asked to wait about 45 minutes, (which to me, is no big deal since I wasn’t in a rush anyways). This was my first time there. When I was waiting I looked at the dip powder options since I have nexgen nails, and let me tell y’all.... 500 colors to choose from. FIVE HUNDRED. I’m glad I had to wait cause sheesh!!! I got a complimentary martini while I waited and was called back sooner than I thought. Tina did my nails and was so patient with me, I’m very particular and very picky. I was also unsure of what color to use since I’m so indecisive and we found up creating such a cute look. I showed her a photo and she mimicked exactly what I wanted. The options they have there for glitter, and color is amazing. She spent an hour and a half on me! Which really says a lot because she actually TOOK HER TIME and made sure the shape was PERFECT and the ombré I got on my nails was BOMB LADIES. The wait is worth it! I found my new favorite nail shop. Worth the drive. The price is reasonable for what you get, and all of the staff is so friendly and all very good at what they do. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails. It’s insane. I feel so happy with them and I’m obsessed. Tina you are a doll. Thank you so much ❤️ Picture is posted!

Beware if you make an appointment! They do not understand what an appointment is and what it means. Twice they did NOT reserve time for me. I wonder why they bothered writing down my name and # when I called. Or maybe it was all lip service. They clearly do not care about developing relationships with customers and always want to upsell you on something. Since the management changed, it’s been horrible. I will NOT be going back. My nails also got screwed up and became extremely thin after only a few visits. I really miss Nails Natura and their mission of non-toxic products. Colour Nail Bar remodeled which is nice but that’s about it. There are too many nail salons to tolerate treatment like this.

I’ve been going to Nails Natura (Colour Nail Bar) now for years that use to be previously owned by Minh, which is still there. She is amazing and always so sweet. It is now changed to new management now called Colour Nail Bar. I received great services from both Kenny and Tracy. Kenny did my nails and did a very very excellent job. Always was accommodating and very helpful and made sure I was satisfied. I have never had my nails looked so nice with dipping powder before until he did them. I explained to him that when I get them they always looked not so natural looking. He made sure that they looked natural for me. Tracy did my gel pedicure and did a awesome job. And made sure I was accomodated as well! I definitely will be coming back! This is the best nail salon hands down I’ve ever gone to and will continue to go. It’s always so peaceful, inviting and relaxing and not like the other nail salons by far. I will always continue to stay loyal to this nail salon. Thank you for doing my nails right!

I love this place. Its the only nail salon in the Frisco area (its in Plano, Preston & 121) that uses all natural products, many of which are formulated by the owner. You could literally eat the stuff they use on your skin and nails. I dont worry about what they are soaking my feet in, because they do not use toxic chemicals. Also, my mani/pedi lasts longer from here than from every other salon Ive tried. Top it off with employees who are extra kind and courteous. I hope this place stays in business a long time, because I want to keep going there!

I found my new nail salon! Went in for a gel manicure & regular pedicure. Tracy talked with me about the benefits of dip powder vs gel. I loveeee my nails & my feet! Both Tracy & Tina were very sweet & attentive. I didn’t feel rushed & they paid attention to every detail.

Outstanding, safe and non-toxic. I had a nex-gen manicure and I would recommend this salon highly. Minh takes the upmost care to ensure your nails appear natural - this is the best-looking nexgen Ive ever had! Also, she scrubbed each finger to ensure cleanliness before dipping in the powder - something no other salon has done. I like that she is worried about cleanliness and toxicity in addition to a great looking nail.

Seriously the calmest place to get your nails done. $30 for the basic pedicure but everything was super clean, I would 100% go back to this location of I ever am in Plano again.

Im so excited to have found this nail salon and spa! Minh, the salon owner, is dedicated to using all natural, non-toxic products! Normally I cant take the smell in most nail salons but when I entered Nails Natura I new that this was going to be the perfect place for me! She also makes her own foot bath salts and custom massage oils from pure coconut oil, vitamin E oil, and Young Living essential oils! Minh and the other nail techs do a superior job, are professional, and very friendly! I had the Mani/Pedi combo with paraffin wax and hot stone massage! The nail polishes and other products that are used in this salon are free of parabens, phthalates, and formaldehyde! They really try avoid as many toxic chemicals as possible not only for the clients sake but also for the employees! Thats a big plus in my book and why I chose this salon! THANK YOU Minh! Ill be telling all my friends and client about Nails Natura!
