I am so disappointed. I went to get my nails done for vacation and had what I thought was a fairly easy nail design based on other photos I have seen from this salon. My nails and toes do not match, and my nails look terrible. They are not what I asked for (and I gave very specific directions), and the man that did them argued with me about what color I should do and was very rough despite telling him several times to please be gentler. My nails are super thick, are not the color I wanted, and there is residue left all over my fingers. I paid a lot of money to be disappointed.

This place is exceptional from the service to the nail Technicians ability to provide every design requested. There has not been a single time that I have left this facility upset or with anything less than what I asked for. This facility is very clean professional and provides nothing but the best care. I cannot speak for anybody else but for myself I gave this place five stars I have never been more satisfied with service and amazing techniques in my life and I have been to plenty of nail shops. Just in case you’re wondering who did these beautiful nails my nail tech is Nikki. If you were looking for a place for the great service affordable prices then come check out instyle nails and spa.

I was super happy when i left the salon. People were nice they got me in quick and out quick. But I got my nails done with dip powder on Thursday and on Monday two have already popped clean off. I have been getting dip nails for years and have never had this happen before. I don’t know if it was the products he was using. But i’m very sad my nails haven’t stayed on longer.

I had a friend refer me here and I completely love this place its my new to go when I want to get anything done here. Staff here is sweet attentive and professional

Got a pedicure and eyebrow wax. New to the area and checked out nearby salons, they had good reviews so I decided to check them out. 1st timer and we will definitely be back.I have very thin eyebrows and my daughter has very thick eyebrows. Both ladies knew what they were doing and our eyebrows turned out great. My pedicurist had that mix of gentle and rough. Perfect combination and left my feet feeling great.The manager is very attentive and makes sure youre doing good throughout your visit.

He asked what I needed, listened and accommodated by finding me the right person to do my pedicure. The place is clean and tranquil. I enjoyed a glass of complimentary wine, though I saw they had a wide array of other drink choices to rival a well stocked bar! The staff is friendly and professional. The girl Tammi did an amazing job on my pedicure. The price is competitive and I feel I got a great value for what I paid. I will definitely be back!

I called to make an appointment and was told to come right over. I was greeted in a very warm and friendly manner, given a complimentary drink and received a manicure and pedicure from Tom and Tina that ended up being the most amazing time of relaxation I have had in years. This was hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten! Spend the money and spoil yourself with the pearl package!! My husband and I both got one on our honeymoon and they took their time and made us feel pampered!

First time going here and regret it. Despite everyone being so nice, the quality was terrible and left a tip only b/c of how kind they were. Amazing customer service I will say. My nails were uneven, paint was too thick and crooked. I was so disappointed so I just said thank you and left, but came home and took it off. Cuticles were not cut back evenly and nails cut too short. Asked for square on both nails and toes, but came out more round if anything. Felt like a waste of 80.00 and have to wait weeks for them to grow out and find another place.

Excellent service! Vin the owner is outstanding and such great customer service there! Everyone there does a great job I had Wen and she was excellent! Very nice place and I will definitely go back! Even have a bar set up just in case you need something!!! Easy parking and great services...can even get a facial there!

From when I walked in, the level of customer service was amazing! Vin, the manger, serviced me with dip powder while another worker serviced my pedicure! The guy doing my pedicure took his time and actually took care of my feet with his soft touch! Vin listened and made sure I was okay throughout out my service! Stopped in for an emergency nail repair. Didnt have to wait very long for a technician. Had my color in stock. Asked me if I would like a complimentary beverage. This is my go to salon even though its a half hour drive. The staff is amazing, friendly, and very welcoming. My nails always come out looking phenomenal, and they would last forever if I could get them to stop growing! The facilities are the cleanest and nicest of any salon Ive seen, but the prices are super reasonable! Love it!

I had such a bad experience with the pedicure here. They are very confusing. Unlike other places, the classic pedicure here is just a plain one, without the callus remover, but they charged almost $30. Thats why my heels were still very bad after I got them done.I did try this place a second time, but nothing better. I did a more expensive one, the deluxe pedicure. This time I got the callus remover, which helped remove the dead skin from my heels, but they didnt do the paraffin wax in the deluxe one, which Ive usually got from other places. Seems like they try to make you pick the more expensive one to get a full service.So, be aware. Its not worth it to spend the money here. The price is not reasonable.

1st time here Stop by sat. To get my nextgen done, it was busy which is a good sign. The guy up front was helpful, he help me pick out the colors cause I was overwhelmed by the amount of color they have. Never seen so many color and well organized as they have here. I brought a picture for the tech and ask her this what I want and The tech was very attentive and patient with me and did exactly the shape and ombre like the picture I show her. Very happy the first time around, definitely be back.

This is such a great Salon! Very different from others because theyre able to pay attention to detail and give you a wonderful job and even when busy I do not feel rushed at all. The place has a very efficient system, and a good way, as they dont sacrifice quality yet still managed to serve all their customers in a timely manner.

I had a gel pedicure here over a month ago and it still looks amazing with no chips! There salon is really fancy and clean and they offer complimentary beverages. Loved it so much that Im having my sisters bachelorette party nails done here in a week and they were super accommodating with making an appointment for my large group!

I really like their Acrylic full set. My nails were in such a bad shape recently but my tech helped to fix it and now they looked gorgeous!! I really like the pastel color i got today, elegant and still fancy at the same time. All of it thanks to my tech because she was amazing, she knew what she should do and she was meticulous and super careful with fixing my nails and stuff.

I used to love this place. And I went there for a few years. But today it’s been the second Sunday that they denied services to me. First time I got in the store 40 minutes before they were supposed to close and one of the dudes( not the manager) said it was too late and he couldn’t take me to do regular color on my nails. Today I show up and the place is not as crowded as I’ve seen it before, and the same dude comes to me pats my back like leading me to the door literally, and tells me, can you come back in an hour. And I told him: in an hour?? There’s hardly anyone here. This is the second time you do this to me. You don’t wanna take me.He just smiled and I said I’m gonna have to look for another place. And left!!!! I can’t believe it. After a few years going there. So sad!!!! Off to a new place. Oh! And I’m bringing my friends with me to new place.

An overall great experience! It is very clean and beautifully decorated. My favorite part about this place is not only the 10-20% discount you receive if you go M-W, but is the amount of pampering you receive. Nothing sucks worse than paying to get a pedicure for the massage and it lasting about 2 minutes. The technicians at Instyle massage you for what feels like forever! Lisa and Mary are wonderful! Highly recommend them to anyone! I have had normal manicures by Mary that have lasted me two weeks. Try it out and you wont be dissapointed.

Good atmosphere and pedicures, but I have yet to have a great shellac manicure there. Always looks chunky and too far away from the cuticle so it looks like theyve grown out a week. My sisters looked good, so make sure you check your nails during the painting process and be cautious of who is doing them. It also feels like they are in a rush to get you out the door.

My go to place for nails! Their selection of colors is pretty large and they carry a few different brands. Im very impressed by the customer service and level of professionalism, but they also take their time to do beautiful work! The place is really cleaned and cozy too.

Overall I like going here.They pays attention to small details and always does a great job.The atmosphere is nice and very welcoming.However, if you dont want to get the nail dip powder then this place is not for you.They will strongly suggest you get the powder over anything else you ask for until you get the powder.I like the powder so I dont mind and I always leave here happy.

I really appreciate Hanna. Yesterday was my first time coming here and Im glad I found this nail salon! Hanna did my Nexgen nails and they are long length and coffin shaped. I love them! She was patient with me when I was indecisive and she didnt rush the job. I received a pedicure as well but I didnt catch the womans name but she did a great job as well. I am satisfied. I will come back and would definitely recommend this salon.

The only reason they get 4 stars is because it wasnt really clear as to what I was getting. I guess thats partially my fault because I dont usually get my nails done but I am not disappointed. The new ANC technology is fascinating. Kathy took her time and did a great job. Definitely recommend!

Not sure what kind of training this place gives, but must be none.They did not glue tip on nail properly, the nails were different shapes, some round and some square. The color was smudged and couldnt be fixed because they filed down the acrylic so much there was nothing left.Oh and they charge $40 for this. Great Thanks

I love this salon! I moved 45 minutes away and still make the drive to come back. They are always attentive, through, and polite. I even broke two of my acrylic nails and they repaired for free. I highly recommend them!

After my first experience at this salon, I wouldnt have gone back if it werent for the great job Kayla did on my nails. I waited for over half and hour and happened to have the time to spare. When I went back today, I ended up waiting almost an hour. (My fault for not leaving sooner, but they kept saying that someone would be with me very soon and theyd already done a soak off so I felt like I should get something out of my time there). However, an hour is too long. I left with my nails a mess to another salon in the neighborhood. I wish I could justify going here because its very near my house and I thought theyd done a nice job with my nails. But obviously, I wont be paying for this experience again

Most of the staff very nice. Leg massage was nice. Toenails actually didnt look that great. One was messed up and Don seemed pretty put out about fixing it.I had a giftcard that was last used 10 months ago and still had $40 on it. They couldnt get it to work and basically just said there was nothing they could do. Solution was to come back and try to use it next time... which why would I come spend more money and have it not work again? Probably wont ever go back to be honest. There was nothing stand out about the place.

My experience with them was being overcharged for a fill. I strongly dislike when businesses make up their prices it should be consistent for every customer. The customer service wasnt great considering the nail tech never offered me water, wine, etc even after I asked.

I have been going to Instyle Nails since I moved to Plano in 2014. I have ALWAYS had great experiences. There have been a handful of times I have had to wait when I havent had an appt but never more than 15 miins. Kelly, Lisa, Dona, John, and Tom are just a few I can name that have always been friendly, funny, and do an awesome job!

My husband and I came here for our anniversary today and they did an awesome job. Such an awesome job we will be coming back every three weeks even though we stay in oak cliff.

Absolutely worst acrylic fill I have ever had. None of my nails are even in length or shape, the French tips are all different shapes and widths. I hope I can post pics.If the owners read these reviews, they should try to make it right. Im completely disgusted with the results.

Soo DIRTY. Just for starters, the girl who did my toes put on used gloves which defeats the purpose of gloves to begin with. The floors looked disgusting Im not sure they ever vacuum or mop. My remote was all greasy from the previous customer and all of their furniture looks like it hadnt ever been wiped down. I will never go back very unsanitary! Theres much better places for the same prices or less even.

I usually do my nails at a salon in Arlington, but I happened to be in Plano when I broke a nail and needed a quick fix; They helped me match a color, and fix my nail really quickly and they had great customer service!

Worst job Ive ever had done. I got them done 1 week ago, they were not smooth, uneven, and they were way to thick. They started to lift and come off. Went back today and they try to charge me full price for their crappy work. I got the same result this time. WILL NEVER go back.

Very poor quality job!I got gel manicure 6 days ago ( Thur.) by Amy. The edges on most fingers were peeled off by Sat. They were closed on Monday due to icy weather, so I went back on Tues to get them fixed. Amy attempted to redo with no communication or explanation. She behaved like she doesnt care and was singing to herself.This time she did even a worse job and left a 1/8 inch space on the sides and bottom. It looked like she had put a thick spread of a drop in the middle of my nail. Some of the edges were even rough to touch. I talked to the manager about my unsatisfaction. First he brought excuses like your nails have grown, and finally he assigned another technician to fix the job on a couple of my fingers, but not all. Today, just one day has passed and the polish on two of my fingers are peeling off.I paid $40 and Im regretful that I used their service and wasted my time.

It was terrible!!!! I got French nails and the lady messed them up so bad. The white tip was a different length on every nail! I told her and she said I can come back the next day to get them fixed so I did and all she did was take off the shiny coat and put it back on. I didnt tip her at all bc she sucks at her job.

I get to the shop they charged me $20 for the refill and $22 for gel polish now Ive been getting my nails done with gell polish for 7 years now.... and Ive never heard of being charged for a refill and the type of polish.... $45 for a refill thats a new dipping powder set .... No I didnt get anything extra just a regular color nothing extra on my nails.... I paidLess in Vegas at a nail shop located on the strip complimentary daiquris ....

Like many nail salons the experience is based on the nail technician you get. Ive been here a total of 3 times for a pedicure; the first two experiences were fair, both technicians were friendly and did a decent job although for some reason they keep massaging the bone part of my legs and not the muscle (somewhat painful). The third time I went in for a manicure and pedicure, but the technician did a poor job overall. She cut my pinky toe and kept spraying alcohol on it (ouch!), left smeared nail polish on my skin, never offered me anything to drink, and was ignored for getting a manicure while getting a pedicure despite other ladies coming in after me and getting a mani/pedi simultaneously (the salon wasnt busy at this time). Im starting to think that you have a good chance of getting poor quality service when you get a cheaper pedicure package versus the ones with all the bells and whistles. The atmosphere of this salon is fairly nice but standard. I will continue searching for a better nail salon, especially when I know other places can provide better service and experience.

Very disappointed. Got nexgen nails and ion a week they started falling off. Pedicure technician left polish all over my toes. Just a poor job in general. And to top it off, they wont fix them.

The first time visit, pedi lady was terrible worked.Also, if you pay cash, they do not give you a receipt.Second time, pedi lady used steam towels, it was not hot just nuke. it means, they were used one.Two times visits, and charge differently with same service.The spa looks ok, but not the right serviced.

It is beautiful spa complete with several flat screen televisions and a huge fish tank. I recently went in for a fill/pedi. I realized that there is a language barrier, but the staff wouldnt even smile. They did a decent job. When I went to pay, I tried using my Amex card and was told they didnt accept them. When I mentioned that the sign on the door indicated that they did, the gentleman at the front counter told me, that they Did accept Amex but preferred not to. I did not appreciate being lied to, so I probably wont be returning.
