Terrible I asked about gel nails and length.I gave an example of last place I went to in Arlington few years back. Lady was u no like go ..I said no I am not trying to be rude just an example of what they did to see if she knew what I was talking about.I then told the guy behind the counter she told me to leave. Everyone in there was just staring. Embarrassing as heck...The guy said no she say go pick color.I said no she said go you no like it here.So I just left because I didnt want them to mess my nails up.I went to Love Nails down the road and inform them of the same thing as with PL Nails.He explained that no one does GEL nails anymore.So he talked me into dip nails and he did an awesome job.So I am sure they do a great job at PL Nails but since so much competition.Woman thinks she doesnt need my business. Well I do not need thier stress.Just dont question them! They have more say in America now than we do.Not the America I grew up in.

Friendly and accommodating environment, smell nice and roomy...Tammy is really nice and helpful, Shesreally a nice lady....eventhough its my first time but they say first impression longer last...I will definitely go back there...Highly recommended...

They are great. My acrilic nails look natural and last a good three weeks

I was charged so much for chunky nexgen nails that they didnt shape, didnt care for cuticles, and then when I asked for the nexgen to be fixed I was asked if I knew what nexgen was. I have never hated a manicure and pedicure as much as I hated this one.

Clean, courteous, and they do a fantastic job. I also like that it’s a quieter environment than other salons I’ve been to.

The worst place Ive gone to for nails and will never go there again. Bad service and very expansive.

Very disappointed with the rude customer service. I walked in to inquire about a manicure. The employee was helping a current customer, and after she left, the employee went back to doing what she was doing before, without so much as asking me to wait or to pick out a polish color. I was ignored for a while until I decided to just walk out of there. Needless to say, there is absolutely no reason to return to this place!
