I really enjoyed me service. Very friendly and gentle staff. My nexgen was so smooth at other places it was bumpy.

Did awesome job on feet before, got my nails done 3 weeks ago steady getting complements. Its my first time for nails and I am 74 years young. Beautiful job! Look at nails not the hand..lol!

Emily is awesome! Never hurts me when taking my nails off and always does exactly what I ask for! Emily also speaks English fluently, so she understands what Im asking for and remembers EVERYBODY. Wonderful. ♥️ Tip her well.

My first experience with this place was good. Cindy did my nails and it was great. So I decided to go for second time. But my today’s experience was horrible. Cindy was busy so some other lady did my nails. It was hurting me and my nails turn out to be so bad. I don’t know what to do with these nails now. I have attached the photos. These are right after my nails were done. I am soooooooo disappointed. After paying $40, you get this.

Cindy has been doing my nails for over 10 years and Emily has been taking care of my mom. We find the nail salon to be a delight, clean, friendly and efficient staff and, especially, extremely professional. I have been going here for a while now and their service has always been wonderful. Rarely I have had to go to other nail salons in the area, because they are either fully booked, or closed. But I always return here. I dont usually ask for any one person in particular because they are all good, but today turned out to be the best experience so far. I had Emily who did my mani-pedi. She was simply fantastic, paid great attention to detail and gave me a relaxing spa treatment. Thanks Nail Spa and thanks Emily!

Absolutely love this place. Never a bad experience in the 4 years of going there. My girl knows my style remembers my name and remembers where we left off in our conversation. On top of that, Im treated like a princess... its amazing. Great message while you get your work done and the pricing is very fair! Worth the 30 minute drive to get there!!!!!!

My girlfriends and I did a girls day and tried this salon for the first time. I have frequented other salons in the area and had horrible experiences so I was a little nervous. Their service was wonderful. Great prices, friendly staff and it had a homey atmosphere. We were offered a beverage of our choice as we enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone looking for a good place.

Cindy, Tina, & Emily are fantastic. I like all the staff, and have had nothing but the best from them since my first visit a couple of years ago. I had never done acrylic nails before, so I was nervous. They put me at ease, explained everything, and helped me through the process. I felt that I was in good hands and that they cared about me.It didn’t take long to add a pedi to my routine visits.I recommend this salon, no matter who takes care of you, to anyone who wants an individual experience with someone who cares about you and your needs as a person, not just another faceless customer.My wife has been going here for over 25 years; these guys might be in it for the long-haul... the staff is very experienced.Highly recommended for manicures, petties, all the different Acrylic nail stuff, facials, waxing, etc..

The ladies here do excellent work. Cindy has been my nail technician for twenty years! I will follow her wherever she may go. She teaches her staff and supports them while expecting superior customer service be provided.

I am still on my quest to find a great go-to nail salon and have yet to find a place that is good enough to return to.Today I decided to give this place a try since the reviews are mostly good. This was another so-so experience, unfortunately.I came in right after the salon opened at 10am. There was one other person who was getting a pedicure. I was greeted (if you could call it that) by Cindy, who told me to sit down while she got someone to work on my nails. She was more interested in what was on TV, I think. My nail techs name was Emily. She proceeded to soak off the dipping powder I had on my own real nails, but instead of getting all of it off, she was rather impatient and filed off the majority of it which damaged my real nails. I had just told her that I was trying to keep my real nails in good shape, but that didnt seem to matter.I got all of my real nails dipped and then she filed them. She cut into the cuticle of one of my nails which was pretty painful. My biggest concern is that she pulled out tools that were used (sanding blocks, nail files, and metal tools that appeared to be dirty) and did not use a new nail file, dremel head, or sanding block. Im hoping I wont get fungus!My nails look acceptable, but the edges are pretty ragged. No lotion was offered or applied, which is a shame since my hands were obviously dry from the chemicals. I was not able to get hot water from the sink when I washed my hands, either.Not a wonderful experience. I was there for almost two hours!I wont be back to this nail salon. I have attached photos of the ragged edges of my nails; note I need to find some cuticle oil to help repair the sanding damage...

Was giving my mother a surprise pedicure for her birthday. Talked to the workers a day before and told them the plan. Made an appointment for the next day. Staff were very nice and cooperative. Did a great job

If you are sick and tired of going to different nail spas and finding someone you absolutely LOVE and the next visit you go back in and that person is no longer working there...well this place will solve that problem! I have been going here for 5 years and the same employees still work there besides one who was older and retired! They are very friendly and go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. My favorite is Cindy she has been doing my nails the entire 5 years and I love her! Emily is great also and Tina does eyebrows like no one else. If you notice I am naming names because they have all been there since I have been going there. I like a short natural nail and Cindy does that without arguing with me about the length like others have done from other salons. There have been times I have been desperate and on a whim I stop somewhere closer to my house (I can count on one hand how much that has happened in 5 years) and let me say EVERY TIME I have regretted it and swore I would never do it again but than I get desperate. LOL but anyway this place is the best salon I have been to and It truly is more like a family to me now. I trust them and believe they have great work ethic and a genuine hearts.

The technician that did my nails did the absolute worst nexgen job I have ever had done on my nails. And on top of the horrible job It took 2.5 hours! They will never again get my business and waste my time ! I wish i could give zero stars as a rating.

Even though I made it 40 mins before they closed. They still took me in. Not once did I feel rushed. The lemon pedicure package was awesome. It came with hot towel and stone massage. Both the shellac and pedicure was worth my money. Price was about average.

Prices change according to how gullible you are.Sad but true.Dont get me wrong, the lady did a good job fixing my nails.Charged me $12 to fix 2 broken nails and file/topcoat which I had not asked for but fine.I was about to pay when another lady that worked there seemed concerned about the high price & asked her to lower it to 10$ Since I hadnt gotten my nails painted just a top coat.I was ultimately charged 5$ per nail to fix.Im not sure what the average price is to fix a nail but I usually get it done for $2 at the nail place across the street.Im an honest person & idk this place rubbed me the wrong way. Although I did not get into it with the lady I decided I had to share the negative experience.Im pretty sure they were laughing as I left after discussing the price I paid for 2 nails being fixed but ultimately it ended in a bad review so yall made off with a few extra bucks from me but you lost a biweekly nail addict and I will not be coming back again.
