Please be aware when you come to a ‘Goin’ Postal’ location, you’re paying a significantly higher price than you would at a standard USPS office. I didn’t know this before last week, and paid twice the media rate to mail a small, thin history book and paid $3 over the Priority Mail rate to mail a package (USPS charges $8, flat; they charged $11). Goin’ Postal locations use a different pricing scale, as is their prerogative to do so, but the consumer should at least be made aware. There are NO signs anywhere to indicate this. When I asked about it, they kept saying the rates are in their computer. I understand that already. What I couldn’t get them to acknowledge honestly was that their rates are completely different than USPS. Goin’ Postal is an authorized USPS extension of sorts, and it is lawful for them to add their own price increase on top of USPS. What is wrong, and immoral, is to pretend they don’t know the difference in order to confuse the customer and get business. Compare the pricing between these small businesses and standard USPS office. USPS offices will have an American flag flying outside. And guess what? They have Spanish-speaking postal workers at the local USPS offices, so you don’t have to pay extra here just to get Spanish service. Last observation is that is takes incredibly long to get in and out of this place. I was the first person in line and it took nearly 20 minutes, having me fill out forms the USPS never does.

I drop off packages here for USPS, UPS, and FedEx and they always arrive safely and on time. Great staff. Close to home.

I sent a 25x25x30 box to Barquisimeto, Venezuela and it arrived in exactly 4 weeks (shipped on 8/29 and arrived 9/26) and everything was in perfect conditions. The tracking system is very helpful as it gave me peace of mind to see information updates, at some point I called the office as I didnt see any update for a few days, and they were very helpful with the information provided. This is the third year I have been using this company and it has always been a good experience.

I recommend this place. I have been shipping with these people for about 5 years. They are always so responsible and punctual. For approximately 2 years I have been attended by Isabel, this girl is so diligent, professional and patient. I need to be attended for her every chance I go.

Please stay away from this place!! Very unprofessional staff, the worst customer service you can imagine. They dont answer phone calls. If you happen to go in person, the place is messy and disorganized and of course the waiting time is ridiculous. Sent four boxes to VENEZUELA which took longer to arrive than promise. In addition to that, the boxes arrived wide opened with missing items.Most of the 5 star reviews are old, probably from previous administration. The reality now is different. I just have no idea how places like this can still be open.

Had an appointment for e-fingerprints, but had to wait 30 minutes. Whats the point of having a scheduled time? I could comprehend a few minutes off, but this was ridiculous. And, the guy they finally pulled to start getting caught up acted like a kid. Not once did he speak to me, or the lady in front, or the man in front of her! He would point to the fingerprint screen, which was giving HIM instructions on what to do. Why the heck did I pay a fee, when I AM the one who followed the flipping directions?!?! If the facility is that busy, then get more help.

Overcrowded, to many people dropping off packages and not just 5 but over 10 large packages and you will stand in line abit longer than going to a real ups or FedEx drop off. I drop atleast box a week. But this time they did not ship my box in time and cost me 300 dollars . So that will be the last time I drop off there again. not a bad place but very overwhelmed .

Completely unprofessional. Is you call they rarely pick up the phone even though they’re at the shop. They have answering machine with their store hours, M-F until 7pm.?But since they are not prepared to handle the volume of deliveries, they’re closing earlier and having the staff organize the packages inside the store. They Just won’t honor their store hours and have you loose the trip even with 5-6 employees inside. Worst customer service.

Felt like I was just another number.....next!

Staff is very patient and friendly, but I just got no service. I needed to have my mothers paintings shipped to her, and they told me I could leave the paintings overnight and they’d call me the next day with the price of how much it would cost to have them packaged and shipped.Two days go by so I walk in to check up on the progress. I was met with the excuse “the guy who builds the boxes didn’t show up yesterday. I’m going to call him today and we’ll give you call tomorrow on the price.”Ok cool, these things happen no problem. Another two days go by, and still no word. I head back to the center to get an update. Still no box built for the paintings, and the pricing quote changed. Yikes. Ok, so giving them the benefit of the doubt I decide to wait it out over the weekend and see how things go on Monday. I work full time so I couldn’t drive by again until Thursday on my day off. So I call instead.Person on the phone had no clue what I was talking about, so I just told them I’d see about stopping by on my break to check up on things. Still nothing. Not packaged, not wrapped. Nothing. My mother’s paintings were sitting in the back collecting dust.Around this point, it’s been 2 weeks of me going back and forth to get an update on whether or not my mothers paintings would be packaged and how much it would cost. So I just took her paintings back and I’m headed somewhere else. Nothing against the staff, but I’m waiting 2 weeks to have my packaged shipped out, while other people are having theirs shipped out the same day? Can’t do it.

I wouldnt go any where else.. They give you options to satisfy your needs whether it it is for economical reasons or any other reason. There are no long lines, more personal service, and they have ALL your postal needs.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We are new to the area and so far we love it here and cant see myself going anywhere else.

Be prepared to wait. They dont have enough staff. Always latino people shipping boxes back to their countries, and they take a long time. One lady trying to help 3 people with packages at one time.They need an express service line so people dont have to wait 20 minutes just to mail a USPS priority mail package. I gave up and walked out.

If I had sent the package by stagecoach it would have gotten there faster. We sent Easter gifts to AL 10 days before. Three weeks later it was still not there. Then one day the box showed up on my door with a note that says there was no postage on it.Went back to the store and they tell me it looks like someone had tampered with the label. What happen was the label was put on wrong by the new guy and it got ripped off. So the box gets sent around from location to location till they sent it back to my house.Owner was there, asked to keep the label for training so this never happens again. She then offers to overnight the box no charge. Fine! I am happy with that, even more so since the employee was trying to double charge me to send it again. I feel like everything is fine.5 days later still not there.. Wife checks the tracking number and it is in the wrong city. Go to the store and ask them to tell me what is wrong. Maybe your sister in-law does not know her own zip code. Really?!?!?The box is a month late, God knows where the stupid thing is right now. I am out 15 dollars and a now I am being told by the store that my sister in-law might be an idiot. Even though all of the information she provided to me and I gave to them was correct.My wife is now talking a million miles a minute in Spanish and says she just wants our money back. You know, because we just spend 15 dollars to send our family a bunch of gifts that are now likely covered in melted chocolate and broken promises.However, The store does not do that. If I want to resolve this issues I will need to wait till Monday to call the post office in the other state and ask them to give me my money back.So, I am out money, my God-kids get no gifts, the store wont help sort anything out and there is still no word on where or why the box is not in AL.Still, The store got paid, so everything worked out for them......

Sadly all the local sites in Orlando seem to be the same. They close when they want to, they dont answer their phone ... Anything would be better than this ...

All that was sent arrived in perfect condition, there where some fragile things that needed extra care and they did. Customer service is very nice, and the shipment arrived in a very timely manner, a bit more expensive than other services I have used, but definitely worth it.

Its my go-to place for shipping when Im in the area.This is one of those places that is very Spanish-centric, but they always slip right into English with a smile and never make me feel funny about it.

I drive 2 1/2 hours to be able to mail packages through the special courier they have to Venezuela. Something no other going Postal service has. I am also a retired Postal worker. The thing would NEVER get there going through the PO. Because of cost for one, I couldn’t mail it through the PO! And the Venezulian PO being horrible, they would NEVER get it. EVER!I am SO THANKFUL to the owner and their busy friendly and helpful staff. That they picked this courier up for people to be able to send packages at an unbelievable cheap cost, compared to any other mailer, to my very needing family and friends in VZ. So when people say there are a lot of people speaking Spanish you WILL KNOW it’s like a humanitarian thing going on. Many people sending to VZ because of the peoples need there through this office.I am also AMAZED at the speed these packages get there, being they do go by ship. Unreal fast. Two weeks the last two times I’ve sent them. Which is unreal fast . The packages always arrive in tact no problem.Without this service I wouldn’t be able to help in this way. The staff here barely speaks English. Had a package dropped off here this past Friday and the women doesnt know the difference between UPS and USPS. She doesnt know where the package is so I suspect she gave it to USPS instead of UPS. Save yourself some time and headache and go a UPS Store, Fedex or Post office and avoid dealing with places like this.

And I sent boxes several times to Vigia Mérida state and they arrive on time but on several occasions I am missing some things, I did not pay much attention the first time because I was not sure but a few weeks ago I sent 7 boxes and each one was missing things. Be careful when making shipments and verify that everything reaches your family members completely because they take out few things so that one does not realize it. Be very vigilant because one believes that the boxes arrive complete and it is a lie.

Bad attention the employee does not want to move the boxes because it weighs when he says that shipping is by volume not by weight the box was for personal items and food the employee told me to repack the contents of two large boxes in 4 medina boxes to be able manipulate it.
