I have Hanna do my nails. She is wonderful. She also does the managers nails. That says a lot. She’s so talented. She does art on your nail if you’re interested. She is sweet quite and loves what she does. I’ve been going there since they opened. If you don’t like one technician try another. I switched three times. Then i found Hanna. I love her work her personality and her professionalism. If you like your feel done Kim is the one to request. She doesn’t understand much English but gives a great pedicure.

I used to love this salon but during my most recent visit on Labor Day, the nail tech (I think her name was Tracey), buffed my cuticles to the point of bleeding in multiple places. I understand accidents happen, but 48 hours later my fingers are still in pain and red around the edges.Not only is this painful, it’s also unsanitary because that buffing tool was used on other people before and after me. When I called two days later to share my experience, I was told I need to come in to get it “fixed” but I really do not understand how someone can fix bloody cuticles.

This was my worst experience in a nail salon, don’t waste your time or money. I paid $110 for dip nails and a classic pedi. My pedi was gel and chipped within 3 days.. also I can’t believe I paid $75 for nails and they didn’t even bother cutting my cuticles or prepping my nails. The lady was very aggressive and inattentive she cut my finger and added acrylic glue to make it stop bleeding. I also kept mentioning I wanted short nails because my job is strict and I had grown my personal nails the lady said she was still going to add tips which they charge an extra $5 for she said it wouldn’t be cute without tips, the result was bubbly and uneven. Horrible experience. The 10 day policy was not offered, or stated on the receipt.

So happy I found this place! Been going for a few months. They always do a great job, no matter which tech. They are super nice and the place is so clean!

Great staff, great prices, and a very relaxing atmosphere. I only come for the pedicures, but I loved mine and my wife loved hers as well as her manicure! We’ll definitely be coming back!

The first time I went it was great. I got dip nails and I asked for a foot massage. Foot massage was fantastic and nails were exactly what I asked for. Second time I went I brought my mom and she was going to get a pedicure and I was going to get the same thing as last time. They were going to sit us separately even though it wasn’t busy and we were together. We asked and they acted extremely put out and rude. They also said “we don’t have foot massages” even though I had one last time. They were very rude during our service and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Piss poor attitudes and will not be going back.

The staff doesnt talk to you and everything I asked for was ignored. I said to leave the shape (almond-ish) she made them round/square. I said not to cut my nails because I liked the length and she cut them anyway! When I didnt like the color on the first nail and asked to change it she threw a fit and was huffing and puffing. She started aggressively filing to the point she cut my finger.Michelle saw what was going on and took over. She was nice and tried to fixed what the first lady messed up but I still didnt get what I wanted because it was too far gone at that point. She knew this and gave me $8.00 off.Overall, definitely will NOT be going back because my nails look terrible

Went in this afternoon and had the Detox Pedicure. It was hands down the best lost relaxing pedicure I have ever experienced. My tech, Gordon, was wonderful! Will definitely be back.

The nail technician did a great job on my nails. The shaping and quality were perfect. I went on a busy Sunday and they were able to seat me right away. My fiancé got the aromatherapy pedicure while I got my nails done and it was just okay. We couldnt smell anything from the pedicure.

Worst polish ever! 75.00 mani pedi and I actually had them remove the polish from my finger naila and decided to leave with nothing on my nails. I was told because I selected a regular polish and not a dip or solar color that it takes a long time to dry and it dries this way. The polish dried cracked and rolled from the edges. I would have been too embarrassed to leave that on my hands. The person didnt apply polish to my full nails, leaving the edges bare. Posting pics of the finished product on my feet. Total disappointment. My daughter picked the same type of polish in a different color and her mani pedi was fine.

Horrible experience i guess if you dont select the expensive pedicures you dont matter.. my request were ignored and the lady didnt even cut the cutile just touched the toes with the tool, also isnt the bottom of the feet suppose to be clean for dry skin? None was done i had to go home and do it myself since i was already annoyed a lady next to me was offered a drink and since i was having a cheaper pedicure i wasnt offered even water!

When asked what I wanted, I needed a refill with an ombre. Apparently people don’t know how to work with acrylic anymore because it takes “too long” do either I needed a new set or nothing. My question is, why do they question a customer’s taste when you are actually paying themAnd instead of making it right, they keep talking back to a customer . Poor poor poor customer service.

You have to ask for someone good. If you just walk in and they ask you what you would like and dont ask for either the owner or someone with experience, the person they will assign to you will not do a good job.Have been here before and have had my nails done (dipped) and last for up to a month. This last time they lasted a week and a half, I ended up removing them.

Was satisfied with my first time pedicure. The person who did my pedicure (I think his name was Gordon?) was very gentle and did the coloring part perfectly as well. Will consider coming back if I get to stop by West Plano.

Worst place ever. Not only do they not speak to you, they need to ask how long for each nail. As if i want them different lengths!! Nothing offered to drink, then left a brown mark on my nail telling me its a bruise. Im a nurse and know what a bruise looks like. Its poor quality work!! I tried to go somewhere on my lunchbreak and what a mistake! Save yourself from wasting money as i did. Now i have to go back to my normal place to have it fixed!!

I have had 2 extremely poor experiences at this nail salon. So poor that if i could give 0 starts I would. The first time i had a bad time they made my nail length way shorter than i wanted and the color i chose in the book looked nothing like what it did on my hands. I ended up going somewhere where else right after to have them redone. I went back a second time because I decided to give them another chance however this is the worst set of nails i’ve ever had. I got them done less than a week ago and 2 nails are broken, 2 other ones hurt and one is cracked. I paid $120 for nails that lasted 5 days. I will never be back.

First time stopping here for a pedicure. Hailey was absolutely amazing. She took her time and did an excellent job and I really got the chance to relax. She was so friendly. The shop was lovely and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The water and wax temps were perfect. Looks like Ill be coming here going forward and leaving my old spot.

I came with a friend today, my pedicure was done horribly. Manicure was ok. But still found some flaws. My friends was pretty decent, much better than mine. I guess it depends on whos doing the job. Will not come again.

I live in Denton, but I was in Plano for a doctor appointment. I stopped here to kill time according traffic, and Michelle did my gel manicure. She did an amazing job! I’ve been to 3 places in Denton and haven’t been happy with them. I’m definitely considering driving an hour just to come see Michelle! I can be a perfectionist, so I appreciate her attention to detail and patience with me. At each stage she would ask me to check my nails to see if I wanted her to adjust anything; I super appreciated this! Great job and reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend.

After a year and a half of loyalty, I won’t be back. Their good people don’t last and only half of their dip powder brands are decent enough quality to last 2 weeks. I recently chose a dip that lasted less than 24 hours before cracking/chipping. I went back and they tried to charge me full price for a different (better quality) color with only a $5 discount. Why are you continuing to offer the cheap/brittle stuff???

My girlfriend and I visited today! The first warning sign was when the greeter did not recognize our appointment and then said that I was just getting a pedicure instead of both. In hindsight I should have corrected them there but I did not make the realization until later.The pedicures were great and my girlfriends manicure was excellent but when I pointed out that, like we reserved, I would like a manicure I got a rushed and not completed manicure. The overall experience was good but I hope that they can take a minute to make sure they have everything sorted out before the experience starts.

Clean, pretty & friendly place. Ive been going here for 2 years.. Never had any problems. They do an awesome job on my toes & Nexgen nails! Wouldnt go anywhere else! 💅

I went here with my mom and my daughter to get our nails done. My daughter got just a polish change and the lady did a great job, the same lady did my pedicure and again she did wonderful. But about 20 minutes into my pedicure another lady finally came to do my manicure. She kept getting up and leaving which I understand they were very busy but I felt like she was rushing through my manicure and it showed. All I got was a basic polish that honestly I could have done better at home, my natural nail was showing on the sides and I had to ask her to go back over many different nails.

It havent been a full 2 weeks and 3 of my nails has already broken. I sent a total of 105.00 for manicure full set and pedicure. Never had issue with other nail breakage at any other nail salon. Tuh! Not even press ons.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I had a horrible-terrible-dont-go-here experience at this salon. I got a soak off, new set of dipped nails & pedicure. The young lady who did my nails filed my natural nails so much that she almost hit the tissue underneath my nails. They have ruined my natural nails!!! The dip nails she applied began to break after one day and by the end of the week 5 nails had broken. I went back and they fixed the nails but they began breaking AGAIN. They must use cheap products at this salon because I have NEVER had my dipped nails break like this before EVER!Now for the pedicure...the polish they used never fully dried! Even after 2 hours it was still tacky...unbelievable but true.All around bad experience. They care NOTHING about quality at this place...please stay away!

The place is super clean and relaxing. Staff are nice. However, Im coming here only because my favorite nail tech moved on to other ventures. Ive never had a problem with breaking nails, toenail polish coming off until I came here. I feel they dont really take the time to do a great job. My toenails never look good when they are done, maybe its the polish they use. I dont know, but Im finding a new salon. I hope yalls time here is worth it.

I am totally in love with my GORGEOUS nails! I saw Diamond and she did the most beautiful job. I will absolutely book with her again. The salon is clean and quiet and best of all I got these amazing nails done in under an hour, during my lunch break!! I cant wait to go back.

Andy is amazing! He has been doing my nails for 6 years. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 23 years, Andy is the best nail tech I’ve ever had. If you are looking for a dependable, consistent nail tech, Andy is the one!

MUST READ: Went there with my mom. The person who did my feet was short tempered and seemed annoyed when I asked her to try out nail polishes to see what the color would look like. Honestly she did my feet halfway and had a problem if I asked her to do something better. As my mom was getting her feet done she kept saying “ow” ... apparently the guy doing her foot literally scraped all the skin off on the side of her foot and wasn’t aware that he was causing her to bleed. As we were leaving I try to tell the manager what happened and she didn’t really seem to care and also seemed annoyed with us. She cut me off a few times when speaking and partly dismissed me. She literally gave my mom $5 off on her pedicure! Was literally gonna post a picture of it. My mom now has to go to the doctor to get it checked out. Honestly I shouldn’t have paid for it but I didn’t want to cause any further issue. I definitely will not be back. I used to like this place and would send friends here but their feedback was “they felt incredibly rushed by the workers” . Won’t be back. Go at your own risk.

Was here visiting from Chicago. This place was by my hotel. Service was excellent without being overpriced. If I ever moved to Dallas this would definitely be my spot.

First visit there today and couldnt be more pleased. Mary did an outstanding job on my pedicure with such a relaxing massage and I have never had anyone do my gel manicure as quickly and perfectly as Diamond. They are devoted to cleanliness and swap out covers between pedicures to maintain a prisitine hygienic bath for toes. Massage chair was heavenly too and the manager made sure I stayed properly hydrated and happy. Will definitely be back!

GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! This place is awful. They rushed me, they hurt me, and they didn’t even care. Not even a little bit. This place started off good, but now it’s trash. I won’t ever get my nails done here again. There’s way too many nail salons to be treated like this.

Came here just because I was in the area and I’m glad I did! Although I arrived maybe 45 minutes until closing, Bebe (I think she said that was her name) took her time on my pedicure and did not rush. It was one of the best pedicures I’ve had! This nail shop is great! Sam(male) did my nails and I am highly pleased! This is the dipping powder, they have tons of colors to choose from. When I sat down he offered me a drink, wine/water. It was a good experience, I will be back!

Extremely disappointed considering how much they charge. The girl that did my nails was very nice, but I had to file them when I got home because they crooked and lumpy. The girl that did my lip wax was terrible and rude. I wont go back.

The salon is beautiful, the staff is nice but the work is not good. I ended up having to go to the salon near my home to get my nails fixed. The tech did not shape them, make them the same length, fix my short nail (adding a tip), they were gunk from the old set stuck under my nails, they were jagged.... bad work. My pedicure on the other hand was awesome. But I will definitely not go back.

It was quite busy in there and it took about 30 mins before I was serviced. While I was waiting, I just enjoyed the massage chair, foot soak, and champagne until they started. Overall, my manicure and pedicure was great! I like the ambiance and the staff was really friendly! I would go back!. :)

Jason gives the most amazing pedicure! He is meticulous and his massage is the bomb. Ive been to him several times and people always comment on how perfect my toes look.

I just happen to drop in one day and now Im a regular! Everyone here is so nice and the place is clean and new. If you happen to chip your nail, they will fix it for you no problem. And if its within 2 weeks, its free. They always help me find the perfect color too❤️ its my therapy place. LolOh and one time, I was in a super hurry and they helped me out! They did my nail so fast and put two people to do it. I made it to my appointment in time thanks to them and with pretty nails that everyone was complimenting!

The people are nice enough, but the work done is was not good. Hours after my nails were done, they had already started to lift from the bottom. here is is 3 days later and I am already missing 5 nails. At the price they charge, they should have done so much better.

I went there today for the first time since Im kind of new to the neighborhood, it was Saturday afternoon and they got me in immediately! Sam(? I think) did my nails, he and everyone were so nice and helped me choose (because who ever goes in and knows exactly what color and shape) between stiletto and coffin nails, he suggested stiletto, and yall I am so glad I trusted him because I am obsessed!!! Ill be coming back and I definitely reccomend coming here! 😍

A little frustrated with the service here. I called to make an appointment, and was told there was no issue and that they would see me at my time. However, when I arrived (on time) to my appointment, I was kept waiting for about 45 minutes while they serviced walk-ins before me. I understand that different folks are assigned to different tasks, but the fact that I had scheduled an appointment and was kept waiting was frustrating. I would have let it go, but the woman who did my nails kept getting up and just walking around, making what normally takes 30 minutes last about an hour and a half. I will most likely not be returning here in the future.

Today was my first time going to a different nail salon in 2 years & I am very pleased that I stop at this location. Andy did an amazing job on my nails :)))))) I look forward to seeing him again!!!!

Bebe did SUCH an amazing job on my glitter ombré nexgen! I’m in awe and can’t stop staring at them. The length, shape, color, sparkle, EVERYTHING is perfect! She even recreated half of the tip of my thumbnail that was chipped off, using the nexgen!

Came in earlier today for a mother’s day pedicure, place is lovely but my $65 pedicure left me with stinging on my heel. I told her several times it was hurting ... now wondering when it will stop hurting. She rubbed my heels raw. Not what you would hope for..wish there was a way to leave photos of how raw my heels are.

Worst Worst Worst Nail Salon Ever !!! I got my manicure there on monday and second day the nail paint came out. I called them and told them that I might come back sometime that week (I have other work to do other than getting my nails done)... I went back there on thursday (3 days after) with almost all the nail paint chipped !!! The lady in the counter was RUDE... She told me that I should have come in sooner and I told her that it was RAINING those days. They kept me waiting for 15 MIN ... 15 MIN and no one attended me... after 15 MIN, I got up and went out. I AM NEVER EVER COMING BACK to this salon ever !!! and BTW I was quite regular there. Makes me wonder if they do this to there regular customers how are they treating there walk in... !!!

My service was rushed and they were so packed they were literally sitting people including myself anywhere they could find a chair...very uncomfortable. BUT they had a good color selection...but I doubt it enough to go back

They are all so fabulous at Legacy Nails & Spa. Always very timely and kind and their quality of work is wonderful especially for the price. Definitely my go to nail salon.

Did a terrible job on my nails. I had my nails done there last night. The tech did an awful job. They’re different lengths, my natural nails are exposed on the sides, and my nail beds are exposed... looks like 2 weeks of regrowth but it brand new. I pointed this out but he wouldn’t fix.

They give the best pedicures... I would go every week if I could!
