Very rude person on the phone, hung up as soon as I said I was not comfortable with them running my credit due to the fact that I did not want my credit involved in an auto quote, and this company was the fist to try to run my credit after calling about 5 other for quotes
I just got insurance last month and was set on auto pay from what I was told. They didnt process my payment and now Im told they arent responsible even though I was asked to be in auto pay. Now they want me to pay $145 to be reinstated which is more then I payed in the first place.

There rude and some of the staff doesnt know what they are doing. They dont have enough staff when you go to the office it takes for ever and when you call it takes for ever too. The whole staff is rude and they think they are so smart. You wait for ever for you to be treated like an ignorant. The insurances are cheap and easy to get. You just got to be careful with what your getting and what it is. The only issue is there costumer service its the worst. The staff needs to be friendlier, more efficient and learn to multi task or perform their job faster and better. If you have insurance here its better if you pay online so you wont have to deal with their cranky staff. 😏
A-max auto insurance staff are very professional with great customer services. Lucero assisted my with my auto insurance. She was very patient in assisting me. She was able to help with the best plan that I was able to fit in my budget. This by far was the best experience I had with auto insurance. I encourage anyone please get auto insurance. Stay away. Worse customer service ever. Latinos treating Latinos like second class customers. The lady had a super bad attitude, aggressive and rude. To the owner: Hire friendly staff willing to excel in customer service. Super high estimate, gave me a low number initially to hook me in, to later increased it. I obviously walked out and got a super price at AAA $140 a month for to recent model cars (2016 & 2018).
The ladies always bend over backwards to make sure Im happy.

Inconsistent, bad with information. Say they send out text alerts...we never got them. Said they were sending us bills in the mail. We received a two letters in 4 months. The people working here are not very smart. The manager doesnt know how to handle conflict resolution and cannot seem to comprehend the words coming out of your mouth. BAD INSURANCE COMPANY.

Always the cheapest quotes. The staff is friendly. I saw a review stating not to expect good service unlesz youre hispanic. That is a racist lie. Ive never felt unwelcome there and they always help me. Ive come back for multiple policies.

Ridiculous hold time and rude staff with no sense of customer service. Ive NEVER been attened right away. Its always can you hold? Minimum 20 minutes on hold EVERY time Ive called. If youre trying to make a payment, youre better off paying online or calling the call center.Update: No one ever reached out 💁
Lol these reviews look like lies made by employees... so I just signed up here never been inside did it over the phone and I walk in about 7 minutes before they close to get my insurance card and I’m given rude looks by each of the three girls when I walk inside for the whole 3 minutes I’m in there lol the energy here is ugly I wish I didn’t give them my service

I was new to Texas when I got my auto insurance through A-Max, they found me a relatevely low rate but when its time to pay the balance you will see 100 dollar extra thats for their commission in addistion to what you already owe for the insurance. And when you decide to cancel your policy for whatever reason you have come to same location to do so. Its just too much work and extra money.

The service there is really bad went in for a quote today 7/18/2017 and we waited and waited and waited while there was three people working and one training and never got assistance at all. They just told us will be right.

I most write this review because I have already spend way too much time dealing with poor customer service from this location.After being seven years customer they really disappointment me today with this new management I guess, I was talking to her and asking her about her name she hung up the phone on my face and I tried to call her again and asked for a corporation number she says she cannot provide me and she hung up the phone on my face again I dont recommend this location with this poor customer service when the manager acts like this just imagine how the other employees are.

I pay by phone and believe me, what makes a difference the person who attended me to the ladies who are in the store, I think that if they do not want to work, they better stay at home or get ready because they charge for copies that one asks for from their insurance when In another place of the same company do not grab it, ask for information well before signing a paper to me, it happened to me that is why I comment this not what they do not know that the customer comes first

And abenida k Really the people who serve in this place give very bad service I have very little time with the service and I do not like the service they give and if when each person enters they make faces and for everything they charge to I was charged for the policy sheets for every 1 sheet sometimes I dont even want to ask anything because I just think youre going to want to charge for every question I ask 🤔but Im already looking elsewhere🙄
