This spot is on the pricier side, but it’s the best service I’ve had in a while! Pedicure was outstanding. My nail technician gave a great foot and calf massage, and the massage chair was also amazing and had lots of settings! I made an appointment but was able to get in same day an hour later. I do not understand all the negative reviews and was almost initially dissuaded from going because of them. It’s a very nice facility, quiet and calming ambiance, and appears clean and efficient. Highly recommend!

Went in as my family was running errands. Super fast, super unfriendly, sub par job, packed like sardines. The people do not even say hi or thank you. Was hoping to find my place for nails on mi, moving on

These people did an absolutely terrible job on my nails (see pics): Didnt remove the old polish, clumsy application of the new polish, and at least one cut (that they did not even bother apologizing for). There are dozens of other options for mani/pedis nearby. Choose ANY of them over this one. I am sure it will be cheaper as well!

Update: Im very pleased with the customer service. I was invited back to fix the color free of charge which is very nice.Nail techs did not listen. I asked twice for shellac on my toes so they would match my fingers. Just painted my toes a semi matching color anyway... since I had shellac machines on my lap, I couldnt see till it was too late. Tried to up sell a better pedicure. I asked how long the massage was with the regular pedicure. She said ten minutes. So I said Ill just stick with that then. I got about a full minute and she didnt scrub the heel on my second foot either. My arms were massaged, but not my hands. My cuticles werent clipped, and it was 70 dollars. These are things I shouldnt be complaining about for 70 dollars. Q nails is less and you get way more...

Ive been here a few times with a friend over the past couple years, usually got pretty good manipedis each time but my last experience a couple months ago convinced me to never go back. First I noticed all their tools at the stations were now being stored in autoclave bags that were not sealed and had clearly not gone through an autoclave, so actual sterility unknown. That particular manicure was just ok and I had thick spots on the tips of some nails so I wrote in a pretty mediocre tip on my bill and the woman at the register rang up my bill and DOUBLED my tip, which I didnt notice until looking at my final receipt after leaving. After that experience I just dont trust this place and wont be returning.

I really wanted to like this place. It is so convenient! Sadly, it has been horrible experience after horrible experience. The first appointment was a pedicure and the woman apparently forgot about me? I sat in the chair for over 20 minutes soaking while she took another customer. When she finally got to me she just painted my nails and left. Then they ended up charging me for the premium service.The next time I came in for an eyebrow wax and the woman dropped wax in my ear. When she was cleaning the wax out of my ear she dropped oil all over my clothes.I understand the first two instances can be summed up to being busy and just making a mistake but the last experience was the final straw.I went in to get an eyebrow wax and the woman waxed off half of one of my eyebrows. I literally had one and a half eyebrows. The worst part is that she tried to hide it from me. She just kept saying I need to let my eyebrows grow more and rushed me out of the room. I didnt even notice until I had gotten in the car to drive home.Thats when I decided I cant keep giving this establishment money for shoddy work and poor customer service.

My friend and I went here for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. Nice ladies, great color options, seats were comfortable and the place is nice and roomy! Will be back. Thank you!

Going to Premier Nails is a great treat that I look forward to! They have the cleanest practices as they use new plastic covers for the foot soak for each person, use new buffers, files, etc. They make a fill and a pedicure a relaxing experience rather than just a boring must do thing. The massage, warm wax, and special care all add to an already amazing pedicure and manicure or fill. The technicians are kind, friendly and do an excellent job. The atmosphere is lovely, the magazines plentiful and the service is great! You do pay a little extra to get this great service, but due to the cleanliness and extra time spent making your treatment special I think it is definitely worth it! I have been there many times and am looking forward to my appointment this afternoon!

Completely disappointed in our service. My friend and I have been to this salon numerous times before and have had enjoyable experiences, but today we felt disrespected. Our service was rushed through, and although the salon was nearly empty we felt like we were a burden to the staff.

I love this place so much! Nina is the absolute best manicurist and Kim gives perfect pedicures ever time. Those two ladies are the reasons why I keep coming back 100% of the time.

I really want to give 5 stars. Just got another shellac manicure, within 3 days 5 are already chipped and look horrible. this is so frustrating.

The girl who did my pedicure was amazing she is worth going back for sure, however I dont think I ever will, the woman who did my manicure was terrible, she didnt even get my nail polish off completely before putting on the shellac. The shellac was applied sloppily and haistly all over my cuticle. The atmosphere was also very uncomfortable, every one seemed to yelling at each other.

Just did manicure in this premier nail salon. My worst manicure ever! The girl who did it was very new to that business for sure and other manicurist had to correct her all the times, In addition to that they a bit to pushy with selling their spa pedicure... pic attached, see their work yourself

Terrible Service. Ive been to this place a few times before for eyebrows and they were decent. Today, unfortunately, the girl who did my eyebrows, messed up their shape. I always had an arch like shape, she converted it to a flat line above my eyes, it looks funny. Will take weeks to look normal again. In addition to this horror, i got my underarms and legs waxed, I had to teach her how to do waxing. She was applying wax against the direction of hair and pulling the wax strip in the direction of hair. The strip wasnt able to get hair out and she repeatedly kept trying to pull it. It was a horrible painful experience, worst waxing experience ever. I had to repeatedly tell her to apply wax downward in the direction of hair on my legs and pull the strip upwards. Like this was not enough, they asked if i wanted to tip her, I said no and they asked whats wrong, i explained them everything. No apology nothing, they are supposed to pay me in return for training their employee. Worst place for waxing.

I have been to a number of nail spas before but this one beats them all in terms of worst customer service. For one, the manager/ lady who manages the front desk is super rude. Looked like she was just interested in getting as many customers as possible and finishing up the services asap. The staff seemed friendly but she always hurried them (pedicure took a meagre 10 mins instead of 30 mins for a whopping $35) resulting in a bad service and a worst experience. I wanted to go relax but ended up stressing about a mere pedicure !

I live next door so go here very often. Theyve upped their services to offer more massages/premium services but the prices went up too so ensure if you dont want to pay more you ask for a standard mani/pedi. They are one of the best salons Ive found in Seattle Area, my shellac always looks great and so does my nail shape. There are times my shellac chips too soon after service however Ive found that it depends on polish type. I also get my eyebrows done here, its what youd expect for a nail salon wax, sometimes the shape is ideal other times its more of a hair removal and less of a shape. The ambience is nice, with great music and usually theyre very accommodating, the manager/owner runs a tight ship and always in tuned with whats going on to ensure youre getting customer service.

I have been to salons all over the US and they are the best.

This salon is always trying to rip you off! Came in with my daughter and they ruined her eyebrow shape and then wanted to charge again to fix it. Women are not very welcoming, angling for tips, avoid this place.

Beautiful place, and the staff were extremely sweet and did a great job.

The nail painters are constantly talking and asking you if you would like more. Very expensive.

They were ok, but my nail chipped as I was paying and they refused to fix it, that was disappointing.

The girls treat me like a queen. Its pricey but worth it!!
