The place is really nice, the staff is very helpful, possess great knowledge about tires and wheels, the front desk is very helpful, I was there recently and bought four set of tires and wheels and was super satisfied with their customer service. Had a wonderful experience I’m the executive chef at a restaurant I went Perez tires tires I purchased some 20 inch wheels that was horrible couldn’t go on vehicle correctly they didn’t even screw my lug nuts on correctly so I chose to take them off at this shop rite price wheels and the experience was unbelievable they helped out so much even sold me the wheels that fit perfectly the car doesn’t even shake no more waiting at this shop is worth it’s because the work is done correctly and perfect plus the owner is very respectful and helpful and charged me based on the work not based on what they think has to be done in thank you

Went in to get tires. I cant remember the salesman name at this time but he was not pushy. Total time spent putting the tires on alignment and balanced. 1.5 hours. I paid exactly what the salesman and i agreed on. Shop at rite price tires first.

Quick, easy, and affordable. I visited Rite Price a few months ago for a quick flat fix so when I needed to get 4 new tires I knew exactly where to go.

I originally went in to get my tire plugged after walking out of work to find I had a flat. I already had an appointment to go look at tires and wheels some where else so I didn’t want to purchase a new tire or used tire. While I was in there I noticed that they offered a finance option for tires and wheels which is what I was already going to do with the other location I was going to. I asked about it & Mini (who by the way is super sweet and welcoming) helped me through the process of signing up to see if we were eligible for the financing option, which literally took 2 minutes to do. Once we were approved my husband went in a few hours later and chose the tires and wheels he wanted. That SIMPLE.Anyways, back to my flat tire, after having one of her service men check my tire they came to the conclusion that the tire was too badly damaged to plug it & it would be a bigger risk to let me leave with a damaged plugged tire. Mini allowed us to use one of their used tires while we waited for our new tires & wheels to come in.We started the process on Tuesday night & by Monday the next week our tires and wheels were at Rite Price ready to be put on my car. Again, THAT SIMPLE!We have nothing but good things to say about Mini & her husband. They provided amazing customer service from start to finish.

New owners are scammers. I had 4 brand new tires in the trunk. Had to explain 4 different times I did not want to buy tires. Insisted I needed an alignment because its been over a year. Which the car sat in the driveway all year. Car drove straight as an arrow there. If I dare let go of the wheel now it will go left hard and fast. Gonna have a shop look at it tomorrow. Plus it took 1 1/2 hours. I wish I knew it wasnt Freds shop. My mistake never go here. See Fred

Worse place to change your tires, the first time I being there they just live my car outside open with the key inside nobody call me or text me anything it’s suppose they close at 5pm but they just close the store 1pm without call anybody. At the second time I being there they try to do the same thing just leave my car outside but at this time I didn’t pay before that’s why they call me. I really don’t recommend this place they are not professional.

Dropped in without an appointment late last Saturday afternoon with a slow leak on the left rear tire of my new car. I was greeted instantly with professionalism and respect. As promised, they had my car up on the lift in 15 minutes, showed me exactly what caused the issue while fixing swiftly, and kept well under their initial price quote. This is now my new Tire Shop for all 3 of my cars, and I will be telling everybody I know to do the same. Go visit Minnie, Keith, Tex, and Louis. They will definitely take care of you!

Great, honest people. I am a single female and don’t want to think about how many times mechanics have taken advantage of my ignorance. The people who run Tires and Wheels are beyond professional and kind.In the past, when I thought my tires needed to be replaced, they told me no. That could have been an easy sale, but they were honest and even educated me a bit about tire wear and tear. They now squeezed me in for a cracked tire and are working with me to find the best solution, even though this poor guy is running around like a mad man, trying to take care of everyone. I have purchased my tires here in the past and intend to do so for the rest of my driving career. They treat everyone who walks through their doors with respect. I highly recommend them!!!

The owner is very disrespectful and very Rude. so not happy. I bought all brand new four new tires from them, and I replaced the same top back tire twice within a week, and then all of a sudden the rim is cracked. So then today I brought the car back to them and had them take the tire off so I can get the rim welded and when I call the guy to ask him where the crack is in the rim he got an attitude and he hung up on me. Thats very unprofessional.

I stopped in looking for a set of gold wheels for my wrx . They didnt have any I liked on display so needless to say after working with the owners for about 1.5 weeks trying to find the right style wheels, they made tons of call to different wheel companies for specs to go bigger fixment . I stopped in to get a valve replaced for one of my wheels because another tire shop screwed up this shop replaced and fixed my problem in 2 minutes and while I was there I decided to do a wheel alignment. They got me in and out in 30 minutes and the mechanic did an outstanding job getting in right on the money this was my 3rd alignment this month the other 2 shops did not get right but right price tire did love the way the car drives now 2018 lexus ls500 f sport....thanks guys

For years I bought all my tires online, and had the local gas station mount and balance them for $50, but not anymore. A friend suggested I give Fred at Tires & Wheels a try, and I am very happy I did.I have had all of my vehicles tires replaced by Fred at Tires & Wheels and have been 100% satisfied. Just got my pick-up tires replaced (Good Year Wranglers), mounted, and balanced, with new valve stems and a front end alignment for $75 less than buying the tires alone from the least expensive tire warehouses on the internet.The tires are less than 2 months old (49the week of 2011) from manufacturing date, unlike the tires you receive from the larger, well know tire stores.I really cant even imagine that Fred would ever sell someone a used tire on the premise that it was a new tire. Fred gave me a great price on 4 new Good Year Wranglers, new valve stems, mount & balance, and 4 wheel alignment, but $$ is tight for me right now, and Fred let me get 2 tires one week, and the other 2 tires a couple weeks later. I paid 50% of the agreed price one week, and the other 50% another week, and Fred did the alignment on the first visit. No one else would do that!! No Way, No How!!I know of at least 5 people who have gone to Tires & Wheels and have been 100% satisfied. I know I will never go elsewhere.Thanks Fred!!!!

Stopped in to get some tires and an alignment gentleman Keith helped me out very good guy, left out when I was finished jumped on the highway and boy oh boy my car just flew from the third lane to the first Lane in a matter of 2.2 seconds so basically he never did the alignment, went back to get the alignment actually done and for the second time now the alignment has not been corrected!!!😡 Other than that great work guys!

Called them ahead of time. They told me they had the rim I need for my vehicle. When I showed up the said I called the wrong number then when I confirmed it was the right number. So he had his guy look again they found the used rim with a tire on it and wouldnt let me buy just one had to buy four. Completely useless company

A waste of my money. I came in to have my tires balanced. They took the key to my car, the guy adjusted the seat and rolled the windows down (not a big deal) but he almost hit something pulling it into the shop, and other customers were allowed to walk around my car and look inside it and basically inspect my car. After they were finished working on it they haphazardly pulled my car out and parked it in the middle of the parking lot. When the guy came in to ring me out he didnt hand me my key back, he then left for 5 mins and then came back to give me my receipt, so as I was leaving I asked if the key was in the car he said yes. He left my car unlocked and running right next to a sign saying they werent responsible for theft! If they arent going to be held responsible for theft then dont leave my car running while you still have to ring me out... It still gets worse, he had turned the air conditioning on full blast WITH THE WINDOWS STILL DOWN (when I came in A/C was not on, I didnt even have the fan on). Not only did these people take my money but now they have wasted a large chunk of my gas tank. Overall my experience here was terrible. They were rude and unprofessional. They lack the respect of other peoples property and need to understand that they cant treat other individuals cars like their own. It is safe to say that I will never be coming here again.

The people working there arent the greatest at driving standard. Really got watch that they are doing the proper alignment for awd. Which is to set and align the rear first then then front. Other than that front desk employer is good.

BEWARE!!! This place is shady! Dropped off my car for a simple wheel swap, balancing and alignment, was supposed to take an hour. I stopped by for some pizza in a store a mile away and I see my car being driven in by a customer. They gave my car to some random person to drive when I wasnt there!!!!!!!! When I approached the owner he told me to go ---- myself. Beware of this place. Never go there.

I got a flat tire just leaving Route 8 On a rainy day and they saved me. Fixed my tire and charged me nothing. Super friendly service that will bring me back in the future for sure and will have all my recommendations.

Went there to have them remove 2 stuck lug nuts on my truck, which they did quick but then when I asked for a replacement the guy put the wrong lug on and just torqued it down with the Impact gun. Now I have one ruined wheel stud on both my rear tires. Not that big a deal but pretty annoying to me.

Ive been coming to this place for months. For alignments and tire swaps, pretty decent service. Until about 3 weeks ago when we had our first snow storm. Went to for a tire swap from all season to snow tires. Idk what they were thinking when they used the wrong machine to mount my tires onto my aluminum rims!! They were supposed to use the plastic cover, they used the metal! All of my rims got scratched! And I just have bought them months ago. I made sure to never get any type of road rash etc. so for these people to do this to me. I am surely never to come back again. Any ideas of how I dhou proceed with this ? Should I get a lawyer an attorney? Go back there and curse them out and try to get an reimbursement?
