I really like being able to directly contact him with a question instead of a form online or email that gets lost in my inbox. He makes every effort to make sure I’m getting what I need like reviewing my coverage everyone once in awhile to make sure I’m getting a good rate and takes care of everything short of me accepting updated terms. Every time he’s reached out to me it’s been in order to help me out so I don’t worry about making a mistake and having a lapse in coverage which used to cause struggle and worry. I recommended him to my friend and she reported how happy she was as well.

When Patrice Shepard was with this company they did a great job and were in contact with me every few months to see how things were going. Since she left they just dont seem to care about their clients. I have not heard from them in over 2 years. They just collect their commission check from the insurance company and dont bother with their customers anymore. I would not recommend them and will be looking to find a new agency before my policy expires. They need to take a long hard look at the state of their customer service and how it has fallen over the past few years.
