Chris is a great example of an Insurance Agent who knows and understands his clients. Initially I was quoted a rate and found it didnt work for me. The next day, Chris called me and introduced himself explaining that he was a local Agent and could work on getting me some discounts. The same day he replied to me and offered me a great rate given the coverage I was looking for. Chris was great until about a year ago. After multiple emails and voicemails left (one year ago), quit responding. Asked to switch agents and didnt even bother to find out why.I have to call the corporate number to get anything done.Update to the generic reply leftvThis was the existing problem with Christopher, not after I asked to switch... and why I asked to switch agents. As stated... Didnt even bother to call and ask why or attempt to keep my business. Still no follow up 1 year later and zero attempts by anyone at liberty mutual to resolve the issue or assign a new agent. Leaving and going back to previous insurance carrier.

This is not an insurance agent. He is what is called a producer, a sales person who only brings in customers: He is helpful at first while you are shopping policies then provides no further assistance and answers no questions once they have your money. Good luck trying to reach this person if you have a question or problem with your policy. Look elsewhere. Liberty Mutual is the worst.
