This was my first time getting insurance by myself, so initially I was a little nervous, but Jennifer and Sarah made the entire process very easy. They explained everything very well and and went into great detail about how everything was going to work. And also, they are literally some of the friendliest people I have ever talked to. I had never met them in my life and they made it seem like we had known each other for years. GREAT service and GREAT price! Highly recommend this team!

Still owes me over $3,500! Never signed up for this agent. Was assigned by State Farm. Called to cancel agency and get a new one from State Farm and she got salty. Cancelled my policy. Only found out last week when I filed a claim. Denied claim and still have never refunded my premiums. Filed complaint against them with Dept. Of Insurance. Lot’s of great State Farm agents...JUST NOT THIS ONE

UPDATE: I canceled my insurance with this agency over 9 months ago. They are STILL contacting me and leaving voicemails for me to call them back. I have no intentions of calling them back and have now had to block their number.If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a State Farm customer for 10 years and switched to this agency in 2016. I have had nothing but problems with them from the day one. They have charged me for things they cant explain and have increased my premium for hail storms and distracted driving.. I have never received a traffic violation or been in a hail storm. They have even sent me checks, then called me back and told me not to cash them. The amount of incompetency at this agency is unreal. They do a horrible job of explaining anything and everything. I finally dropped them. Best decision Ive made.

Have been a Statefarm customer for over 10 years. They cancelled my insurance last month when an automatic debit payment did not go through since my credit card had been renewed. They sent a non descript letter on the last day, without a single phone call or email. I could have been driving for months without finding out that my insurance was cancelled. She is perhaps the most irresponsible agent I have met.

They increased my premium for more than 40% without any reason, there was no accident, no fault at all, It was mistake from their side, completely unprofessional .Because of it I have to leave state farm and switch to other company which does not overcharge their long time customer .

They wont stop spamming me with phone calls to sign up with them, to a landline that is on the do not call list. Shady outfit...
