I have been with several different insurance agencies in the past few years. I must say, this is the first agency where I felt so warm and welcomed by the agent. She took her time to explain everything to me, and then patiently assisted me in getting the coverage that was best for my budget. Not only does Allstate have the best agents, but the benefits to their programs are so rewarding. I purchased auto insurance and renters insurance with the company, signed up for their DriveWise program, and a few months later, I received a check in the mail...for my good driving! This has been my first experience buying insurance through an agency rather than buying directly from a company like Geico etc. With that said I couldnt have come across a better insurance agency to start out with.My Agent Samir has been fantastic to work with, he handled the initial quote with great thoughtfulness and made excellent suggestions on how I could save on my auto and home policies. He is also very responsive to any questions I have anytime. I have to say it is great to have consistently great support from a team that cares about your business rather than a large corporation with a call center filled with employees that probably dont care much about an individuals business.
