This place has been amazing. The front office has truly been great to work with. They are very attentive and I can honestly say they care. The maintenance guys are always helpful and they go out of their way to fix the problem. James the office manager is always super nice and any time I’ve had questions he is always happy to help. Great community and pretty calm neighbors. Amenities are also probably the best I’ve had. Definitely recommend

I can hear almost every bump from upstairs, and my next door neighbors have booming bass they play every night (11pm on) that travels through two walls into my room so I hear it loud and clear even with white noise. I signed this lease because I was promised a quiet environment several times. It was the most important thing to me as I am extremely sensitive to noise. Quiet Hours seem to not exist at all, and there seems to not be a fix for the noise since I’m not in the first building. I’ve sent roughly 7 noise complaints since I’ve been here and things only get better for maybe a few days if I’m lucky. I’m pretty much at the end of my rope when it comes to solutions. People with normal working hours or a general fondness of a good sleep schedule beware!

Ive been here for a month and am very happy. My wing is very quiet, neighbors are very courteous, the grounds are very well kept, and the staff are friendly and professional. I do wish other people cleaned up after their pets better, but thats the only negative so far!

Everyone is so nice of this property three open here for over a year and I’ve had no issues. As soon as I put in any request and get it done right away. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The services that are included help so much since I go out of town a lot. They have pet walkers on propertyasite for when I go out of town and I don’t have to worry about my dog.Love the staff. So friendly and professional. They make me feel welcome every day!

Everyone is friendly, but they insist on playing FOC news 24 hours a day on the lobby tv and it’s too bad they choose such a divisive channel when they have such a diverse population of residents.

•Stellar maintenance turn around time•I got home last night and it was about 50 something degrees outside & my heater wasn’t working (Which I never have issues here so I knew they would take care of this). I put a work order in at almost midnight and they called FIRST thing in the morning and came to fix it ! They care if their tenants freeze ❄️Rent here they’re awesome. Worth the money.

I have been here only a few months, but from the amenities, the neighborhood and the AMAZING staff, there is no comparison !! The team goes above and beyond.... They are the BEST and I appreciate all they have done for me to make me feel at home.

If you want a great place to live in Plano, The Bridge at Heritage Creek is it. I have been living here for almost a year and I love it. I love the floor plan and I love my apartment from the hard wood floors to to stainless steel appliance. The property is always clean and I feel very safe here. The office staff has always been great. We especially the assistant manager Crystal. Oh and I can’t leave out the maintenance crew.

It is always a pleasure working with them.Definitely the best apartment complex I have ever lived in!

Extremely nice apartments. So many nice floor plans to choose from. Love the gym, it has plenty of equipment to use. The pool is also a nice size so plenty of people can have fun.

The people in the office are rude! I didnt even continue my application because I could hear the 2 ladies talking about me and what I had on. I work overnight and went straight to the complex when I got off so I wouldnt have to drive all the way back across town. But apparently I wasnt dressed like I could afford to live there.

Moved in when they were brand new, great place to live. Lots of amenities in the buildings that work all the time. The grounds are well maintained and clean, as is everything else. The Valet Living service offers so much to help out with anything you need, cleaning, trash, laundry, pets and more.The staff here, Amy, Crystal and James, are the best in the business. They know their tenants by name and go out of their way to help. The only time I needed service was on my dryer, and it was fixed the same day.You cant go wrong living here, so much to offer at a great price!

Awesome place to live!!Ive been here about a year and a half, and I couldnt have picked a better property. Maintenance is quick to respond to any problems (which are rare) and everyone in the leasing office is so friendly and respectful.. They make you feel like youre family. I couldnt recommend a better home than here.

Lived here for a year. This was definitely one of the much better places ive lived in. Being a relatively newer apartment complex there are very few issues I cant think of.The management and valet living folks are very helpful and try their best to accommodate your requests.Unlike other communities, I wasnt charged absurd move out cleaning fees or anything like that.I would definitely recommend living here.

I came here needing an apartment quickly and the staff here sense my urgency and honest need and they did everything I needed in a quick fashion. They checked on me after I moved in to make sure that I was comfortable and please with my apartment . They got me in something that I now love and call home. Always greet me weird a smiling face and eager to help.

I visit there from time to time and it is a very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Moved in September 2017 before the apartments were complete. Could not have asked for a better living experience. Sometimes they provide breakfast in the leasing office, which is really nice. Staff is very nice and personable. Amenities are plentiful. Check them out. Definitely recommended.

These are great apartments in a great area. They are new and everything is clean and without any issues, also the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others. lovely place to live...super service and personnel!

Section 8 housing with a premium price. Property is unsafe. Management is unavailable 24 hours a day as they advertise. Many hidden expenses, poor quality construction. Every time it rains your roof will leak. Parking $95 extra a month. If you rent a premium apartment here they’ll treat you like royalty. If not, you’re better off paying 28% interest on a mortgage to buy a house. Steer clear of this danger zone. They threaten even their elderly residents.

These are apartments in a great area. They are new and location is just about as prime as prime can get! Easy access to highways and main streets make commuting the area a breeze.This place is quiet and has lots of facilities, worth the price..

Absolutely love this place. My wife and I lived here for a little over a year. The property is very clean, quiet and the office staff is great to work with. Maintenance was always quick to address anything we needed. Its also in a great location. Right next to Rodeo Goat and a short drive to the DART should you choose to use public transportation. Sadly we had to relocate due to work. Well miss this place.

We have been at the bridge for about eight months now and do not want to leave. These are apartments are like no where else we have been before there so clean and accessible. The location is perfect right off of George Bush and 75 with everything you need within 5 miles. The best part is the management at the bridge will treat you like family and go above and beyond if any problems arise.Needless to say we don’t plan on leaving anytime soon, and have been happy to call the bridge are home.

This was my first home when I moved to DFW. I’ve watched the community grow and be revitalized. It’s a great place to during all the growth the neighborhood is experiencing.

Nice amenities but too far away if not in main building.WARNING: Required to pay $67/mth for Valet Living service.However, if you dont own a top of the line Samsung phone or iPhone, you cannot utilize the package delivery service.....but you MUST PAY for it anyway????Your only remedy is to sue for the total amount in small claims court.Continuous roof leaks in first floor hallways due to construction defects and substandard repairs.

Listen... I dont normally leave reviews, but I felt the need to for future residents. I have honestly loved my stay here and am saddened for having to relocate. The amenities are top notch and the kind you find in uptown Dallas areas. Location is just about as prime as prime can get! Easy access to highways and main streets make commuting the area a breeze. The monthly resident events really greatly bring the community together. Maintenance does an outstanding job tending to service calls and request by residents. This is a beautiful apartment complex. I was passing by it when it caught my eye and I thought I had to check it out. The staff were all professional and wonderful! This complex has beautiful and unique facilities. Olivia was able to find me 2 apartments that were ready for immediate move in (which was very important for me). The units we were shown were beautiful with stainless steel appliances and other gorgeous features. I looked at multiple other places, but the Bridge was the only one that stood out to me and met all my needs. I am so thankful to have been able to sign a lease here!

My current apartment search began and ended with The Bridge. The entire experience more than exceeded my expectations. I initially called and set my appointment with Deirdre. My first impression of her was fabulous on the phone. I was excited to meet in person and tour the complex. Deirdre made my priorities hers. It was very clear she was working all angles of possibilities, while sticking to a comfortable price for our budget. She went out of her way to not only answer my questions, but to lay out all options for us, and was timely in responding to emails. I made a couple visits to the complex, and Deirdre was patient and accommodating. Personally, I work in a similar field, and its refreshing to meet someone who is trustworthy, transparent, personable, and willing to go the extra mile(s) to make sure the customer is comfortable and their needs are being met. We wont be moving in until late July, but we are very excited and looking forward to being residents at The Bridge. Everyone I spoke with during my initial research and then application process was extremely pleasant and friendly. The apartments are new (complex built early 2017) and they certainly feel like it. Construction quality didnt appear to be sub-standard, but Ive only looked at 2 models so far. I especially like that the shower heads are up high (not sitting at 5 feet). And while theyre not the absolute cheapest around, most apartments of that standard are right around the same price, and this one seems to go beyond what I saw at other locations as far as quality is concerned. Because of that, I think its an excellent value for what youre paying!

I’ve been living here with my family for a little over 2 years, it’s very quiet and very clean and safe environment. My sister and I visited two other apartment communities before we visited The Bridge. We should have just went to The Bridge first! We were immediately greeted, or questions were answered, the information was available. After touring the property we could not leave without applying. Absolutely amazing to look at! These apartments are so new and nice! Does not look like a lot of the other new apartments that seem cheap and rushed to be built. The facilities are even nicer in person, the pictures dont do it justice and the apartments themselves are amazing. The kitchen is my favorite part along with the large walk in shower. Amber is a great leasing agent, so helpful, down to earth and sweet. Made this an easy choice! And the special they had running made all the difference! Cant wait to move in.

The Bridge at Plano is a wonder property. Amber gave me a tour of the property and you can tell the upkeep is top notch, the grounds were so clean! The property is new and is upscale. Amber was also very helpful on the phone and took the time to stay late to walk me through every question I had, Ive decided to apply!

I have not rented an apartment in over 20 years and the experience with all the staff as been awesome. Amber and Natalie have been awesome with my transition and this property is new and it is beautiful. It is centrally located so access to major highways and social activities are just minutes away. My wife’s friend at Smart City Apartment Locators told her about this place and I’m so glad he did! We checked it out and spoke to the helpful leasing agents, and signed our lease the same day. We had a few other options that we were comparing but this was definitely far from the competition. The community is beautiful, has a lot of facilities, and looks very well maintained. We’re very excited to move in in a few weeks and call this our new home!!

The apartment complex is very clean, well kept, and aesthetically pleasing. There are many different floor plans to choose from so picking one out that fits your needs is easy and convenient. The location is also very convenient for its very close to George Bush but not in a heavily busy area so traffic and noise pollution isnt an issue.

Although I knew I had more communities to see during my week, those other apartments had large shoes to fill.The gym, pool and clubhouse areas are great amenoties to have.I was very fortunate to have Amber assist me and give me a tour. The Bridge at Heritage Creekside was first on the list for me to visit, and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience! My second time visiting was to take measurements, and the staff was very accommodating and let me take my time going through making sure I got everything I needed. I am a current resident and if I could rate them less than 1 star I would.The Bridge at Heritage Creekside are some crooks. Luring you in with courtesy and as soon as you become a resident they want to surprise you with fee’s that they refuse to remove or reduce as they stated they would. You are not a valued resident. They only see you as income. There is a way for you to have business but at the same time make the resident feel valued, cared for, comfortable and a priority but they absolutely drop the ball when it comes to them making sure you are ok. Most of the staff are nonchalant and ready to pass the buck. Ive encountered problem after problem since I moved here and my issues will definitely be addressed. I am not one to be pushed into a corner and this property has not yet heard the end of my high dissatisfaction with the staff and the apartment. The apartments have no luxury, and are poorly maintenanced. I have requests that I have asked be completed multiple times that are still unattended to. The apartments are paper thin. I hear every car that passes by day and night. Valet living is an excuse to charge you another huge monthly fee. The cleaning service is laughable. No enforced parking, guests are free to block you in your garage with no repercussion. Management is not management, the regional is the invisible boss that does not care and is not properly involved.The worst apartment community I have EVER encountered.I resent moving here 100%!

Quiet and beautiful apartments with friendly staff. When I get issues, they are always responsive and resolve them very well.

These apartments were beautiful! When I visited for a tour, the staff were very friendly and helpful. My favorite parts were the gym and the kitchen! The kitchen is so spacious, and theres so many cabinets!

The Bridge at Heritage Creek ApartmentNice looking outside and in, There is a great community area with state of art workout stations including a punching station.
