This place is amazing. The staff and maintenance team is exceptional. I loved living here. I had to move because the prices got too high for me.
I lived in this community for about 4 years, and my experience here was no less than exceptional ; the management team was good especially Kelly 😊 … and the maintenance team was Wonderful. A big shout-out for Josh and Dee !! Josh was so friendly and awesome that after moving out from Camden I miss the service and maintenance team the most.The way team handled Winter storm calamity was better than many others in the area..The only other side which I see is the increase in rent after lease expiration… which makes the rent much higher than the other communities in the neighborhood.
The grounds are well-maintained property is clean the apartment area is quiet your rent includes high-speed internet and spectrum TV. In all I dont think you could do much better. Management and maintenance are very responsive.
The management team is wonderful. Eloy, Kelly and Kalesha are all eager to make tenants happy. Camden should really pay attention to this team. In addition, Josh in maintenance is such a hard worker and always smiling even in 110 degree weather. The location is very safe and is located next to a trail and a park.
A shout out for Maintenance Tech Stephen. He went beyond the call of duty in repairing our ceiling fan. When he was done and gone we figured out that he had taken the time to replace our original pull knobs at the exact lengths we had them at on the original fan. Thank you, Stephen!
I’ve been living here a few months and I love it! Management is very quick to respond to my emails and very helpful in all questions I have. The ground are beautiful and well kept which is a bonus. I absolutely love it!
We are beyond satisfied with our decision making in becoming residents of the Camden Legacy Creek community.The community is well maintained. We have easygoing and friendly neighbors. Most importantly the office staff is wonderful. They are friendly, attentive and CARE about the residents. Great employees and brand ambassadors build a great foundation for culture. They all represent that.They all deserve kudos for all they do!
It has been great interacting with Kalesha! She is such a joy to work with as needs arise, but also she is just so much fun and thoughtful! The Camden staff are great! Theyre amazingly friendly. I got a great apartment and a great price.My experience with Camden was GREAT from the day I walked in for information, every staff member I worked with was amazing. When looking for the perfect place to live and considering I was coming from a 4 bedroom home due to a divorce, it came down to having to decide between 2 properties: ultimately the deciding factor of choosing Camden was Andy, the leasing agent.. and yes, I made the RIGHT choice, The entire property, its environment, interior, amenities, management, staff, the class of tenants and last but not least my apartment: quality first rate! Thank you, Andy, for going out of your way in helping me to make the right decision... bottom line you did answer in detail any of my (literally) dozens of questions in a patient and really professional manner - and all to a mom in distress fullest satisfaction. After I moved in Andy again was very helpful in following up by making sure that my move-in and settling-in was as efficient and smooth as possible. Well with good blessings my divorce was final and I was given the opportunity to move back to my home. Camden understood my situation and stood by there guarantee!!! Thanks!!
It is a long over due comment. We have been living here for over 6 months. We have nothing but excellent experience. The community is great, quiet, private, safe, and clean. The amenities are awesome with new appliances were ready for us when we moved in. The staffs are excellent not only at the office but also the maintenance team. We feel like we are being treated like a family member of the community which make us feel being appreciated and cared of. They care about our concerns and requests. It does not take more than 8 hrs for our request to be responded and addressed in a very professional manner. For instance, because of our busy schedule, we forgot about air filter, but the staffs came to replace it anyway and reminded us that it has been about 3 months and their calendar showed that it has not been changed. They often has treats at the office and encourage residents to come. I mean how awesome it is to have someone cares about you. I have nothing but happiness staying here. I hope that the staffs keeps up with the great service and we will stay here until our family grows too big that the apartment is not able to hold us anymore ;)
Its been a great experience staying at Camden legacy Creek. I have stayed for an year and I must share that the complete maintenance team and the manager for the community are excellent in their job and cooperative to every resident. Timeliness and cleanliness has always been maintained. Great place to stay😊👍
Honestly every apartment I have lived at has been just ok until this place! It has it all including amenities, helpful staff, and in such a safe location! Could not ask for more out of an apartment complex. I have never truly left a google review until this but the apartment manger Rachel definitely deserved a 5 star review for her assistance over one of my packages. Will definitely be re signing my lease here.
Had a good experience viewing the property here. The staffs are very professional and responsive unlike other apartments in this area. Although I didnt sign here a lease here, I appreciate the level of customer they provide here.
Dinasy was welcoming from the start. She was the main reason we came back and decided to move in. The layout of the complex is great. The new dog park is awesome. It is the quietest apartment complex I have ever lived in. Every one that works in this community is super helpful and friendly. It is so far a great place to live.
My wife and I lived here like 6 years ago, we moved for a couple years but after that we came back 2 years ago to this apartment and cant be happier, we love this community, the maintenance staff is always been amazing and always keep the community clean, the leading office people have been helpful and in this time of crisis, we have seen them hands on practicing safety sanitation practices in the buildings, the corporate office did something really nice, they gave back to residents who were struggling due to the COVID19 pandemic, we definitely love living in Candem Legacy Creek apartments, 100% recommend to live here

Absolutely wonderful experience prior to renting. The staff is well informed and very courteous. Dinasy was very helpful, pleasant to talk with and played by the rules. Truly a fantastic showing. Even the maintenance guy, Matt, chipped in and went out of his way to measure the garage dimensions with precision, to be sure my vehicle would fit. Greg was also helpful in being sure I had all the necessary items taken care prior to occupancy. I cant say enough nice things about the whole process.
I agree with all of the comments including the one star ones. The front desk staff have always been great though in difficult circumstances they can get a bit lost. When we first moved here from Houston we got stuck in a mammoth 4 hour traffic jam on I-45 and so we called ahead that we were going to arrive about 15 min late after they closed the office and needed a solution on where to pickup the apartment keys. The managers initial response was that we should just go stay in a hotel. Though one front office staff member fought to work out a solution for us which worked though it cost us a little money. We did arrive 15 min late and ended up having an emergency call out for maintenance to let us into our apartment for $35.Maintenance is very quick and efficient too though NOT friendly. When you move out she charges you for regular wear and tear. I was charged $150 for finger nail scratches on the fridge door. Something which can easily be buffed out with a polisher. I emailed them about their inspection process and how they could have informed us of simple things we could do to avoid their exorbitant move out charges but they never replied to my communication. We moved to Camden legacy park across the road to a larger apartment for not much more money and frankly theyre better. Maintenance is slower there but MUCH friendlier and actually treat you like a customer.
I lived here for 5 years and the experience was exceptional. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I think the longest I ever had a pending maintenance request was 48 hours and that was because they had to order parts. They always kept me informed and updated. I would highly recommend living here!

Dinasy, the leasing agent, was so amazing and helpful and really made me feel welcomed. She was fantastic and a big reason why I want to move in!
Recently moved in. So far I like it. Calm and quiet environment- just like what I wanted. And yes attached garage is a bonus.The staffs were extremely helpful both during the leasing process and even after I moved in and required some help. The welcome kit that was placed in my room when I just moved it was a nice gesture. Thanks Camden team and I hope the journey will be even smoother.Update -Its been over 5 months that I am living here and everything going smooth. The management always willing to help whenever needed. The maintenance staffs are the attraction of this community. They are simply great. The neighbours are good and never had any issues.
I’ve lived in the Camden Legacy Creek community for almost a year now and have had no complaints. The complex itself is very quiet, as are the actual apartment units. I hardly ever hear any of my neighbors, so noise has never been a complaint. The apartments are well maintained, the staff is friendly, and any requests are quickly responded to. I also love that every apartment has its own individual attached garage. There is always plenty of parking left over for guests. I would not hesitate to recommend this community.
This place is in a lovely locale right next to Archgate Park, lot of stores within a mile radius. Great crew of people. They were always welcoming! Big shout-out to Kristina for being on top of everything! Super fast maintenance crew.Only issue I had - This is not a smoke-free community. Non-smokers, beware(especially I had a pregnant woman and a new born during our stay). I had a very peaceful patio view but cant really enjoy it due to a chain smoker neighbor. You also cant walk inside the community sometimes, as there were people smoking in their patios around few blocks.
Although I am not moving to this complex, I wanted to give a shout out to Dinasy for all of her help and warm hospitality during my visit tour. She was knowledgeable and helpful in trying to find a floor plan that worked for me. If only other apartment complexes could have a Dinasy at their offices, it would make the apartment searching experience so much more pleasing and entertainment. She is the true definition of professionalism and I like that she is personable. Keep up the great work!

Great place to move in. Apartment is new with compact rooms suitable for small family with affordable rents. The apartments comes with washer and dryer + internet connection + spectrum tv, which is awesome.
Nice apartment but bit costly. I visited there 3 or 4 times and liked it. Apartments are spacious and nice. Still I do not think its value for money. This is not a gated community, considering the cost of living it should have been more secured than this.
I have been living here since last December and I honestly love it. The location is ideal and the price is great for all that comes with it. The area is very quiet and the neighbors are really nice. Maintenance team is always prompt and nice as well as management. I highly recommend Camden Legacy Creek Apartments!
My husband and I purchased a home out of state this May 2017 and moved out of our one bed, one bath apt at Camden Legacy Creek.After living there for five years we have seen many people including staff come and go. But the standard of excellence by the staff and maintenance led by Pam has never wavered.I loved my time there and wish all the staff well going forward, especially Pam who is not only the best at her job but and all around very nice person.

Resident for 10 months. Nice quiet location, bonus for in unit laundry and attached garage were a big part of the decision to choose Camden Legacy Creek. Great location to shopping, restaurants and entertainment in the Plano/Frisco area.Two well maintained pools, and a workout facility another bonus plus a large park behind the complex.The Staff is fantastic, always a friendly greeting and they are always planning fun activities for the residents.
I used to live at the Camden Legacy Creek Apartments before moving to Oklahoma and I absolutely loved the staff there. Everyone was quick to help and answer all of my questions and the maintenance staff was wonderful. I sorely wish they were up in Edmund so I could have a reliable apartment complex to live in.
Ive been living here since past one year now and recently extended our lease. The leasing office team helped every way to to continue living here. This community is very well maintained and also located next to the Archgate park. I love the service team of our community. Pam is great and she always comes within couple of hours of submitting a service request and fix the problem like a champ. She is like a Superwoman. George is also very helpful and always waves or smiles at you :)
As usual, Matt did it again. I thought that the garage door problem was going to take a while to solve but in less of three hours...Problem solved! Thanks again Matt.

Talking about great service my water heater went out and I called late in the afternoon to report the issue via the service call center on Camdens website period within 5 minutes Matt shows up the maintenance person and checks out the problem. Matt was working after business hours and had a great attitude Im going to help the situation. Matt was working working on the water heater and replacing the internet when the maintenance supervisor Pam arrives. at the apartment to make sure everything is okay. I was amazed how the maintenance supervisor Pam the only stay late but checked on her team to make sure but they were okay. And even though it was late still help Matt replace the water heater. I work apartment communities and 5 far this community is has the best maintenance team in the industry. Thanks for everything! Robert

I visited the complex yesterday and was very impressed. Everything was neat and clean. I also found the office staff to be friendly and knowledgeable.
I have been living at Camden Legacy Creek Apartments for last 2 years and love it here. The location is great because it is very quiet and is very close to my work place. I have found the management team consisting of Dolores, Ruth and Kristina caring, friendly, and very approachable. They have initiated once a month wine and cheese party and breakfast to bring the residents together. They also schedule other get together events such as 4th of July, Halloween to name a few. The maintenance team headed by Pam Reed is also great. She and/or team takes care of the reported problems within 24 hours. Problems can be reported on line or 24/7 phone line.I find apartment facilities with attached garage nice and convenient. Rent can be paid online so that one does not have to worry about forgetting the rent due date and late fees.The apartment complex is situated on a scenic and quiet site with ample parking and several outdoor facilities such as workout room and two swimming pools etc. Facilities are well maintained.One negative aspect to me is my water bill which ranges between $45 to $50 per month. This is regardless of whether I am in town or out of town or country. It will be helpful if the management team can explain to me as to how it is calculated.Based on my overall experience, I will highly recommend this complex to everyone who is in need or looking for making a temporary or permanent home.Dr Ram Agarwal,Sept 13, 2014

As mentioned before, the community is small compared to others locally, but the staffs are first class - maintenance and front office staff - first class all the way around!!!
Very friendly and helpful staff at the office but, and yes there is always a but.After 2 weeks into moving-in and for the past 3 months, we had bug and ant problems. We were finding red ants on the bed in middle of the night which obviously did not give us peaceful sleep. We would wake up with ant bit and bug bites. For the past 3 months, pest control has been spraying inside and outside almost every week but problem never got taken care of. And when I told them I am moving out of this issues, they gave me a $3000 bill (one month rent as canceling lease, $90 cleaning and 2 month rent). But manager felt very sorry for us.. lolWhen I called regional office, they told me that they are doing everything they can… if I move early it’s my choice… my lease terms were 9 months. I have been having problems for past 3 months and will have to pay extra rents for 3 more months.I just don’t understand who can live like that. Its impacting our health which had led to great deal of stress but they are sorry for us. I am very disappointed with my experience but you can try your luck.
The Camden Legacy Creek Crew is TOP NOTCH and Next to None! They are in a league all their own when it comes to aligning words with actions. The energy of the office is so vibrant and positive. Kalesha is AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!! She truly cares about residents having a quality experience. She is one of a kind special, and Camden is very blessed to have her on the team! The BEST, The BEST, The BEST Maintenance Men and just good all around people. It could be 100+ degrees outside, and Smiley/Josh is still smiling as he completes every request with excellence. Eloy is also fantastic, and conveys the message that residents matter!! For the most part I love my apartment ! I had a horrible experience moving July 2015 and came to Camden and was so nervous that there were issues. The manager at the time helped but was not helpful, but the young lady (the Leasing agent I believe) at the front has always been super sweet to my younger brother, my mother and myself all the time.Every request we have had they have handled in a timely manner, pretty much over night. The management over maintenance is kind and nice to my younger brother because 9:10 thats who they see because I am always at work & every time she comes over and treats him with respect.The only issue I had was with my toilet but I know how to use their toilet system correctly now and how to store food in our pantries not attract small ants that come in the summer (its just the area because of the trees and etc. in the area). I love our apartment just not in love with the price, I expect the increase unfortunately because this is a great area and there are so many things being built in the area (including a Toyota Center I believe :( which will price our apartments way higher than what we started).Love Camden at Legacy Creek and didnt know the other Camden was literally a few blocks away.

Very clean and quiet.The pros:- All the stuff that other apartment complexes will charge extra for is already included in the rent;- All apartments have their own connected garage, and theres lots of parking available on the edges of the complex - you just have to walk about 100 feet/30 m;- They just started upgrading all the appliances in all the apartments for free;- Not shown on Google Maps, a gate was built so you can now walk directly into the park;- You can open service requests on their website and those are usually dealt with within a day.- Did i mentioned clean and quiet ?- The included Valet Trash service is a plus especially in the hot Texas summers - there are no smelly trash containers on the complex grounds - only a recycling container for cardboard and paper.- The little cute bunnies are still here :-)The cons:- The info here on google is a bit outdated, the indoor spa no longer exists, theres a public use covered lounge with sofas and a fireplace instead;- All kitchen appliances are electric-only. No gas. But im ok with this especially after seeing the results of a gas leak and a spark at a neighboring apartment complex;- The buildings are not new - things may break - but a service request will get them fixed fast.
I flew in from out of state to look at apts over a weekend and I saw a bunch. But Camden stood out bc of Dinasy. She was awesome from the start! I wasnt ready to make a decision right away but she stayed in touch. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor stood out. I decided to come back and check out the apts again. I sat with her and she made the decision easy. Move in was a breeze. Also, Matthew in maintenance responded immediately to all my requests. Im looking forward to the next 13 months!!!

I recently moved into Camden Legacy Creek and the management is wonderful, the complex is clean, family-friendly and quiet, and a few miles from the Dallas Tollway, Walmart and Shops of Legacy.Leasing experience: I stopped by the leasing office on a weekday about 45 minutes before closing time. Andy, the leasing agent, was with another individual, but he was friendly and greeted me, so I waited. When he was finally free, it was 15 minutes before closing and I expected that he would rush me or tell me he couldnt show an apartment today because he had to close up the office. Not the case! He discussed various models in my price range and even showed me an apartment that evening, which I loved! Even though he wasnt in the office the next day, he asked Kristina, the assistant manager, to follow up with me. I was impressed. Ive visited many apartments and leasing agents didnt follow up with me. On a rainy Saturday, Andy let my sister and I tour the unit one more time, so I could get her opinion. She liked the space and Andy even let us drive my car into the garage to ensure that it fit. I submitted my application and paid the fees the same day.Move-in experience: I picked up my keys during my lunch break from Jarah, the community manager. She was friendly and answered all my questions. When I moved in, my apartment was clean and well-lit, and my appliances were in good condition. My mom helped me move-in and she was even impressed by the cleanliness. We lightly cleaned the apartment with clorox wipes (because were germ conscious), but honestly the wipes didnt pick up any dirt....the apartment was that clean. The welcome kit that was placed in my kitchen area when I just moved in was a nice gesture.Resident experience: I toured a few apartments at Legacy Village which is cheaper than Camden Legacy Creek and closer to the tollway, but resident parking there was a nightmare and it felt like party central. In contrast, Camden Legacy Creek is a quiet complex; people seem to keep to themselves and walls arent thin. Ive met one neighbor (he was friendly) but I rarely hear any of them moving around in their apartments. I do here their garage door open and close, but that doesnt bother me. Also, this complex is very neat-- no trash anywhere, and safe--no loitering, sketchy people around. In terms of amenities, theres a small gym (not impressive but okay to get in a quick cardio workout) and pool.Im looking forward to an excellent tenant experience here!
Please watch out for this place, the standard and service has deteriorated constantly from the time I moved In to the time I moved out.. we had a roof leak which was corrected 3 times and they have tested whether it is fixed only where there is rain. service team says keep buckets down where there is leakage and we will look into it after the rain all the 3 times ....funny but true. I really gave up and gave notice to vacate...they were trying to impose lease breakage charges when I was not on contract and It was corrected only when I questioned each and every fee imposed.vacating the house is another costly affair. they straight away charge you cleaning charges and then charge damages after renting the house to new resident so there is no way I can challenge them to show me the damages.

I moved to Camden Legacy Creek, 13 Feb 2016. I havent lived in an apartment since I was 20; Im 40 now and I was extremely hesitant. I thought there would be noisy neighbors, insect problems, and congestion, Ive heard so many horror stories about apartment living.To my surprise, I ABSOLUTLY LOVE MY NEW PLACE, I never want to leave. Its beautiful and the apartment is a perfect size for my daughter and I. The minor issues I had in the beginning were taken care of immediately.It feels so safe and secure for it not to be a gated community. And the surrounding areas have plenty of walk and run space, and everything is so freaking beautiful.The amenities in the immediate vicinity arent too bad either. They have the Parks at Legacy (restaurants, and live entertainment) not even 2.5 miles away. Thats just one of the perks.The upkeep of the grounds is immaculate and the maintenance guys and staff have been so pleasant. I know I drove Stephen absolutely crazy, but he was patient, kind and understanding of all my questions and concerns.....I dont know what happened with the other tenant, but I arrived before the office opened on a Saturday and Stephen made sure someone was there with my keys to let me in my apartment. I wasnt charged a fee or anything. I called ahead and he made it happen.I have no complaints what-so-ever. We even received a bday card for my daughter already, I may have given them the wrong bday, its not until 30 May, but she got it when she came home from school and thought it was awesome. I hardly see my neighbors or hear anyone around this place. Its quiet. My daughter and I are probably the loudest :)......But the neighbors that Ive seen have been so pleasant in passing.I would highly recommend living here. Its the first time in a long time, Ive felt so at home. So far, so good.

This is a small community and the staff and maintenance are great. However, Camden is a large corporation that is only focused on profits (as they all are) and doesn’t care about what the residents have to say. Complain all you want to onsite management but nothing is going to change. So here are the pros and cons from my perspective:Pros: Small community, friendly staff, washer and dryer are included in your rent and every unit comes with a garage.Cons: Time Warner Cable TV and Internet are included in your rent ($72) whether you want it or not, you have no choice. While you do get over a 100 channels, you don’t get a box that will display the TV guide on the screen so your time will be spent flipping through channels trying to figure out what is on. This I knew going into the lease, but what I was not told was if you want the onscreen menu you have to upgrade with TWC at an additional $12 per month for a different box. Garbage is included in rent at $30 a month. In addition to that $30, you will be charged additional garbage charges on your water bill of about $4 or so per month for the onsite dumpster, something else I wasn’t told. So you are paying $30 a month for someone to pick up your trash from your door and take it to the dumpster. You are also charged $2.97 a month for pest control (this I was told) and another $1 for recycling (I was not told), whether you recycle or not. The pet deposit is among the highest I’ve seen in the area: $250 plus another $250 nonrefundable plus $10 per month pet rent and I heard from another resident whose lease is up for renewal that it was increased to $15 per month. So you can see how all this adds up.And the latest change that has a lot of residents mad is the front office is no longer accepting packages. Instead, you will have to go down to the post office and wait in line to claim your package. The reason is they don’t have time for it and need to be focused on other things. They tried to make it sound like it was better for the residents this way because you can schedule online for it to be delivered when you are home or schedule a time to pick it up at the post office. The reality is the post office does not pay attention to what you submit online. You can be down at the post office to pick up your package because you told them that’s what you wanted to do and the post office will have the package out for redelivery anyway. I hear people complaining about it every time I’m at the post office and everyone knows by now what a joke the post office is. I hope this helps anyone considering this complex.
My experience, once I moved out, I was charged $249 as damage for glass top stove. It was the wear and tear marks on glass top, which definitely will appear if you use the stove. And when I was shown a bunch of glass tops and was explanied that all of them were charged, means its likely to happen. Doggy wastes can be seen frequently and I found it front of apartment regularly for a long time. Mandatory TV and internet package. No UPS, Fedex packages dropoff at apartment office.
Now we have awesome grommer for us dogs.go to willow bend clínic vet.they grommer it.s Great !!!!!!!

I was lived there 1 months ago, and I found a lot of bedbugs on my apartment, was talking with my neighbor and he had the same problem, bad management without responsibility and respect to me and my family, I just lose all my stuffs and thus place dont care about that. Please dont move here before check all rooms.
Please dont move here, I found bad bugs here the property is too old with a bad management, here do not have any person qualified to repair and clean the apt before you move in.
